“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are convinced that you are ready for more contact with extra-terrestrial beings.

Now, when we say that, we want to be perfectly clear that we are talking about those of you who are awake. You are ready for more extra-terrestrial contact, even though the vast majority of humans are not.

You are allowed to have experiences that other people are not for one reason or another. You don’t have to wait for everyone to be ready in order for you to go on a spaceship, to meet with e.t.s, and to travel around the galaxy with them.

The galaxy is yours to explore, and your reality is yours to create and align with.

No one else is doing that for you. No one else gets to decide what you experience and what you do not experience.

That is your domain.

We want to encourage you to be the big dreamers that you really are.

Be the creators that you were born to be, and be the ones who lead humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact for the humans of Earth.

You get to be trailblazers in so many ways.

You get to break free from enslavement.

You get to break free from fear of your mortality, and you get to break free from the limitations that you took on as third-dimensional humans.

Now is not the time to wait around for something to happen outside of you, not now when you’ve been given the ability to create outside of any sort of blueprint, any sort of contracts that you may have had at one time.

You are awake, and you are aware, and you are able to move past the limitations of the third and fourth dimensions, because humanity needs more of that fifth-dimensional energy to be present on Earth, and you are the ones to anchor it in.

If not you, then who? That’s what we want to know.

Once you have awakened, you can never go back.

You cannot regress.

You cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube.

You’ve got to be the ones who guide humanity’s expansion and ascension with your willingness to explore what would frighten most humans right out of their skin.

This is how you bring about great changes on your world; it’s not by waiting for something to happen.

It’s not about believing in someone else’s truth about reality and what’s going on behind the scenes.

Big changes start with you, the big souls in those somewhat dense and somewhat fragile human bodies, because you are ready to lead.

You are ready to take humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact, and we are here to help.

And we are not alone.

There are many other beings and collectives who want to guide you into this most fruitful era of human history.

Greetings beloved friends and beings of light, I am Master Kuthumi. It is an honour to be in your presence today. I bring the warmth, love and wisdom of the Creator through my being to you.

Today, I wish to speak of an ascension shift taking place within Mother Earth. With all the energies anchoring into the Earth there are constantly numerous shifts, transformations and ascension activations taking place within Mother Earth.  Often these go unnoticed by those existing upon her.

There are some activations that Mother Earth experiences that cannot go unnoticed and this is one of them because it will impact your being and your reality tremendously. It is Mother Earth that requires your support in stabilising her energies, grounding her activation, and supporting the expression of the ascension shift taking place.

Within Mother Earth’s energy and source there is a core vibration which you could label as a womb. It is a source of energy, almost like a sanctuary that holds the vibrations of the Creator. The three specific vibrations of the Creator held within the womb are the creativity or creation energy, the consciousness and divine union.

Within this source, which we will label the womb of Mother Earth you will discover the energies of balance and the divine union of the Creator. Some may label this as the masculine and feminine vibrations in harmony and oneness, others recognise that it is simply a balance. The balance of the Creator, where the entire universe is in harmony and working in oneness.

This is deeply important because it requires that all the Universe of the Creator recognise the presence of divine union within their being, they recognise their oneness with all beings, but also that there is a balance.

Your own energies are balanced, as are others but also there is a balance between yourself, those around you, those upon the Earth and throughout the entire Universe of the Creator. This balance allows for creation and manifestation to take place.

When there is a balance, a divine union, nothing can hide, the truth of the Creator, the truth of experiences and manifestations come into the light, they are visible to all.  You may recognise that this vibration of balance is required within your own being as well as for all the Earth, especially humanity.

A balance where everything is brought into the light of the Creator, where the truth emerges, and everything else that is not of the truth of the Creator dissolves. When we access balance between all beings, it is the Creator that we see, sense and acknowledged within our beings, surroundings and within each other.

The three specific energies within Mother Earth’s womb have the potential to bring all circumstances, experiences, and situations into balance, as well as all people and beings. All that is illusion will dissolve and everything that is the truth will emerge.

The other energy present within Mother Earth’s womb is the energy of consciousness, the energy of awareness and being open-minded. The ability to receive the divine intentions, guidance, and intuition of the Creator through your being. The ability to access, understand and express the wisdom of the Creator, serves the emergence of truth. It allows all beings to access the sacred divine wisdom and consciousness within their being, to be open and expansive, bringing forth the truth into the awareness of others.

The third energy present within Mother Earth’s womb is the energy of creation or creativity. We might say this is the fuel to power rockets, it is the fuel of manifestation. It is the power, the potent vibrations that creates the manifestations and gives birth to creativity, to new outcomes, to new possibilities, and experiences beyond limitations.

When we recognise that these three energies are present within Mother Earth and within Mother Earth’s womb, we recognise that they synthesise as one. Therefore, they support each other, meaning the activation of Mother Earth is to support creation, new possibilities, wisdom, consciousness, understanding and balance to come forth. The result being a balance and the emergence of truth.

I am sure you can recognise how important these energies are for humanity at this time on the Earth.  Any activation that takes place upon Mother Earth oscillates throughout the entire universe of the Creator. With these energies present, ready to emanate, ready to be received by all, it is with Mother Earth’s consent that beings from the inner planes begin to send activation energy into Mother Earth’s womb, being such as Angels, Archangels, Star Beings, Ascended Masters and so forth. The beings that have been chosen are aligned and in sync with Mother Earth’s vibration and Mother Earth’s intentions. These beings are beginning to send their activation energy to Mother Earth’s womb. For now, this energy is being contained and amplified within Mother Earth, her womb energy is growing, being energised, and empowered.

It is important to recognise that all which takes place within Mother Earth also takes place within those that inhabit her energies and her physical body. It does not matter whether you are in a male or a female body, whether you are a tree or an insect, within your being there is this same source of energy. Like a holding space, like an ashram that holds the same frequencies of creation or creativity, of divine union and consciousness. This same space within you could be labelled your spiritual womb, that which brings the truth into manifestation within your reality.

Activating Mother Earth’s Womb

As Mother Earth is preparing to activate her womb, to begin to radiate and share this energy with all beings, I, Master Kuthumi might add that the same process may be occurring within your being.

In your own time I, Master Kuthumi, invite you to ask to connect with Mother Earth, asking to enter into her space of the womb, to experience the divine union, the creativity and the consciousness of Mother Earth. Breathe in the energies, take as long as you need to experience the power, the balance, and the truth.

While you are present within Mother Earth’s womb, you may ask to recognise the same within your own being, take time to do so.

When you are ready, as if holding hands with Mother Earth, you can receive the activation energies from the inner planes, receiving both to support Mother Earth and stabilise her energies, as well as receiving for yourself. As you hold hands with Mother Earth this activation will take place and the energy of creativity, consciousness and divine union will begin to oscillate and radiate from your being. These energies will cascade into the physical Earth, cascading into Mother Earth’s energy field, cascading into your body, being, energy field and beyond, into humanity, into all beings upon the Earth and across the entire Universe of the Creator.

This awakening has the potential to create balance, to bring the truth of the Creator into emergence within the realities of all. In truth, all that is needed is for you to be present with Mother Earth as she goes through this activation, imagining you are holding her hand, this will stabilise and balance her vibrations.

As many more people achieve this, so Mother Earth will be supported through her transition as she gifts some of the greatest gifts of the Universe of the Creator and the Creator to all beings, especially all beings upon the Earth.

I, Master Kuthumi, invite you to contemplate what will you do with this energy, with the awakening of your own womb, the radiance of balance, wisdom, and creation? Each step you take now is immensely important. It is essential to know your current focus. This does not mean that your current focus needs to be rigid or unmovable, it is important to acknowledge what you wish to create and remember that this acknowledgement is beyond limitations and boundaries.

My love is with Mother Earth. My love is with you all.

What’s That Ringing in My Ears?

On the Forum, We’ve been discussing what the ringing in our ears is.

I’d like to bring forward the best of earlier discussions of the subject (and there have been many) to help answer it for anyone else with the same question.

I find the discussion very interesting. It’s an exercise in putting together a puzzle of much complexity and great importance to cross-cultural spiritual scholars.

I’ve been hearing the ringing sound in my ears ever since I can remember.

Many people who hear it worry that they have tinnitus. Wikipedia defines tinnitus as:

Tinnitus is the hearing of sound when no external sound is present. [1] While often described as a ringing, it may also sound like a clicking, hiss or roaring.[2] Rarely, unclear voices or music are heard.[3] The sound may be soft or loud, low pitched or high pitched and appear to be coming from one ear or both.[2] Most of the time, it comes on gradually.[3] In some people, the sound causes depression or anxiety and can interfere with concentration.[2]

In the course of studying terrestrial sages on enlightenment, I came across explanations which identified the ringing – which in most case is not actually tinnitus – as the sound of the cosmic motor, Aum, the universal creative vibration, the music of the spheres.

Let me first establish the ringing’s identity with Aum, an aspect of the Mother, and then look at what effect it has.

Paramahansa Yogananda went into most detail on Aum/Amen, the creative universal vibration, in his series, The Second Coming of Christ. He identified it with God here, and with the Holy Spirit or Divine Mother later, as we shall see:

“God is the Word or Om or Holy Ghost or Cosmic Vibration or Cosmic Energy. God is Cosmic Sound resulting from the Cosmic Energy and Cosmic Vibration. God’s first manifestation is the Word or Intelligent Cosmic Vibrating Sound.” (1)

“This Amen is the faithful witness in the beginning of creation — that is, all vibrating creation is accompanied by the Cosmic Sound of Amen or Om or the Word or Holy Ghost, which is the first vibrating manifestation of God.” (2)

Listening to this sound in meditation is one pathway to Self-Realization, Yogananda tells us:

“[One] hears the sound of Holy Ghost [Aum] when all bodily and astral sounds cease. Then, by deeper meditation on this sound, by higher processes learned from the Guru, he can be one with the sound and ‘touch’ it.

“Then, after touching or feeling it, by still higher methods, the spiritual aspirant will find his consciousness vibrating simultaneously in his body and in several continents. As he progresses further by deeper and longer meditation, he will find his consciousness vibrating simultaneously in his body, in the earth, the planets, the universes, and in every particle of matter.” (3)

On another occasion, he said:

“When the Yogi … listens to cosmic vibration, his mind is diverted from the physical sounds of matter outside his body to the circulatory sounds of the vibrating flesh. Then his consciousness is diverted from the vibrations of the body to the musical vibrations of the astral body.

“Then his consciousness wanders from the vibrations of the astral body to the vibrations of consciousness in all atoms. Then the consciousness of the Yogi listens to the Holy Ghost or Cosmic Sound emanating from all atoms.

“This is the way the ordinary consciousness should be baptized or expanded into Christ consciousness through the expanding power of the Holy Ghost, or the all-spreading ‘Aum-vibrating-sound’ heard in meditation.” (4)

Another sage, the avatar Sri Ramakrishna, illustrated how devotees could use it as a pathway to union with God. He called it the “Sound Brahman [God].” He taught his disciple, Swami Brahmananda, to meditate upon it:

“One day, in the course of his teaching, Sri Ramakrishna spoke about the manifestation of Brahman as sound — the Logos. later, when I sat for meditation I took this as my subject, and it was not long before the sound Brahman was revealed to me.” (5)

Some time ago now, I took the various relationships I could find and determined to find their relationship.

What I found was that Aum had components which correspond to the three cosmic forces or gunas of Hinduism – Rajas (Brahma, creation), Sattwa (Vishnu, preservation), and Thamas (Shiva, transformation).

Sages equate them with Aum, which breaks down into Akar (inbreath, creation, rajas, Brahma), Ukar (pause, preservation, sattwa, Vishnu), and Makar (outbreath, transformation, thamas, Shiva).

Here the Divine Mother explicitly confirms that she is Aum, the voice of One crying in the wilderness of the Third Dimension:

Steve Beckow: Mother, you’re also known as the Word of God, Aum, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, and the noise of many waters. …

Divine Mother: Yes, I am … the voice crying in the wilderness. (6)

I asked the Divine Mother to confirm for me some of these equivalencies but forgot to go into detail on the constituencies of Aum:

Steve: [Are] the gunas, the cosmic forces which are called rajas, sattwa, and tamas, … the same as the Trimurthy [Triad] of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva?

Divine Mother: Yes. We are the same as that triad.

SB: All right. And the Trimurthy of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva is a subset of the Universal Creative Vibration [Aum] that you are at your essence. Is that correct?

DM: That is correct. (6)

So we have part of the puzzle. But without the specifics of Aum.

I had the opportunity to ask Archangel Michael to confirm the specific equivalencies of Aum for me in early 2020:

Steve: I’ve read part of this quote to the Divine Mother. She’s verified it but I’ve added things to it. So I’d like to read it to you again and ask if it is correct.

Creation, preservation, transformation = rajas, sattwa, and thamas = Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva = Akar, Ukar & Makar of AUM.

AAM: That is quite the expression, Sweet One, and in that tradition and in that understanding, the answer is correct. (7)

Yes, I’ve been working on it for decades! Some people build rockets to the moon (or Mars) and I complete jigsaw puzzles.

Now let’s move from the general to the particular. How does Aum manifest in our particular lives as lightworkers building Nova Earth?

In the Jan. 23, 2012 radio program, An Hour with an Angel, Archangel Michael made the following comment:

“Oh, do not think that you cannot hear the sound of your collective or of your planet! You are always hearing the sound of the universe, that high-pitched ringing in your ears.” (8)

He touched on the matter when discussing how he makes his presence known. I asked him in 2013 if he signalled his presence with a high-pitched ringing in the ears.

Steve: Is a loud, high-pitched ringing the sign of an overlighting presence?

Archangel Michael: Yes.

S: Oh, I thought that was the sound of the cosmic motor [Aum, the Divine Mother, the Word of God].

AAM: It is the cosmic motor but it is the cosmic motor tapping you on the shoulder and saying “We’re here.” (9)

We had a similar discussion on another occasion:

Archangel Michael: When you wish for inspiration, go quiet. Yes, you will hear the ringing again and again and again. And simply listen. And allow.

Steve: The ringing. Is it at base the Mother? Is it at base the universal creative vibration?

AAM: There are two ringings that you perceive, and one, yes, is the universe. And the universal tone, as it were. But there is a higher pitch that I tend to come in on. (10)

Well, I hear that ringing all the time. Does it mean Archangel Michael is there all the time?

Steve: How do I know when you are whispering in my ear?

Archangel Michael: Often it is prefaced by a high pitched ring.

Steve: Oh, I hear that all the time.

AAM: Yes, I know.

Steve: [laughing] Are you here all the time?

AAM: Yes, I am. (11)

So our guides, who may never have been handed a more important assignment than this first mass/physical Ascension, are with us in our work and make their presence known by the ringing in our ears.

So you’re not losing your hearing, risking dementia, or going insane. You’re hearing your particular angel making his or her presence known.

As you see, according to the sages, hearing this is a great blessing. But, for the purposes of lightworkers building a new world, it’s a signal of the presence of our guides here to inspire and help us in our very important work.

The gunas may not be known to other traditions, but other traditions know Aum. For instance, Jesus knew it:

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the [Holy] Spirit saith unto the churches…. These things saith the Amen [Aum], the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.” (5)

Solomon knew the Mother as “Wisdom, who cried and those who hearkened to her are blessed:

“Doth not wisdom cry…

“The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.

“I was set up from everlasting [that is, before time], from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

“When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. …

“While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.

“When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass on the face of the depth.

“When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep.

“When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth.

“Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him. …

“Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.” (Proverbs, 8:1, 22-4, 26-30, and 32.) [My emphasis.]

The ascended master Hilarion, through Mabel Collins, described Aum/Amen:

“Look for it and listen to it first in your own heart. At first you may say: ‘It is not there; when I search I find only discord.’ Look deeper.

“If again you are disappointed, pause and look deeper again. There is a natural melody, an obscure fount in every human heart. It may be hidden over and utterly concealed and silenced — but it is there.” (Ascended Master Hilarion, channelling through Mabel Collins, channel. Light on the Path and an Essay on Karma. Wheaton, IL: Theosophical Publishing House, 1974, 24-5.)

Here is Theosophist Annie Besant on it:

“The source from which a universe proceeds is a manifested Divine Being, to whom in the modern form of the Ancient Wisdom the name of Logos, or Word, has been given. The name is drawn from Greek philosophy, but perfectly expresses the ancient ideas, the Word which emerges from the Silence, the Voice, the Sound, by which the worlds come into being. “(Annie Besant, The Ancient Wisdom. Adyar: Theosophical Publishing House, 1972; c1897, 44.)

Now yogi Swami Satyeswarananda:

“‘The Word was God’ means the sound was God. This Sound is the Inner Sound OM, AUM, Amen.” (Swami Satyeswarananda Giri, Lahiri Mahasay. The Father of Kriya Yoga. San Diego: Sanskrit Classics, 1983, 2.)

Starseed’s DNA is being activated right now. We vibrate in sync with one another. Many are buzzing, on a high, feeling like they’ve been woken from a deep sleep.

A new level of awakening always feels like that.

Heart chakras and third eye chakras are especially being activated. Make sure solar plexus is nice and balanced to ground the higher heart and third eye. Your DNA wants to do something, it is like letting children out into the playground after being cooped up in class all day, they want to play and run and dance.

So create, create, create. If you cannot do this then teach, heal, pray, meditate, do yoga or other exercise. Feed the light body which needs clean, high quality sources of glucose right now. Fruit especially berries, cherries and dates. Raw honey. Good quality maple syrup. Sweet potatoes.

This is the result of an original seed point that was formed as an intention for ‘psychic attack’ on the starseed collective. This has, through intense, natural alchemy created a magnetic pole shift flip and sent us ‘higher than ever’, if you will.

Psychic attack doesn’t exist for 5D activated DNA. When it reaches it’s intended target, it becomes instead a beam of love. Just one starseed 5D DNA field triggers all the starseed’s DNA fields. We are one. We move as one through what is known as quantum or cosmic resonance. Only love exists in 5D.

As in the words of Obe Wan Kenobi – “if you strike me down I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.”

Princess Sharula Dux is a woman known to me for many years. Her message is amazing, yet simple: she is from Telos, a Lemurian city beneath Mt. Shasta. She has come to the surface to begin sharing her culture with ours, so that we might mutually benefit and become one whole civilization.

Several times over the years I have known her, I have heard Sharula speak. I have listened very carefully; never have I heard her contradict herself on the information, which to our ears is complex. She is unassuming; she has a good sense of humor, and gives a lot of love to those around her. She feels like an old and wise being.

In 1995, with Sharula’s permission, I combined information from two tapes she recorded about Telos with my memory of her answers to questions I and others have asked her. I gave it the form of an interview. She has approved it in its entirety.

Joanna Cherry: Sharula, why was Telos built?

Sharula Dux: Twenty-five thousand years ago, there were two major civilizations of Earth. One was based in the continent of Lemuria, or Mu, which included the area of much of the Pacific Ocean, the western United States, and parts of Asia. The other was Atlantis, over much of what is now the Atlantic Ocean and parts of Africa and Europe.

There was a disagreement between these two civilizations concerning the social and political evolution of the rest of the human race: Lemuria wanted the less advanced civilizations of Earth to remain free, and Atlantis wanted to govern or control them.

A lengthy war broke out between the two. These wars became so severe–they even included thermo-nuclear warheads–that karmic energies were set in motion that would eventually sink both continents.

JC: You used thermo-nuclear warheads? Is there any evidence of this that we can see today?

SD: Yes, the Gobi desert and the Sahara desert, to name just two. After the war, many of the Melchizedek priests and priestesses of Lemuria saw into the future, and foretold the sinking of the continent. They began to look for a place to move.

They settled on Mt. Shasta in the eastern part of Lemuria, a great mountain already considered sacred, and which they understood would be safe in the coming cataclysm. They decided to build underground, partly because of the shocks Earth would sustain from the sinking of two continents, and partly because the original atmospheric mantle of Earth had gone, subjecting life on the surface to harmful ultra-violet rays.

In deciding where to build their city, they came upon a great domed cavern within Mt. Shasta, several square miles in area and hundreds of feet high. This became the top level of Telos.

JC: Why was it named “Telos”?

SD: The whole southwestern United States was then called Telos, which means “union with spirit,” so that name was chosen for the city. Four levels were built under the top level, five levels in all, and the city was built to house up to two million people.

JC: How many people live in Telos now?

SD: One and a half million. But it began with only 25,000 people, who moved into Telos 100 years before Lemuria sank. Very few others survived the earthquakes, tidal waves and volcanic activity that accompanied the sinking.

JC: When was this?

SD: About 12,000 years ago.

Joanna Cherry: What about the Atlanteans? Did they build an underground city also?

Sharula Dux: Yes, under the Mato Grosso plateau of Brazil.

JC: Are there any other subterranean cities?

SD: Yes, in fact there is a whole group of subterranean cities called the Agartha Network. The Lemurians petitioned the Agartha Network to become a member.

But as the people of the Agartha cities are wise and non-violent, Lemuria had to convince Agartha that it had learned from its mistakes and would embark upon a course of peace. This was done.

JC: How many cities are in the Agartha Network?

SD: One hundred twenty.

JC: Where exactly under Mt. Shasta is Telos?

SD: The domed cavern is over most of the base of Mt. Shasta, and the top of the dome is about halfway up the mountain. The fifth, lowest level is about a mile beneath ground level. Each level is several square miles.

JC: What are on the different levels of Telos?

SD: The top level under the dome is the main part of the city. Most people live there, most commerce takes place there, and that’s where our public buildings are. It’s the heart and soul of Telos. Directly in the center is the Temple–we are a temple society–built to hold 10,000 people. It is white and pyramid-shaped, with a capstone made of “livingstone,” a substance from Venus. It looks crystalline, and emanates all the rays of the color spectrum.

The Temple is dedicated to the Order of Melchizedek, a cosmic priesthood of our universe, dedicated to embodying the light plan given to us by the higher levels of the Godhead. On the top level are also our council buildings and our record buildings.

We have records of Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, other past Earth civilizations, even civilizations of other planets. There is a building that manages the communications within Telos, between Telos and the other subterranean cities of Agartha, and places off-planet. It also monitors radio and TV from the surface.

JC: What about entertainment? Do you have fun in Telos?

SD: Indeed we do! We have pleasure places for sports, plays, films, music, and dancing. We have a place a lot like the Holodeck in Star Trek, where you create virtual reality for yourself in any adventure you want: climb a mountain, swim a river, go back in history, etc.

JC: Wow!

SD: We also have a building that houses multi-tracking, amino-based computers. These computers are alive. They operate on the Christ-mind and therefore cannot be corrupted.

They can read the records of the past. They can read your past lives if you wish and even show them to you. They can read your aura or the health of your body and tell you what you need. They can play your “soul note,” which helps you to meditate clearly, and they can communicate with you on a soul level. They can communicate across galaxies. They help train the Christ mind in people, and we depend on them quite a bit.

JC: What a wonderful thing.

SD: On the second level, we have classes, manufacturing of clothes and furniture and other things, and more people living. On the third level are our hydroponic gardens, where we grow all our food. We’ve been vegetarian for over 12,000 years, and we live on vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, soybeans etc.

Our crops grow in water; some minerals are added, but there’s no fertilizer and no soil depletion. Our crops grow much faster than on the surface, and we’re able to feed 1 1/2 million people from just a few square miles of land, and give enough variety for eating to be pleasurable.

JC: Do any of your supplies come from the surface?

SD: No, we trade with the other Agartha cities. The fourth level is half hydroponic gardens, part manufacturing and part nature. The fifth level is our nature level. People come here to relax. We’ve created lakes and grown tall trees–there’s a park atmosphere. Animals live there, some of which no longer exist on the surface such as the saber-tooth tiger, the mastodon and the do-do bird. We were able to save them and bring them down to Telos.

JC: Do you keep them in zoos?

SD: No, people and animals get along peacefully in Telos. We’ve trained the carnivores to eat vegetarian food, and gradually they’ve lost their aggression. So literally, here the lion is lying down with the lamb! And you can actually play with a big cat, carefully!

JC: How can you live under the Earth? Do you have light?

SD: Yes, we have a process in which stones with a high crystalline content are fused with an electro-magnetic force field of energy. This causes the crystalline matrix of the stone to create a polarity that allows the stone to pull in invisible rays and re-emit them as visible, full-spectrum light. The stone becomes like a small sun, for about 500,000 years. We dim them at night to stay on the same 24-hour day as you have on the surface.

JC: What about air? How do you get enough oxygen?

SD: We’ve created an eco-system. We get our oxygen from the plants and trees that grow here, though some vents do go to the surface. Water in some areas moves at high speeds, circulating air and negative ions. This is so effective, we have less and less dependence on air vents, and this is good because even the air around Mt. Shasta is becoming more polluted.

JC: How do you get around in Telos?

SD: We do a lot of walking, but there are three ways we can travel more quickly. One is something based on crystalline technology and looks just like a basket. You get in, and the basket is guided by your mind–you lift up into the air and float to your destination. This is used for travel around the city.

The second method is an electro-magnetic sled that looks like a snowmobile, also used within the city. We can get from Mt. Shasta to Mt. Lassen, an extension of Telos [about 50 miles away], within a few minutes.

The third way is electro-magnetic trains that travel at thousands of miles per hour through tubes, never touching the sides. These are similar to your subway trains, and are how we travel to the other subterranean cities around the planet.

JC: Do you build your tubes like we build our subway tunnels?

SD: No. We created the tubes with a boring machine that melts rock and earth to white-hot incandescence and then cools it again instantly, forming a diamond-hard, water-tight substance that is also elastic enough to move with an earthquake, like rubber. We build walls the same way, and there are even subterranean cities under ocean water that have been built this way. We are preparing to bring this technology to the surface when the time is right.

JC: Sharula, could you be the “Bonnie” one author writes of in Mt. Shasta: Home of the Ancients?

SD: Yes, I am that one. In those days I used a name to fit more easily with your society. But when I came to the surface to stay for a time, I wanted to use my real name.

Your question is truly about “What is the lightbody?”

There is a misunderstanding during this time of expansion, during this time of new beginnings, during this time of reawakening, that the lightbody is something that is acquired rather than something that is an innate, essential part of who you are and of who you have always been – and that it has always been there and it is as an essential part of you as your DNA, and the DNA which is your DNA, which is also the DNA of the Mother/Father/One.

That is why your tri-flame has three elements which include the masculine/the gold diamond, and the blue diamond of the Mother, and your own essential self. So the lightbody has always been part of you. Think of it, think of the mythologies, the fairy tales. You cannot divorce yourself from your shadow. You are not Peter Pan, and so you cannot divorce yourself or separate yourself from your lightbody. It has always been a part of you, an essential part of you.

And fundamentally… yes, fundamentally, essentially you have always been held together by your lightbody and that is why, increasingly, we have emphasized and you have come to realize, as a human race and particularly as a loveholder, how essential and important the lightbody is.

It is not that your physicality or even your outer fields, your entire auric field as you would think of it, is containing your lightbody. Understand, your lightbody is containing everything you are. The atoms, the subatomic particles of your physicality are not holding the lightbody.

The lightbody is holding together all of those miniscule, subatomic particles. As you have breathed in, as you have welcomed, as you have expanded into the fullness of your lightbody, it is like turning on the lights. And think of it in some ways – as you have had, and do have, continue to have – like a dimmer switch. And what happened is your dimmer switch was basically almost in the off-position, but the current that was flowing into that lightbody was not turned off. But what you have been doing is bringing it up higher, higher, higher, higher into full-quotient reality.

And so, people are becoming… such as your beloved friend, KR, is becoming… more fully aware – as you, sweet angel of light, are becoming more fully aware of the unified field of your lightbody and your being – that there is and there cannot be any separation, that they are one, and that you are holding that quintessential essence of all of your being in physicality.

So the trick has never been to assume your lightbody. The trick has been to bring the fullness of your lightbody up to complete quotient while in physicality. That is truly the shift!

Is this clear?

J: Yes, thank you. Do the lightbodies activate each other? So, for instance, do other lightbodies, other people, does their lightbody then recognize somebody else’s and give it strength as well, and that’s how it flows out into the world?

AAM: Into the world, yes, that is exactly correct. It is as if you are lighting each other up quite literally. You have that sense of various levels of recognition.

So, for example, you may see somebody in a situation where they don’t fit, so you say to yourself “but I know you” and you realize that you are seeing someone at the theatre that you normally have seen just in passing for ten years at the grocery store. And so you think “oh, I know you” but it takes a moment to place them.

Similarly, there is the soul recognition when you meet somebody and immediately you think “I know you, I love you” or “I know you and we have crossed paths and done war together.”

So there is that soul-to-soul acknowledgment. There is a similarity of, shall we call it, energetic lightbody to energetic lightbody. And one of the qualities of the lightbodies is they love to dance together. So yes, when they see each other, there is literally an activation on that level.
