Following is a partial transcript, with notes.

This 20-minute podcast discusses a newspaper article in the UK which leads Simon to believe some action there by the good guys is imminent; the military control (or not) in the US; when is something going to happen in America?; the rapidly approaching election fraud court cases and how that affects the good guys’ activities; the faux Oval Office, and how Mr. Biden will conduct his “outreach” to the American people; what about all those supposed arrests??…and the overall message of, Be Patient.

For a little background, Simon talks about how one of his contacts around six weeks ago told him what the British might expect to see as part of the “good guys’” operations in the United Kingdom. For example, the electric drinking water pumps might go off for a while so it’s a good idea to prepare by filling your bathtub with water and so on.

To Simon’s knowledge, the water pumps going off has never happened there.

Talks about general disaster preparation with two weeks’ food and water, etc. Simon asked this contact how long such a thing might go on and the person said, probably not for very long.

Simon subscribes to both the local paper where he lives in England and the national Daily Telegraph because he likes to see “how the deep state is expressing itself.”

He discusses the upcoming snowstorm about to hit Britain and the media’s announcement of possible outages, etc.

He describes living in Brighton in 1963 and a horrific winter. The power went out, the phones went down, roads were impassable. Everything was cut off for many parts of the country and they literally helicoptered in food and medicine, until the railroad line was cleared and supplies could come in that way.

So he has lived through extraordinarily severe winter storms and destructive weather. In 2017-2018, “we had what they called the Beast from the East which is this big Siberian snowstorm…many parts of Britain had that.”

“Bear in mind when I started this [podcast] off by saying to you that someone from Intelligence, who has been consistently accurate with me, said there was a possibility that as part of the good guys’ operations you [Britain] could lose the pumps supplying drinking water and there’d be a few power outages…”

He then quotes from an article in the Daily Telegraph, holding the paper up.

“This [headline] says, ‘Blackouts warnings as big freeze hits Britain.’ Here’s the words: ‘Freezing temperatures and snowfall could lead to blackouts, cuts to your water, your gas, and mobile phone coverage in parts of the country this week.’”

“Now, I have never, ever, ever in my experience…[had] where we’ve had loss of electricity, loss of phone, loss of your gas, and loss of water.”

Talks about Scotland and rural areas where snow or ice can break or interfere with electrical lines and cell phone towers, etc. That’s not unusual.

“But I never, ever, ever remember being warned to expect my drinking water to turn off. The gas that I cook with to turn off. And the electricity I use for heating and lights to turn off. All together.”

“I think that that is the deep state anticipating the good guys are going to start some action in Britain and ‘let’s blame it on the weather.’ …So that, for me, is significant. And I wanted to bring that to your attention.“

Talks about the picture he posted on his website (simonparkes.org) with the crack in the wall of the “oval office“ studio set, and his readers pointing out that it was a “secret door.” Which is why he then posted the video of what’s behind the secret door.

Notes that everything that Biden is doing in what is presented as the White House Oval Office is actually being filmed at Castle Rock Studios. As he comments, the big, visible crack in the wall demonstrates that “the set is coming apart.“

Discusses differences between what President Trump did and how it is now.

“Remember with President Trump, he would go around the world…and he would meet people and he would have huge rallies and he wasn’t too frightened about talking to people. And so that was part of his world.”

“With Biden, that’s a completely different kettle of fish. Biden really can’t go around on Air Force One. And he can’t go around on Marine One…[Instead] they’ve purchased, or taken from one of their pals, a jet airplane and they’ve painted it to look like Air Force Two….It’s a commercial liner that’s been painted to look like it. Because the military won’t let him use it. I know that’s incredibly surprising, but that’s the truth.“

Offers what he calls evidence for that, although it’s a bit obscure.

“Biden can’t move around the United States because first of all, the military won’t salute him. Secondly, he’s not getting anything like the protection that Trump had. So what is he [Biden] doing?”

“He’s going to do what you can do in a studio really well. So once a week, there is going to be Biden in the ‘oval office,’ which is a television set, making phone calls to citizens of the United States. And it’s going to be recorded, so it’s a pre-record.“

“They’ve got loads of people all lined up ready. And it will be fantastic for unemployed Hollywood actors.”

Explains how wonderful it will be for Hollywood actors who have been unable to work because of the lockdown. They’ll be given a script and some kind of fake biography like they’re a production worker or daycare worker or whatever, and perhaps even supply a fake photo for the filming in Biden‘s “oval office.“

These will supposedly be random phone calls made by Biden. “Oh, it’s the president on the phone!“

“He’s going to sit in a studio, make phone calls, you’ll hear both ends of the conversation…This is how he wishes to communicate. Just as he did in the cellar…or wherever he was, hiding under a house, during the campaign.”

“So he’s not going to go out and meet the American people, he’s going to sit in a studio making telephone calls to out-of-work actors from Hollywood who are going to pretend, like they did in 9/11, that they saw something (that of course they didn’t). And that’s shocking, but interesting.”

“The big question about America is, when is something going to happen? I have had a number of interesting conversations with a number of interesting people. And it’s becoming apparent—and I didn’t pick this up, I’ll be quite open about it, I didn’t pick it up, but I’m picking it up now—that President Trump doesn’t want the history books in 20 years, 50 years…he doesn’t want the history books to have him down as the president that staged a military coup to remove a ‘democratic’ [air quotes] elected president.”

He adds that the military also don’t want to be remembered as the military that overturned a government militarily.

Talks about how Burma / Myanmar was an interesting dry run in that the good guys were looking to see how the world viewed a military takeover. What they discovered is that “it doesn’t go down so well.“

Talks about three or four particular court cases regarding the election fraud, including one coming up next week.

“I’ve got a ton of good evidence that the Trump team have got Sidney Powell, several others. Lin Wood and a few others have got [evidence]. And there was that wonderful 2-hour presentation…” (presumably he means the Mike Lindell “Absolute Proof“ movie that was released on Friday, February 5).

“That’s actually admissible court evidence, that’s actually evidence in court.”

He notes that one district (or circuit) court judge has said that “Dominion machines are fraudulent, and that’s allowed them to push further.”

“What I’m picking up is the United States military are not happy in taking out Biden or Clinton or anybody else unless they’ve got something from some court or other…[The military can then say] ‘Look, we weren’t staging a coup, we were staging something to save the Republic, and we were acting on the court’s actions.’”

“Because in a so-called free democracy, the court system is the one that’s independent and makes the decisions which ultimately govern the whole law or rule of a country.”

In America what will happen is the courts will rule according to the Constitution. The courts will “judge actions against the Constitution. They won’t say, ‘Is the Constitution right?’ They will look at something and say, ‘Does that follow the Constitution?’”

Therefore it will be much easier for President Trump or anybody else to say, “‘I did what I did because these courts clearly said there was something that was totally corrupt and we had to act on it.’”

He notes that it doesn’t mean that it would have to go all the way to the Supreme Court. It means that there has to be something concrete at a courtroom level.

Even if it were stopped / prevented from going forward, the good guys can say, “This is what this court said. It was prevented from being developed. So therefore, what they said must have been true because higher forces are holding it back. Therefore, we will act to protect what this court has said.”

Reminds us that if it does go to the Supreme Court, there are enough justices there to give Chief Justice Roberts a run for his money.

Also notes that the head of Amazon took “early retirement,“ so it would not be too surprising if other people also took “early retirement.”

Says he does believe and understand that the good guys have been “engaging with“ (“arresting is quite a strong word”) many key players, such as senators and congressmen.

Some have been arrested. But dealing with the “top game,“ the Biden and Harris supposed election, they won’t be removed “until somebody in the court can do something, enough that gives comfort to others who [are] absolutely determined to not want the history books for the rest of the life of America…to ever say that this was the time that the military overthrew the Republic.”

“From the conversations I’ve had, that’s what they’re going to wait for. That’s happening…big court cases coming up in the next few days…Does that mean that Biden is going to be in for months and months? No, I don’t believe so at all. I think it’s a very short period.“

Discusses how people are calling it the “clown show“ and why he doesn’t like that word. He notes that clowns are supposed to be funny and happy, but that most children that see clowns may actually have trauma.

It’s not a clown show, it’s a dreadful travesty of life. “I can’t think of much worse [in terms of politics, running a country]…It is the most awful, dreadful thing. And I wish it would end tomorrow. But that’s not going to happen. And I understand, I don’t necessarily fully agree, but I understand with those people who are making the decisions, that they are very, very fearful of how history will judge them.”

“They do believe, and I think I can see the green shoots of recovery coming, that in these courts at the lower district level, and a little bit higher, they are now finding in the favor of democracy. They are now saying that, yeah, these Dominion machines are actually designed to be fraudulent.”

“We’re waiting for a court to see this huge presentation [“Absolute Proof,” we assume], and hear others, and say, ‘Yeah, there’s a serious issue here.’”

“Frankly it doesn’t matter if it gets blocked, because then the good guys can say, we have the go. The green light. The flare gun’s been fired…”

“But it doesn’t stop the good guys arresting the lower-ranked people. And they have been. And others have been spoken to and dealt with, to come back at a later date.”

“There’s a lot taking place…[What’s happening in Britain] is, for me, an indicator that the bad guys are aware that the federation (and it’s nothing to do with outer space), the federation of good guys that exist in many countries who are anti-Satanic, are turning their attention now to Britain.”

Notes that the “weather warning“ is a handy excuse. The gas, the electric, the drinking water, the cell phones are going to go out due to “that much of snow“ [holds up fingers a few inches apart].

“It’s so stage managed. It’s like Biden being in his office making a call to a guy who works in an auto repair shop but really, worked for Hollywood but doesn’t have a job anymore. It’s all so stage managed.”

“We see through it. I honestly think that the people who are pulling these strings must think that we’re all totally stupid. They must think that we’re braindead… They’re treating citizens across the world as if we’re all stupid.”

“But then that’s what they do, isn’t it? Because they don’t value us. They just say, ‘Well, they’re just robots.’”

“That’s their vision. ‘They do what we tell them to do. Don’t ask questions, just do it.’”

“Remember my thing? ‘All you need to know.’ So all you need to know is this.” (Which, as Simon has pointed out previously, is patronizing, telling us to only believe whatever they show us.)

“And I think people see right through it. I’ve got a much higher regard for the people on this planet than these bad guys. And I think people see it and they’re waiting.”

“And now [what] I’m saying to you is that, I believe truth will be evil.”

“But I think that from a practical, procedural action, [it] is going to require something coming through.”

“And that’s why people like General Flynn are not going to come out and say to you, ‘Oh yes, the military are in control.’ They can’t do that” (because such people are under oath not to reveal secrets).

“Don’t expect people who are serving officers or very close to the actions, don’t expect them to come and tell you, oh yes, the military are in control, we’re doing this, that, and the other…”

“What they can do is try and help you out with little clues.” Mentions the Doug Billings interview with General Flynn last week where General Flynn dropped a couple of loaded comments without appearing to break any oath of secrecy. (That video may be found at simonparkes.org.)

“Don’t focus on one-liners, look at the wider picture. Nobody can run a country (like Biden supposedly running it) when you’re not running it. It can’t go on.”

“It’s like an old jalopy with the bits falling off…His roadshow has literally bits dropping off it.… It’s like the car that’s gone over the spike strips. At what point will it be down on its rims and the sparks coming out?”

“And that’s really how we view it. So I don’t view it with relish. I don’t view this with glee or fun. I’m deeply saddened and upset by what I see.”

“But I want that jalopy to be down on its rims and I want the sparks coming out and I want it skidding off to the side of the road. And that’s what we all want. We just have to be patient.“

“So focus on the United Kingdom, now, let’s see.…I’ve been through a number of harsh winters. And nobody ever told me I was going to have no drinking water or no gas to cook on.”

“So somebody on the bad side, I think, has a clue that somebody on the good side is now turning their attention to Britain…“

“You may not know, but some of the Dominion stuff, we talked about Frankfurt and Spain and obviously China, Canada, [but there is] something in Britain as well. There was a connection in Britain. And I think that’s what’s taking the interest.”
