“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been examining and exploring the various ways that you all have of letting your higher selves in and becoming that fifth-dimensional version of yourselves that you are destined to become on a full-time basis. We have noticed that you are most likely to let your higher self take over during times when you are laughing, playing, and letting go of all the cares that you have, all the worries, and even all of the goals that you have set for yourselves.
You become your true self when you simply let go of all that has been bogging you down and keeping you from fully enjoying your life. We also witness those who are trying so very hard to become their higher selves, to ascend before the timing is right. And we see those individuals struggling for the most part to even catch a glimpse of that fifth-dimensional energy.
Now, what we are saying to you is that it is possible to live, act, think, and know as your higher self does while you are still there in the fourth dimension, waiting for the rest of humanity to be ready to shift. And we are also saying that there are those who are struggling and striving to break free from the limitations of the fourth dimension before they are ready to do so, and certainly before the rest of humanity is ready.
You must have discovered through your own trials and tribulations at this point in your lives that trying and efforting usually keep you stuck right where you are, whereas letting go, surrendering and looking for the joy in the moment are the keys to unlocking the kingdom of heaven that exists within you. You are there to try and try again so that you can come to this realization on your own.
You want to notice how much easier life is when you let things unfold in their perfect timing, and you are there to enjoy the journey. You are there to enjoy the ride to the fifth-dimensional realm, the fifth-dimensional frequency range. And so, even with all the chaos and all the turmoil that you are experiencing on planet Earth at this time, you still must find a way to lighten up if you are ever going to get through this with your sanity.
You all need to let go right now of trying to figure it out, trying to assess blame, trying to see patterns and connect dots. Go outside and have a good time. That is our prescription for all of you. That is how you will get inspired, and that is definitely how you will get a taste of what it is to be your higher self, your fifth-dimensional self, right here and right now, with no need for an event or a solar flash. Give yourselves that taste and see how sweet it is when you look for more opportunities to laugh, to sing, to play, and to experience joy in your lives in all of its many forms.

I am Ashtar. I come at this point in your evolutionary process, in your awakening process.
For this is that grand awakening. This is what you all came here for. These are those times, those moments just prior to the Great Awakening. You are in it now. And you are moving through it rapidly. Because everything is exactly as it needs to be in these moments, even though everything appears around you to be in chaos.
There will be order coming from this chaos. Because you are moving through this process, and what is occurring is a separation. Yes, you must become united. But first, in order to do so, there must be that separation. A separation of the wheat from the chaff.
That is what is occurring. Some are calling it a timeline shift. That is also correct. Because those of you that are on the timeline that is in creation now, the creative process that you are in, you are creating the timeline that you want to be on. You are creating the timeline of the new higher vibrations and frequencies, moving into the higher dimensions.
And yes, you will be leaving behind those that are not ready for this. But fear not: those that are not ready, those that choose to not be ready, they will be accommodated just as they need to be. And no one, and I repeat: no one shall be lost. Even though they are temporarily lost to you, even if they may be family members. They will be back with you again.
For you, yourselves, have left many, many times your families, your loved ones, in many different systems, many planets. You have done this many times before. You have said good-bye, whether it was through a dying process or just simply leaving to move to continue on your journey.
You have left them before, always to return once again, to connect once again to your brothers and sisters, to your family members, to your loved ones. For they are all a part of our soul family—always will be, always have been. You will be back with them. Even those that have left you in this lifetime in the dying process: you will be reunited with them once again. And those that still yet may leave in that process, you will reunite with them again.
You are destined, my friends, you are destined to complete this journey that you came for. You made many promises long ago and, as you know, you volunteered to be here. But those times are coming to an end. This volunteering is coming to an end. You are close to reaching that finish line. We know you have heard this before. And in your third-dimensional illusionary understanding, you wonder, “When is it going to be? When is it going to be?’” But our answer to you is you are in it right now.
You are at the cusp of the new awakening, the New Dawn that is coming. It is already approaching now. And if you look out and look beyond the chaos, you will see the blue skies. You will see the white fluffy clouds. You will see the flowers in the fields blooming. You will see and feel the water, consciousness within the water. You will know beauty, even within the seeming ugliness.
But the seeming ugliness is necessary for more and more people to awaken. That is what you are waiting for. Many of you could have ascended back in your 2012. Many of you were destined to do so. But you know that you all chose at a deeper level, within you at the Higher Self level, you chose to wait so that more and more of your brothers and sisters here could ascend with you.
That is what you came here for many, many lifetimes ago, to prepare the way for this Ascension process. To be those Way-Showers. To show the way. To prepare the way.
And along the way, the systems that are in place need to be changed. They need to be busted wide open. And that one you have as the president now, President Trump, is that System Buster. He has been put in place for this. He volunteered for this. He is the one that is leading you through this transition.
All of you must give him all of the strength that you can muster to provide for him the Light. Send him Light. He is in need of a great amount of Light now. For those of the dark forces will do everything that they can to hold him off, to hold those forces of the Light off.
But as you know, and as you have heard many times, and have begun to fully realize, the Light has already won, and what has started cannot be stopped. It can be postponed, and has been many times. But it cannot be fully stopped. You, those of you, the Light-Workers and Warriors are the ones that are paving the way forward. So continue to assist in any way that you can, any opportunity that arises to help others awaken.
Even if you may receive those attacks you speak of, those mental and emotional attacks, you can ward that off. You can protect yourselves. You have the tools: the Violet Flame, the Shield of Light, Archangel [Michael’s] Blue Sword of Truth, the use of crystals. Whatever it is, whatever tool that works for you, you have it to use to shield yourself from negativity, to shield yourself from the dark forces attacking you. And in return, for reaching out to helping others, you will help more and more to awaken to who they are, just as you were helped by those of us to awaken to who you are. For you are all of us becoming. You are the ones that are going to take our places. You are the ONES. You are the ONE.
I am Ashtar. And I leave you now in peace and love, as we continue to watch from above to assist whenever we find it possible. And you have many, many that are assisting and helping you. You are not alone, my friends, never have been, never will be. We are all in this together. Remember that. We are all in this together.
How will we react?
How Will We React?
Our sources have suggested to us that a huge show is underway, which we’ll be informed of as the next step in the process.
The pace will almost seem too rapid as the mainstream media begins to report the truth. We’ll feel like we were on an emotional rollercoaster, they say. (1)
We’ll hear much that will upset us. But “the denser energies must be exposed for what they are in order to be recognized and acknowledged.” (2)
Let’s think about that for a moment. If we were talking about an individual, we’d say that we’re about to learn things about them that have remained unknown until now and may shock and upset us.
And then we found out that the person was a pedophile and what that explicitly meant in today’s context. Or that he or she was into adrenochrome production and child sacrifice.
How will we react?
Well, now we’re about to hear that news at a social level. Our society has hosted a network of child-torturers and killers that will shock us to hear about. Celebrities will be charged; politicians, religious leaders, judges, etc.
How will we react?
To return to the individual level, we’d react as our body, senses, mind, emotions together impelled us. We call this “shock.” Once that wave had passed, we’d pause and assimilate what had just arisen.
After that, we’d make what we’d call a “considered” response.
But what about when it’s a society?
How will we respond when we find that the corruption was endemic and widespread and beyond distinctions. In short, it was everywhere and we did not know, did not bother to know, or left it to others.
Our self-serving bias will run riot. Added to the dissonance from seeing what happened on our watch will be the emergency fire crews trying to put out the fire. All will be chaos inside us, exactly at a time when we need to remain calm.
Hey, I’ve got vasanas. I’ll be rushing around too, trying to discover what I need to do when all around me are losing their heads, as I am. Or am about to do.
Life will become very basic when that time arrives. I can hazard a guess at what I’ll find.
There’ll come a time when I (I can’t speak for others) will find I need to make a choice between love and everything else.
I will choose love. But just thinking of that time brings on the experience of love.
I make that choice now and avoid the rush later.

I come across many really apt expressions of things in the course of researching other topics.
This discussion by the Mother from 2014 is an excellent overview of our universally-unprecedented Ascension – its significance, its newness, its design. I came across it in researching cross-cultural spirituality.
Since I seem to be coming so regularly on articles that “should” be reposted, I’m going to borrow Suzi’s term and call them “Encores.”

Suzanne Maresca: Hello, and welcome to An Hour with an Angel, with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love and author of The New You: Emerging into the Brilliance of Humanity’s Heart Consciousness.
Joining her is Steve Beckow, founder of the Golden Age of Gaia and author of Building Nova Earth: Toward a World that Works for Everyone.
I’m Suzanne Maresca, sitting in for GD, and I’m pleased to say that our guest today is the Divine Mother. So, with that, I’ll turn it over to you, Steve.
Steve Beckow: Thank you, Suzi. Thanks for sitting in for Graham today as well.
Today our guest is the Divine Mother. And we ordinarily would have a bit of a pre-show chat with Linda, but Linda has asked us to go directly to the Divine Mother, who has much to say to us today. So, with that, I’ll welcome the Divine Mother.
Divine Mother: And welcome to you. I am Mother of change, Mother of constancy, Mother of All, and Mother of One. Blessings to all of you.
As I have beckoned each and every one of you, not only this night, not only this day, but every day, I am calling to you. I am calling to each of your beings, to your hearts, to your forms, to your bodies, to your beings, to every single particle of you.
You magnificent angels, hybrids, humans, star beings in form, you who have been birthed from my heart and from the very core of One, whether it was a hundred years ago or a billion years ago, it matters not, for you carry the divinity within you. And that spark, my beloved children, can never be dimmed.
You can try and ignore it. You can try and hide it. You can try and bury it. But it is not going anywhere. And with my legions — and there are many — I reignite this spark within you.
What do you think the various gifts that I have been bringing to you, that I, we, have been bringing to you, delivering to your doorstep, delivering within your heart, your shins, your knees, your back, your central column, your expanded field, what do you think, feel, believe, my blessed children, that these gifts are about?
First of all, I emphasize to you how precious you are. How deeply valued, not as an instrument of our will, not as an expression of our being, for are we not united? Of course. But your uniqueness, your expression, is splendid. Let me be very clear about this.
Have there been detours? Have there been those of you in this or other lifetimes that have chosen circuitous paths? Well, there certainly are.
Does that extinguish your uniqueness, your beauty, your wonder, the blessing of who you are? No. You may forget, you may hide, you may wander off to the far reaches of the shadows of the universe, but we do not forget. And that is why we gather you.
And that is why you have gathered as a unified whole. When you have said to each other, to Gaia, to the kingdoms, to me, that you would come to this blessed planet Earth during this time of transformation, we, the I AM, bring to your doorstep, humbly, everything that I am.
You cannot even begin to fathom what I am saying, and yet I say this not as the voice in the Silence, not as the voice crying in the wilderness, (1) but as the voice that speaks to humanity.
And I do not mean just you, my sweet angels, who listen this night; I speak to the people of Earth, I call to the people of Earth, and I beckon to all of you: please heed not only what I say, but what I offer, what I bring, among which what I bring is explanations and understanding, wisdom and vision and information, that you go forward in tandem and in your uniqueness.
I have come to your shores, the shores of your planet and the shores of your being, to wash you, to bathe you, to cleanse you, to penetrate you, to integrate you, yes, with my clarity, with my purity, with my tsunami of love.
And these are catalysts for your expansion, for your raising up, for your ascension, for your great awakening. But it is time. This day, I also add to what I lay at your doorstep, what I instill within your heart, and that is the greater anchoring of grace. (2)
Now, how, how is grace any different than my essence, my love? In which you are completely immersed, whether you know it or not. And I will address that as well.
Grace is the anchoring in greater form of the divine qualities, of the blessings and virtues, in your form, in your personality, influencing what you think of as your ego, in your body, in your field.
Now, why do I do this? Well, I could tell you I have my reasons. But let us be very practical this day. You are being swept, infused, by my love, but there is a next step that some of you, many of you, are pleading for. Again, you did not even know this, but it is the integration of the energy into your everyday reality.
Many of you have been praying and pleading, begging, for relief, for reprieve. My sweet angels, I would suggest to you that I have a greater understanding of what brings you relief in the truest sense, that you may go forward and claim your place as ascended beings in form, as creator race.
Before I speak of this, what I wish to address, if you will permit me…
SB: Yes, Mother.
DM: Thank you — is this sense that some of you are witnessing and some of you are feeling regarding my tsunami of love, which is not even at its crescendo, at its highest peak as yet. So I am adding these divine qualities in your human form so that you may deal with the increased energy that I am about to give you.
And there is no stopping the tsunami. Let me be clear about this. You have asked to ascend as one, and you will, but there is work to be done.
Now, some of you have joined me in the ecstasy of bliss, and I thank you. I thank you for letting me in. You say, “Well, Mother, I knew you were coming in anyway.” That is true, but there are many who resist.
Now, let us talk about this group [who resist] — some who are oblivious. They do not truly concern me, for in many ways they are the most effortless to penetrate. But those who are despondent, depressed, in despair, or who say, “I don’t feel anything,” you are praying for relief and then telling me, which I have no objection to, exactly how this relief will take place, what it will look like, what the tangible form will be, how it will look and smell and taste, and I want to give you more than that.
I am not merely talking about giving you more tools. I am talking, addressing you, all of you of this planet, I am talking about fundamentally changing — not evolution, shift — what it means to be human. You say to me, “Mother, can you do that?” We are Creator Force. And everything that we create is of love, including grace, including clarity, including purity, including hope, and charity, and perseverance, and fortitude.
Now, there are three groups, some who are feeling the very rapid and strong currents of the tsunami, because you have volunteered to do this for the oblivious group, and to assist those who are struggling in awareness. Now, the difficulty in this, if you are doing your work, the infusion of the grace will help, and the central breathing of blue. Take yourself out of the rapids, child, and come and sit by the shore, or on your front lawn, or on your bed! I will tend to you.
Then there is the second group who is afraid to believe. I have believed so many things, and I have hoped for so many things, so I don’t dare trust. And, sweet angels, again it is not so much that you do or do not trust me, us, all, it is the fundamental denial of trusting yourselves, of trusting not only that you are guided, but your own guidance, about why you are on the planet of Gaia in the first place. Why has this sweet planet even accepted you?
So, might I ask you to stand back and let go of that fear and mistrust? I am banging, knocking on the door to your heart. Please let me in.
Then there is the third group. And these are the ones that need help, for they are tired. They are battle-weary, and it is not that you do not serve. It is that you serve with everything you have. And you feel that you have nothing left to give. And you feel somewhat that you are semi-comatose.
Let us take you to the shallows, to the crystal-clear blue water, and hold you the way we have held you so long ago in the Dead Sea, that you will simply float and receive regeneration and the love. My beloved ones, you are not done yet. Yes, if you choose to come home, I will welcome you. I will lift you up. I will celebrate your return. But let us also be clear, that does not end your journey. It simply alters the course. And you continue on.
But you can stay in form, and know — not think, not maybe, but know — not only my love, but the love of All. And you will learn very rapidly to love yourself again. Perhaps this is not what you desire, but this is part of my creation, my unfoldment, my Plan. So this is not about exclusion. People of Earth, children of Gaia, you have suggested, you have prayed, you have decided and chosen that you ascend as one.
Now, many of you have already begun the process. The wayshowers, the gatekeepers, the pillars have never been busier! And you have actually been sent additional grand assistance by the angelic realm of every realm. Yes. So if you come upon a seraph at the gate, do not worry! They are on duty waiting for you. (3)
They’ll take your hand and they will unfurl your wings, and remind you who you are. So who are you? Who is this group, now particularly, this group of — might I call you light-bearers, love-bearers? — who lead the way. You are ancient souls, coming from every corner of the universe, every realm, every what you think of as dimension, who have said, “We can do this.”
We are creating a new species — if I say it this way, you will understand — a new species of human, conscious, heart-directed, brilliant, creative and determined. And you are doing it not by leaving, but by staying.
Many of you say to me, “But Mother, I am tired.” Even those of you who are most vigorous. And I say, rest in the waves, rest in my arms, rest in the arms of Gaia, rest by the Council fire, rest on ship, rest in the wild places, or the inner cities. We will replenish you.
We have not asked of you to give up your life or your life-force for this Ascension, for this shift. That was never the Plan. Not yours, and not ours.
So of course we will heal you and replenish you, particularly my beloved Raphael. What do you think he’s doing? So few of you call on him! And so few of you are taking the actions that in fact make you feel stronger in every meaning of the word daily! And so few of you are taking the actions that will make you feel more gentle, more loving, more alive every day! And yes, we give you the lift every day!
I do not say that to criticize. But I also tell you, today is not about the tools. It is beyond that. It is I, as your Mother, not only calling you but asking you to complete. I am not asking you to come to me. I have come to you as never before. I am not merely standing in front of you or next to you or flooding the planet. I am within you. And that is why I have said, I am the tsunami, and you are the tsunami. I am Gaia, and you are Gaia. I am peace, and you are peace.
One of the difficulties with the tsunami is that so many of you are expecting high drama. Yes, the human addiction of the old realm. I tell you right now, you cannot be in grace, in love, being love and engender or embody drama. They do not, and they cannot, coexist. I do not contain the drama. So the humans who are saying, “I don’t feel anything,” are expecting high drama. That is not the way that we work.
We have had quite enough drama to last until the end of time, which is never going to happen, by the way. So shed the addiction to drama. Give it to Raphael or Raj. Let us eliminate this silly addiction once and for all. Because drama is created only to serve lower vibration — control, greed, lust, hatred, fear — and that will never create anything, except stall, freezing, being stuck, as you put it.
So, let this go. And when you are witnessing the drama — and you have many, many fine examples at the moment; you do not need to create it personally; simply look to the Middle East — but this is where it started and where it will finish. It is the process that we do not speak of very often but of elimination and dis-creation. In the creation of Nova Earth, yes, there will be emotions. That is the delight of being human. And the cities of light will radiate with diversity. But the drama that tears down the human heart and mind, there is no place for it.
And the Ascension, which is at mid-point, can not be completed without this elimination. So often you say to me, “Mother, where is the Company of Heaven in helping us?” Well, this is something we are helping you with. We are answering your prayers and your pleas in ways that are larger than you think. And very specific.
So I am not saying, sweet angels who are experiencing such physical discomfort, dis-ease, imbalance — it matters not what you call it — I am not saying, “Can you please just continue to suffer until I raise the entire vibration of the planet?” That is not what I say to you. I am your Mother.
So, again, let me tend to you. Let me wipe your brow and heal your ailments. And yes, my legions assist. So the home health care is at your door. Again, please, let us in.

The Heavenly Father is the Silence and the wilderness. “He” (he is not a “he”) is a wilderness in the sense that he is lawless; by that I mean, that no law can apply to the Father’s transcendental realm; only to the Mother’s phenomenal realm.

‘Earth will ring like a bell’ prediction from our space brothers
Unusual Seismic Phenomenon heard around the World
A “Mystery Signal” puzzles seismologists, as it was unprecedented in the records. In a National Geographic Article from 28th Nov. 2018 a couple of seismologic Experts discussed a global Phenomenon on 11th Nov 2018 just before 9:30(UT), that has emerged from the ancient African seismic activity zone at the Mayotte Islands located between Africa and the northern Tip of Madagascar. It was first discovered and posted on Twitter by an earthquake enthusiast with the handle @matarikipax, who was monitoring U.S. Geological Survey’s real-time seismogram displays.
I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it. […] Yet many features of the waves are remarkably weird—from their surprisingly monotone, low-frequency “ring” to their global spread [, …] researchers are still chasing down the geologic conundrum. – Göran Ekström, Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Columbia University
The coherent waves propagated and were detected across Africa, throughout even Chile, Kanada, Hawaii and New Zealand over a period of 20 minutes. However, National Geographic states, “it seems, no human has felt them”…
Stephen Hicks, a seismologist at the University of Southampton published the global seismic graph on this event on his Twitter shown above. He explains, these waves are in an earthquake usually companioned by High-Frequency “wave trains”. However, these were not what was seen in the „11/11 Mayotte-Event”, which had a seemingly coherent Low-Frequency wave with a 17-second wave period, as reported by National Geographic, another Source states it’s been a 16-second period.
It’s like a music instrument. […] The notes of a music instrument—whether it’s grave or very pitchy—depends on the size of the instrument. – Jean-Paul Ampuero, a seismologist at the Université Côte d’Azur in France
So, was it the whole Globe vibrating like a huge Bell of Freedom?
The signal’s odd uniformity could be due, in part, to the surrounding rocks and sediments, Anthony Lomax, an independent seismology consultant adds. Perhaps the local geology is filtering the sounds and only letting this single 17-second wave period escape. “They’re too nice; they’re too perfect to be nature,” Helen Robinson, from University of Glasgow jokes. “It is very difficult, really, to say what the cause is and whether anyone’s theories are correct.” Most current guesses revolve around resonance in a magma chamber, triggered by some type of subsurface shift or chamber collapse, concludes the National Geographic Article. However, every explanation given sounds vague and speculative. Anyway, what the French Geological Survey (BRGM) called the “atypical very low-frequency signal” was a repeating wave, spread around the globe, would register about every 17 seconds and lasted some 20 minutes in total. Mother Mary says dear heart, I am Mother Mary. I come today to bring you good news. The Divine has decreed that the original volunteers who have been sent to the planet by the Mother God, are now being called. The Divine Mother wants these 144,000 light workers to be shown to the world first. The Divine has deemed that these light workers are the most devoted and stayed on the planet the longest. They have come to the planet with Mother God, setting up the creation process and ushered in the humans. They are the light forces which Divine Mother God had when she first came to the planet. They have been with the Mother ever since.
These souls literally never stop working. They came to planet earth at times when Gaia Mother needed them the most. Mother Gaia was the first creation of the great Mother God. Once Gaia was created, Divine Mother God created these souls for the purpose of accompanying Father God. Mother God asked these 144,000 souls to stay with the Father God no matter what, and they did just that. These souls have come and gone with the Mother/Father God ever since. They never stopped their journey to earth, worked tirelessly till now, they have being called, and the Divine wants them to come home. The Divine wants them to come to the planet one more time, accompanying the Divine Mother, and come home forever. They no longer need to come to the planet after that. Their mission has been completed. And they have successfully ascended, each and every one of them.
The Divine made sure all of these 144,000 have successfully ascended. Now, the Divine is calling them to show the world who they are and why they are here.
These souls are Mother God’s League. They were specially equipped when they came to the planet. They have the codes no one else has, and these codes have been extremely helpful for them individually as well as for the collective. Because they have carried wake-up codes, or ascension codes, because of their mere presence on the planet, they have started this ascension process even as this tiny planet was just created. That is why this planet has been growing so fast, and ascension coming so quick. These ascension processes have been going on for a long time.
It is just that, in humanity’s infancy, they have not be able to recognize it. Now, the ascension is at full steam, and these ascension codes have deeply anchored in each and every human soul. And these ascension codes have been activated. It is now just a matter of time. When the time comes, every human on the planet will wake up and go home. That is the design.
I love you dear heart. I am Mother Mary. Now you know the history of these 144,000 light workers, glorified in the Revelation of the Bible. They are indeed great loves of the Mother God. What they have done for this planet is recorded in the hall of fame in the heavens. They are an amazing group of souls who work tirelessly for the planet. Now is their time to shine. The Divine wants the planet to recognize them, give them the over due appreciation and credit they so deserve. They are the true unsung heroes, and they deserve the most glory in this ascension process.
Their time has come. Let’s give them a round of applause, and let them know how precious they are, and how much we love them. They deserve the most recognition and the love from humanity. These souls have been through eons of time, and they are indeed the wise ones.
I love you dear ones. In the next few days and upcoming weeks, the Divine is going to continue the reward process. We want each and every one of our light workers to be recognized and rewarded. The reward is based on how long you have been doing the light work, and how much light you have brought to the planet. There are exceptional light workers who will be called in special settings, and the reward for them will be more. The Divine wants to make sure these special group of high achievers receive what they deserve. They have done so much for the planet, we need to give back to them. They are the cornerstones of this grand operation, and the Divine wants to make sure they are honored and rewarded. They are the special ones indeed.
Besides that, Gaia wants to make sure that she, personally appreciates all the work each of the light workers have done. She wants the light workers to be remembered. She wants the planet to know the light workers and how the light workers have helped the planet. Gaia said that each of our light workers deserves the deepest love and appreciation, and she knows that she owns each and every one of the light workers a big thanks. She said that the Divine knows how appreciative Gaia is for the help light workers bring to the planet, and Gaia wants our light workers to know that. Gaia always appreciates what you do, and always loves you.
I love you dear ones. I am Mother Mary. In the upcoming times, when things show on the planet, in other words, after the final disclosure happens, the Divine will have a show for the planet. All the 144,000 will be introduced to the planet and humanity. The Divine will make sure all of them show up and show their glory to the planet. It may take years, but the Divine is determined. Navy Admiral describes Reverse Engineering program involving extraterrestrial spacecraft
[Cont. from Part 1] In the transcript/summary of a 2002 conversation between Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson and Dr. Eric Davis it was revealed that a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle was being reverse engineered by a major aerospace company. Wilson first learned about the classified UFO program through a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document shared with him at a confidential April 10, 1997 meeting with Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and Navy Commander Willard Miller.
The recently released transcript describes what Admiral Wilson [TW] told Dr. Davis [EWD] about Wilson’s efforts up to June 1997 to learn the truth about the classified UFO program, and the associated reverse engineering effort revealed to him in the April meeting.
EWD: Okay then, what happened in April-June ’97?
TW: After parting with Miller (week later, he thinks) – I made calls, knocked on a few doors, talked to people – went on for 45 days (thereabouts) on and off

- Suggestion came from Ward (Gen. M. Ward) to go through the records groups files (like an index system) in OUSDAT (Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology)
- Ran into Bill Perry in May ’97 – talked about this quietly – he suggested the same thing
- They told me of a special projects record group not belonging to usual SAP – a special subset of the unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived programs – not belonging to usual SAP divisions as organized in ’94 by Perry himself – set apart from rest but buried/covered by conventional SAPs. (Transcript/Summary, pp. 6-7)
Wilson was here referring to different categories of Special Access Programs (SAPs), where the most important – unacknowledged/carve-outs/waived – were hidden behind conventional SAPs.
The method of hiding the most highly classified programs behind less classified ones was verified in one of the NSA documents leaked by Edward Snowden called Sentry Eagle. It graphically depicted how Exceptionally Compartmented Information (ECI – an Intelligence Community classification similar to an Unacknowledged SAP used by the Pentagon) would be hidden behind a Non-ECI Program (similar classification status to a conventional SAP)

Wilson went on to describe the aerospace company that ran the classified reverse engineering effort, without naming it:
EWD: Who was the project contractor or USG agency that runs the program?
TW: An aerospace technology contractor – one of the top ones in US
EWD: Who?
TW: Core secret – can’t tell
EWD: Defense contractor?
TW: Yes, the best one of them.
The reference to the “best one of them” firmly points to Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division which has a long track record of successfully working on cutting edge aerospace programs. For example, Skunkworks former Director, Ben Rich, was fond of ending lectures by declaring: “We now have the technology to take ET home”.

Wilson then explained what happened when he discovered which company was running the classified UFO program and contacted it to gain access:
EWD: What happened with you found contractor?
TW: I made several calls (end of May ’97), first to Paul, Mike & Perry to confirm I had right contractor and program manager to talk to.
EWD: They confirm?
TW: Yes.
EWD: Then?
TW: (End of May ’97) Made three calls to the program manager – one of them conference call with security director and corporate attorney.
Confusion on their part at to why I was looking for them and what I wanted from them or wanted to know about.
Very testy tone from all of them. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 8-9]
Wilson next explains how he was denied access to the classified UFO program by the three corporate officials (program manager, security director, and attorney):
TW: I told threesome I wanted formal briefing, tour, etc. – was exploiting my regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA/Assistant Joint Chief of Staff J-2 – Told them my not being briefed was oversight they needed to correct – I demanded!
TW: They needed to discuss this (his demand) so hung up. Got called 2 days later and they said they don’t want to talk on phone and arranged for face-to-face meeting at their facility.
EWD: Did you go?
TW: Yes, ten days later (mid-June or so). Flew out there

- Met in their conference room in their secure vault
- Three of them show up
EWD: 3 guys with whom you had telecon?
TW: Yes, same 3

- Security director (NSA-retired, a CI expert)
- Program director
- Corporate attorney
- Called themselves “the watch committee” or gate keepers [Transcript/Summary, p. 10]
Wilson describes how the “watch committee” told him about a prior incident years ago where the present security system was set up after an agreement was reached with the Pentagon’s Special Access Programs Oversight Committee (SAPOC), which was overhauled in 1994, very likely due to the incident Wilson was told about. The agreement gave the corporate contractor running certain categories of SAPs the authority to restrict access to UFO related programs from Pentagon officials regardless of their rank and position:
– [TW] Said after that episode a formal agreement was struck with Pentagon people (SAPOC) to prevent this in future – didn’t want a repeat
– Special criteria were established in agreement

- A special circumstance that must meet rigorous access criteria set by contractor committee
- No USG personnel are to gain access unless they met the criteria – to be administered by contractor committee (program director, attorney, security director) irregardless of the tickets and position USG personnel possess
- Literally their way or the highway. [Transcript/Summary p. 11]
- A special circumstance that must meet rigorous access criteria set by contractor committee
The “watch committee” told Admiral Wilson that despite him being Deputy Director of the DIA and Vice Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, that he was not on the “bigot list” – those with a “need to know” access – who could be briefed about the UFO program:
TW: They said my tickets were all confirmed and valid, but I was not on the bigot list

- My tickets alone were not enough
- I didn’t meet the special criteria so need to know authorization was not being granted….
TW: Argued more – they wouldn’t accept my arguments that they fell under my statutory oversight and regulatory authority as Deputy Director DIA – under purview for my right to have need to know (oversight, audit, justification issues, etc., etc.)

- Regulatory and statutory authority as Deputy Director DIA not relevant or pertinent to nature of their program!
- Then they pulled out their bigot list to convince me otherwise – several pages long – dated 1990, updated 1993. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 11-12]
The transcription goes on to cover Wilson and Davis’ conversation about names on the bigot list, and who in the Pentagon and White House was allowed access:
EWD: Who was on it? Recognize names?
TW: That is core secret.
Willing to say that most were program employees – names and titles (job titles) – civilians – didn’t recognize any military personnel – could be there.
EWD: Any politicians?
TW: No

- No White House names, no President!
- No Congressional people
- No Congressional staffers
EDW: Any in Clinton or Bush Sr. Administrations?
TW: No! But handful of names were Pentagon individuals I recognized – few from OUSDAT, one from another department, another at the NSC who is Pentagon SES employee. [Transcript/Summary, p. 12]
Stunningly, Wilson learned that no members of the Legislative (Congress) or Executive (White House) branches of government were briefed about the corporate UFO program. Only a few Pentagon officials were given access. This corroborates what Greer and others have been claiming for decades over the unconstitutional nature of the secrecy system developed for the UFO issue.
Next, the transcript elaborates on how Wilson tried to gain access by identifying the type of program that was underway attempting to link it to his official field of responsibility as Deputy Director DIA:
– [TW] Program Manager said they were

- Not any weapons program
- Not any intelligence program
- Not any special ops or logistics program
- Doesn’t fit these categories [Transcript/Summary, p. 12]
Finally, Wilson was told that the UFO program was a reverse engineering program of a recovered extraterrestrial vehicle, exactly what Greer, Mitchell, and Miller, had told him at the April 10, 1997 meeting. Importantly, Wilson expressed his surprise thinking that the UFO term was merely a cover for acquired foreign aerospace technology built by the USSR or China:

- I asked what they were then
- Loud groan from Program Manager
- Security Director and attorney say it’s okay to say it.
EWD: Say what?
TW: There were a reverse engineering program –

- Something recovered years ago in the past
- Technological hardware was recovered
- So I thought they meant recovered Soviet/Chinese, etc. hardware and reverse engineer it – like a missile or intel platform or aircraft – actually came to meeting expecting to find a sensitive foreign collection and reverse engineering operation – thought “UFOs” used as a cover for that –
- So I said that and they said they weren’t that either
- They had (program manager talking) a craft – an intact craft they believed could fly …
- Program manager said they didn’t know where it was from [they had some ideas on this] – it was technology that was not of this Earth – not made by man – not by human hands [Transcript/Summary, pp. 12-13]
Wilson next described that he was told the corporation had encountered great difficulty in its reverse engineering efforts:

- [TW] Said they were trying to understand and exploit technology: their program was going on for years and years with very slow progress
- Agonizingly slow with little or no success – painful lack of collaboration to get help from outside community of experts and facilities to assist effort – must remain isolated and use own facilities and cleared personnel – tough environment to work – about 400-800 (bigot list count) workers varying in number funding or personnel changes. [Transcript/Summary, pp. 12-13]
When Wilson threatened to go to the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) he was told to go ahead by the corporate “watch committee” and was eventually denied access by the Senior Review Group running SAPOC Pentagon committee set up to oversee Special Access Programs:
TW: Before last week of June (’97)

- They told me (TW) that they were sustaining the contractor, that I was to immediately drop the matter and let it go – forget about it as I did not have purview over their project, it didn’t fall within my oversight, etc.
- I became very angry – started yelling when should have kept my mouth shut…
- … Senior Review Group chairman said if I didn’t follower their suggestion that I would not see Director DIA promotion, get early retirement, lose 1 or 2 stars along the way
- Really incredibly angry – upset over this – livid!!!
- Why such a big deal over this considering the position of trust I have in the Pentagon – I do have relevant regulatory/statutory authority over their program – that’s my position!!! [Transcript/Summary, p. 14]
The refusal to grant access was the critical moment that Wilson realized that the corporation was being supported by a powerful group linked to the Pentagon to hide the corporation’s reverse engineering of an extraterrestrial spacecraft, as an Unacknowledged/waived SAP, hidden within the labyrinth of conventional SAPs conducted by the Pentagon and its corporate contractors.
The refusal was ultimately why Wilson believed that a UFO cabal/ MJ-12 was in charge of UFO related projects, and even senior officials at the DIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff were out of the loop. This is what he told Commander Miller back in June 1997, who in turn relayed Wilson’s conclusions to Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell who respectively revealed more details over the next two decades.
