Some time ago I was given the message of poi and shown NZ women spinning poi. I didn’t understand the message.

I’m beginning to understand, they are creating sacred geometry for healing and interdimensional work, but more – they are playful, meant to be experimented with.

There is a study being conducted in New Zealand to compare the benefits of poi and Tai Chi. The results are due for release in June 2016

Can’t wait to try out some poi.
