I had an incredible and important dream that I wanted to share with all of you. I was in a café getting a bite to eat. All around me the people looked gray and lifeless, yet the world around them had color. It didn’t make any sense to me. The next moment I find myself near a group of woman. These felt like people I had met in many, many lifetimes, they felt like sisters. Yet they too had no color.

I watched as they formed a circle and began to breathe, really breathe. As they took the deep belly breaths, I watched the color return. Then I watched as their crystalline (Christ-aligned) body lit up and then connected with the crystalline (Christ-aligned) grid. With each breath I saw the energy flow into the grid and reach far and wide, until it met with the next person or group doing the same. It was absolutely amazing to watch.

I was then told that the importance of the breath cannot be overlooked. Big belly breaths help the body to connect to all that is, detoxify our bodies, aid in the cellular function and DNA changes. When we use the breath to activate the Christ-aligned body and connect it into the Christ-aligned grid, it helps us to connect to each other and the creation of the new. It was explained that with all the turmoil on this planet right now that many are only shallow breathing and this is not the Breathe of Life, rather it is only the breath of one merely existing.

Higher Consciousness Grid The Christ-aligned (Crystalline) grid holds the Christ consciousness which is one of unconditional love and complete unity within and without. For those that have experienced pain caused by religion, know that the frequency of this consciousness can help to heal the wounds. When connecting fully to this frequency and grid I understood clearly just how much had been perverted and changed to fit an agenda by those that wanted to control. The Christ-aligned frequency is one of purity and truth that is not about one man, but rather it is a frequency that was carried by him and can be carried by us all.

Try this simple exercise to connect into yourself and the grid.

Begin to Deep breathe, expanding the stomach to its largest point
With each inhale, see and feel that you are inhaling pure golden light.
With each exhale let go of any tension or density you are holding. See it leaving as dark bits that instantly turn to light as it leaves your body.
Now say “I activate my Christ-aligned (Crystalline) body now.”
Really notice your body and what this activation feels like
Now say “I connect now to the Christ-aligned (Crystalline) Grid.”
You may feel the grid or even see it.
On the inhale of the deep breath feel the connection of the grid and your body
On the exhale feel your essence pushing into the grid.
Notice what your body feels and any imagery that shows itself.
To me it looked like water filling the lines of the grid, reaching as far as I could see, connecting with the next person doing the same.
Do this until you feel completely connected and full of life

It was shown that this exercise will help us to support each other and connect as one world crumbles and we build the new. The Breath of Life (deep belly breaths) is especially important for those that are or are becoming nodal point anchors for the Highest Divine Light. It was shown that connecting with our breath this way will help us to support each other and connect. I was shown that this exercise is even more powerful if it is done in groups. It is important that we all begin to connect on the ethers now.

The Breath is our connection to guidance and health. The Breath of Life is not only how we can live more fully in this world but how we create and connect to the new one.

So, BLM was a smokescreen cover superimposed upon the timeline to prevent the original protests that were seen in looking glass tech in the hope that BLM would STOP the original protests, marches & gatherings from ever taking place.

For a while I thought this *might* have been successful, but I am seeing clearly that it has not worked. The organic timeline has reverted back into it’s original configuration and the real protests, marches and gatherings are now very strong in the timeline for 2020.

So what are these? They are for the children. Our precious children. The time of harvesting our innocent babies for the darkest most nefarious inverted acts is now done.

The seed has been planted at the point of the 8/8/4 Lions Gate where critical mass for awakening, awareness and truth was reached. On 13th August the Sirian Stargate opens over Egypt signalling the end of the dark harvest and the beginning of the New Dawn.

August 5, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Last week’s explosively successful conference by America’s Frontline Doctors’ group, that exposed a “massive disinformation campaign” against the life-saving ability of Hydroxychloroquine to cure the Chinese coronavirus, was totally shut off the Internet by the tech giants. The group was in D.C. July 27 for its “White Coat Summit” event, which was organized and sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots and Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.). It kicked off with a full-day agenda and finished up the next day with a second press conference and congressional lobbying.

A Facebook representative gave as a vague excuse that the event was taken down for allegedly “sharing false information about cures and treatments for COVID-19.” As usual, Facebook refused to give any specifics. In reality, the tech companies themselves may be guilty of a “crime against humanity” and “criminal” spreading of false information that could have resulted in numerous deaths because infected patients and their physicians were denied crucial life-saving information provided during that event.

You will understand the severity of what the tech giants did as you read below some excerpts from Conference organizer Dr. Simone Gold’s White Paper on Hydroxychloroquine.

Most of the talks given during the day-long full conference can be seen here. I would strongly recommend viewing what these experts had to say that credibly contradicts the lies and misinformation that the public has been fed for months about hydroxychloroquine and other issues related to the Wuhan virus.

This is incredible material and you will likely be quite angry after watching these when you realize how badly the public has been deliberately misled about the issues covered in the talks so that the pharma giants can make billions on their alternative, far more costly, much less effective meds and vaccines. They would not even be necessary if hydroxychloroquine had not been so badly misrepresented and withheld from doctors and patients since the beginning of the pandemic.

The America’s Frontline Doctors (AFD) website has been restored after also being suddenly shut down by the organization’s web hosting company to conform with the social media censoring. A crucial part of the website is the References page with two exceptional documents. They present well-documented evidence that a hydroxychloroquine protocol, given at the right time and with the right dosage, will dramatically help most COVID-infected patients to rapidly recover from what too many mistakenly think, thanks to media-generated hysteria, is a death sentence.

The website also presents the video of the second, short press conference that was held in front of the Supreme Court on July 28. However, the full, original press conference, held at the end of the first day, and the one that was seen by 17 million as a Facebook live-stream, is much better to watch and can still be seen here, thanks to the OANN network.

Greetings. I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council, currently focused full-time on the Earth Council.

Please look at where your attention is focused now on the planet. We know there are many distractions from the dark forces who would like to remain in control. We can tell you unequivocally that they are losing and have very little time left.

They are desperate, angry, and fearful which are the energies they are trying to instill upon you. Their desire to control you is futile, especially for those of the light who know the truth.

We would like to make some suggestions so that you can overcome more of the hurdles that they are sending your way. Please remind yourself what a formidable being you are to be in the position you are in right now even though it is uncomfortable. Stay in your strength and your power and align yourself with the light.

Maintain your spiritual practice, your meditation, walks in nature, your sense of humor and creativity, and your friendships with other like-minded ground crew and family members. Reach to the stars and look at the stars. Watch the sky and see the beauty that is around you that is being prepared for you to help you rise above your current stressful situations.

Remind yourselves that you are creating your new world of light and love, harmony and balance, joy and abundance, community and friendship. Embrace us as the Galactics and your brothers and sisters. Get ready for the magic and the miracles that are coming your way.

Stand back from the chaos and the rubble remembering that this is just an illusion. You are not victims, you are victors. You are some of the most highly-evolved beings in creation. You would not be on the planet now if this were not true.

Remember that control comes from fear. Do you see how afraid the dark forces are right now? Stay away from anything that makes you fearful. Make new choices of where to put your focus.

During these times give yourself the best that you can give yourself. Pay attention to the energies around you and if you are feeling discordance it is best to remove yourself. Keep your vibration up as best as you can.

Know that you are stepping into your mastery. Masters don’t always know the answers to whatever they were going through but they will always find the solutions. This is the process of mastery. When you are complete with your mastery you won’t ever have to come back to the Earth again unless you want to.

This planet is considered the blue jewel of creation and will become a vacation spot. We appreciate you for staying on the Earth and for seeing this process through to completion. We are almost there so thank you! It will all be worth it!
