“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are constantly tracking your progress there on planet Earth while maintaining a feeling of patience within ourselves, as we understand how hard what you are doing truly is.
And we know that real growth and progress does not happen overnight. It takes time, and we know that you are always moving in the right direction, so when we look in on you, we do so with that expectation that we will notice some progress, and we will be able to build on that progress with you.
We will notice what’s working, and we will go with that momentum, rather than trying to force you to grow and expand in the directions that we would like to see you grow and expand in.
We recommend that you do this with yourselves as well.
We recommend that you be patient with yourselves and that you simultaneously hold that knowing that you are in fact moving in the right direction, and we also advise you to continue to flow with the energy that is moving you the fastest in the direction you ultimately want to go.
Let us say you would like to develop your spiritual gifts and abilities, and you notice that you can feel energy in your hands, and you have had some success working with people as an energy healer, but you also notice that you have yet to unlock your clairvoyant abilities.
Instead of lamenting the fact that you do not have that wide-open third eye, we recommend that you go with the flow of the energies that are flowing more easily for you.
We recommend that you lean in to the gifts that are already showing up, the things that are working for you, the skills that you do feel confident about.
And know that everything else is going to come in its most appropriate timing.
You don’t have to force anything into place there on your journeys, but you do need to trust that everything is moving forward for you, because it is.
And now that you know that we are helping you with the areas where we see you making the most progress, maybe you will be more likely to use that momentum that you have, so that you can continue to flow in that direction that is easiest for you to move in.
This experience of shifting from the third, through the fourth, and to the fifth dimension is hard enough as it is.
You don’t need to make it any harder on yourselves.
We, and others like us, are always attempting to make it easier for you, and we can do that, especially when we have your help.

We are aware of ourselves and aware of our relationship to all other beings and collectives in this vast universe of ours.
We know what our purpose is in regards to every single other being and collective, and that is a very good feeling to have within ourselves. We have ascended to the ninth dimension, which is a frequency range that makes it easier for us to hold that awareness within us.
We understand that it is harder for you to hold that awareness in the fourth dimension.
You don’t often recognize how it is you are supposed to relate to someone else that you come across in your day, and you don’t always know how to relate to those who are more permanent fixtures in your lives.
So we suggest that you stop and ask yourselves the question, ‘Who am I to this person, or this group, and who are they to me?’
You want to be able to understand what your relationship is really all about, and you also must at times understand that it is okay to relate to someone else, or some group of people from afar.
Sometimes you have to make those hard choices and decide for yourselves what is most appropriate when it comes to the other people in your lives.
If you are growing, expanding, and evolving at a faster rate than someone else, and you can feel that it is time to say goodbye to that person in some way, shape or form, then that is what you need to do.
Now, the other person may not really want to experience that separation or distance.
In the case of a romantic relationship, they may not want to experience the break-up, but that is all probably because you are vibrating at a higher frequency, and they are attracted to you and that higher vibration of energy that you hold within yourself.
You sometimes have to set boundaries with people in order to maintain that higher vibration, because they will seek as much of your time and attention as they can get when they haven’t discovered that they have the power within themselves to vibrate at a higher frequency.
Even if you love that person, you can always love them from a comfortable distance.
You can send love; you can feel compassion; you can hold space for them to get what they need so that they can start vibrating at a higher frequency and join you in that higher-frequency range.
You can never cut someone out completely, because they will always exist inside of you, and when you have a relationship to someone else that feels powerful at any time, you can rest assured that you will be together again when you are on the same wavelength.
We tell you this because of how important it is for you all to maintain that higher vibration for the entire collective.
You are doing so much more for all of humanity than you are ever doing for one or two individuals.
So remember that and take care of yourselves, set healthy boundaries, and trust your feelings.
They will always tell you whether someone is a match to you or not.

I want to continue with a contemplation I began earlier. (1)
You know, I really think that we have … well, what am I saying? Our sources have been telling us this … a mixed-up view of things. Like about what’s important in life?
I found myself looking outward for validation when suddenly I felt a little wave of bliss. I lived in bliss in 2015-6. There’s nothing more enjoyable and satisfying.
I found myself at a choicepoint: Do I continue what I was doing outside or do I remain with the bliss inside?
And I saw that, on the odd occasion when I really, consciously am aware of a hint of bliss, I don’t go with it, but choose instead to remain with the outside world.
Over and over and over again, I’m making this inferior choice. And I’m making it because I’ve convinced myself that the world outside is the real world. It really isn’t.
I also do it because I want to avoid being ridiculed. I do it to ensure I can remain within the safety of the herd. I have many reasons.
But they all collude to have me choose again and again to abandon bliss for whatever is occurring in the outside world.
Madness, spiritually speaking.
But it does show how the two think oppositely: To the worldly person the world is real and to the spiritual person it’s illusion and vice versa.
Never mind the courage it’d take to go into battle.
It also takes courage to leave the pack and choose the road less taken.
I’m locked down, masked off, cut off from 90% of the diversions in life. What better time to buck the social conditioning that says that only the outside world is real?

Dear readers, we greet you with love in these changing times. As best you can, avoid allowing the fear and doubt of the collective so prominent at this time to overwhelm you. Because most are unaware of what is taking place behind the scenes, it is very easy to judge by appearances and slip into fear.
Fear, confusion, and doubt plague even the most evolved at this time for you are seeing nothing that resembles what you expected to see. Understand that energy shifts and changes in every moment. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan as new and powerful energies of Light continue flooding earth
Events predicted by highly respected channels can and often do turn out to be completely different or predicted events never happen at all. This is not because the channel was incorrect, but because the energy in place at the time of the channeling has changed.
It is important to cease looking outside of yourselves for what is needed, be it information or anything else. See outside information including channeled messages as being guides rather than an unchangeable realities. You must begin to accept and trust that the only unchangeable reality that exists is within you.
If you read something that does not resonate with you, trust that regardless of how many letters the author may have behind his name or how many others believe it. Something that may be true for one person will not resonate at all with another. This is because there is or isn’t energetic alignment.
Stand silently, secretly, and confidently in truth. Be open to guidance and information where appropriate, but never allow some person, religion, government, tradition, or anything else to dictate what you must believe.
Times are quickly changing and many issues that were acceptable even last year, are being recognized as no longer right and appropriate. Trust that you are right where you are supposed to be at this time even if things are not what you expected (concepts).
As dense creations formed of duality/separation energy surface, they encourage those in alignment with these energy forms to act out in a similar way. However, this is an important part of the unfolding ascension process because nothing can change until that which needs changing is seen and then rejected by the majority. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan.
When someone living fully in the three dimensional belief system believes that he/she is separate from what they need for fulfillment on any level, they will automatically seek it through whatever means they can. Even those who violently act out in some way believe that they are achieving some form of good according to their attained level of consciousness.
Every person seeks peace and happiness. Most continue to seek where they believe it exists, in outer effects. In reality, the seeking for fulfillment on all levels is the yearning of the soul to be recognized and once again unite in Oneness.
Every person will at some point awaken to their ONEness but the evolutionary journey requires many learning experiences which in a dimension of time and space (earth) means many lifetimes. Most of you who read and align with these messages have done the work and are very close to that point.
Fear is the bottom line of all destructive behavior and is the outer effect of the belief in separation which then manifests as a sense of being alone, helpless, and subject to an infinite number of outside powers. Fear looks to a far off God, or something outside of self for salvation. The belief in two powers, of a power outside of Self, is what created and continues to sustain the three dimensional belief system.
The world is presently wading through a swamp of mud in order to get through and out where mud no longer exists. You may occasionally find yourself stuck in the mud along with those who actually like and identify with mud but your work as an evolved being is not to fear the mud or give it power, but rather know that you are not, never could become, and never have been mud.
Because fear springs from the belief in separation and because separation is an anchor in the third dimensional belief system, you will always be tempted to fear when living on earth. Recognize and then neutralize fear simply by not feeding it with your energy because it is not yours unless you claim it as yours. Fear will lose power over the majority as increasingly more awaken to the truth of ONEness because fear has no law to support it and can only exist if energetically fed.
A realization of oneness begins at the person’s level of awareness. In the beginning it may express as the desire to help someone less fortunate within one’s immediate circle–family, friends, or church group. Over time the person begins to be aware of and take an interest in the needs of individuals and groups outside of his immediate circle (strangers and animals) and eventually expands to include “enemies”.
Finally, perhaps over lifetimes, as a person’s state of consciousness evolves, he/she begins to realize that One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousnesses is and always has been expressing ITself as every living thing simply because IT is all that exists. This awareness of ONE is what constitutes unconditional love.
Illnesses, violence, and the circumstances so many find themselves in at this time are serving to bring about a sense of oneness previously not seen on earth. These events are necessary for the awakening of those who would rather stay glued to their comfortable concepts. However, many are or soon will get booted from their complacency, and it will be frightening for them, but necessary for spiritual growth and evolution–the real purpose of three dimensional experiences.
No one incarnates simply to live the high life after somehow attaining the world’s concepts of success. Everyone comes to earth to experience and learn, but the density of three dimensional energy causes them to forget this once they are no longer in alignment with the higher frequencies they came from. This is why young children often remember past lives and where they are from until the denser energies of earth become dominant.
With the help of Guides, every individual creates a plan for themselves before incarnating, a plan that includes having experiences that they feel are necessary for further spiritual growth. Some plans and many of today’s plans are to assist with earth’s awakening. Know that a soul plan never includes lessons that the person is not yet spiritually prepared for. A soul contract can be added to or changed at any time.
Some may choose to experience a “perfect” human life in order to learn that material success does not fill the empty spot within them that is always seeking for “something”. Many choose lessons that can only be learned through experiences of poverty, war, disease, or struggle but most of you have completed these dense types of experiences because you are no longer creating them.
A person can leave the physical whenever they choose. Many leaving at this time through disease wanted to leave and come back into new and higher energies and the current disease situation provided an easy way to do it. This information may upset some of you especially if you have lost a loved one, but know that death is always the soul’s choice, not a three dimensional choice, but one made on a deeper level.
There is no such thing as death. That which is termed death simply means leaving earth in order to return to one’s real home where the soul can have a well deserved rest, re-evaluate lessons learned, reunite with friends and family, and work with guides regarding further lessons and plans.
Trust.
Trust your Higher Self to know what you need and when you need it. Trust your intuition in the realization that it is the voice of your soul expressing ITself. Trust that you are here at this time for reasons other than just to experience three dimensional rewards, success, fun, or material comfort. Trust that a Divine Plan cannot fail.
These are powerful times indeed that you are experiencing. Embrace them for they are the reason you chose to be here lighting the path for others.

And you inspire others to work with energy as well, even if they have no idea what they are going to do with the energies that they receive.
You are the ones who get the attention of physical extra-terrestrial beings, because they, like us, are looking for co-creators.
They want to play with those of you who have demonstrated an ability to create. And so, what you will find as you move forward now is that inspiration is going to be coming at a fast and furious pace, especially to those of you who have demonstrated a willingness to move the energies that you are being given at this time.
Remember that you are not there to reinvent the wheel.
Remember that you have all been higher-dimensional beings, and remember that when you experience limitation and hesitation, they are coming from your mind.
When you run the energies through your heart and you allow yourself to be creative, to be innovative, everyone benefits.
We are talking about everyone in the galaxy and everyone in the universe, as all eyes are on humankind there on Earth.
We are all waiting for those of you who are awake to be bold enough to create something new, something that will not only inspire your fellow humans, but will also inspire confidence in you throughout the galaxy.
We want you to know that it is significant any time you create anything. It is necessary in order to bring about the changes you want to see, feel, and experience there on Earth as well.
So please don’t just wait around for things to happen outside of you when you have so much inside of you that can take anything at all and spin it into gold.
You are the alchemists; you are the ones who have what it takes to create a version of planet Earth where everyone can have enough, everyone can feel loved and supported, and everyone will thrive.
That is the ultimate goal, and those of you who follow through with the inspiration that you have are the ones to bring about those changes, changes that will help humanity to heal, evolve, and ultimately ascend.

Many lightworkers expected that the Biden Inauguration would never happen, that Trump would remain in office, and that large numbers of corrupt politicians would be arrested at the ceremony.
When it appeared that none of that happened, some people got disheartened.
Mike Quinsey addressed the matter in his Jan. 29 Higher Self message. He confirmed that matters of safety lay at the heart of the postponement.
“As sometimes happens an expected event has not taken place yet all the signs pointed to it occurring. So how can the outcome be explained that would help overcome your disappointment, after it was expected to be so positive? The intent was quite clear and very convincing because the outcome was considered beyond doubt.
“Yet a different path was followed to ensure that it laid down an opportunity that could be taken advantage of without causing great trauma and upset. The path to fulfilment may be full of twists and turns but the result is assured and you will progress as intended. The object of what took place will set the scene for further changes that will carry you along the path that allows for those that are necessary to speedily move you into the next phase.” (1)
Mike says there is no going back to the old ways and reminds us of the many who are working behind the scenes for the Light.
“It goes without saying that there is no turning back to the old ways, and once things return to some semblance of order your immediate goal will become apparent. Never forget that behind the scenes many people are working hard for the Light, not least of all those who have come to Earth especially for this occasion to help you establish the New Age.
“Most work quietly not seeking publicity or adoration, and help direct humanity onto the path that will lead them out of the difficulties they are in at present. … The tasks ahead of you are formidable yet with the right approach you will find your way even if is not clear to you.” (2)
That’s what the folks behind the scenes are saying.
I’d like to end with a quotation from the Divine Mother through Linda Dillon in 2017, which seems to describe what’s happening now:
“The dark is to feel that it has forged a semblance of its old reality.”
That seems to be happening as we speak with the Biden Inauguration.
“This is, in fact, only a mirage. The old ways are forever gone and like a proverbial Humpty Dumpty cannot ever be put back together again. It took the dark too long to figure all of this out. Now it must face its demise with a number of lessons learned and with a new, friendlier attitude.
“In this mode, it can start to see its basic wrongs and be ready to see that it is to be a gracious part of this new reality, a reality filled to the brim with Love and Light.” (3)
The Mother discusses their future from a lofty height and of course she forgives them as she does everything. With more time and experience in Third Dimensionality, she tells us, Team Dark – now with a new, friendlier attitude – will rejoin us.
So what do we do? Sit this one out? Remain aware? Listen to and watch only our favorites?
That has to be an individual choice. One thing I do know is that, in regard to what we can only guess we may be hearing and seeing, we all have our limits of endurance – whether we think we do or not. (4) They differ from person to person but we all have them. When we go past them, our difficulties begin.
There are people with a need to know about the atrocities that take place in the shadows every day. If you don’t have a need to know … well, I can testify that the horrible videos I watched at Xenia in 2018, I can’t unwatch. (5) My opinion of humanity’s state of evolution took a big hit.
So do observe your limits in the avalanche of information that’s predicted to come out. Be selective and avoid traumatization.

Let’s begin, as always, by anchoring in our hearts. Feel yourself letting go of the week, letting go of the day, letting go of your to-do list, and feeling all your energy like that pebble dropping into the clear pond, dropping the pebble into the water, seeing it drift down, drift down into your heart.
Just take a moment and feel what it is to simply be in your heart, in your beautiful love center, in your center of One. And from that place at the base of your heart, at the seat of your soul, feel your tri-flame, your bright and beautiful Pink Diamond self. See the purity, the sparkly clarity, the gentle power of that Pink Flame, that Pink Flame that is you, and feel it spiraled around, caressed and embraced by the Mother’s Blue Diamond. See it swirl around…sacred spiral.
And on the other hand, on the other side, feel the Gold Diamond of the Father, again spiraling around, intertwining and dancing with the Blue Diamond, connecting with your Pink Diamond. And in this sensation, feel the balance of who you are…of your Divine Masculine, your power, your strength, your wisdom, your courage. And feel the nurturing and beauty of your Divine Feminine, your creator, your nurturer, your healer. And if they feel at all out of balance, simply juice up either your Golden Flame or your Blue Diamond Flame, keeping them equal with your beautiful Pink Diamond Flame. This is your tri-flame…this is essential equipment!
Now, put your fingertips together as we go as one circle, one heart, one love, to the 13th Octave.
And on the first click…click…feel yourself traveling and going to your sacred temple. I want you to look and feel and sense the parade following you…our Law of Attraction is already underway. All those who yearn for the love and divine union are following you…you’re like the Pied Piper. And you go into your temple where your guides, and guardians, and the masters who you love, are waiting for you, and cherishing you, and joining you in this high vibration.
Now, on our second click, you’re going down the steps of the temple and you are being wrapped in the wings and arms of Archangel Gabrielle, and you are going up that golden spiral to the foot of the throne…click…higher…and there is Gabrielle unfurling her wings. She delivers you home and she is passing you into the arms of the Mother, or into the arms of the Father…you choose!
As the Mother and Father and you merge…third click…click…into the heart of One.
Now, I want you to take this sacred spiral deeper. Feel as if you are literally spiraling in, drilling in deeper and deeper and deeper, deeper than you’ve ever gone before, into the heart of Mother/Father/One. Go. There’s more… Feel that union and feel, just in this unique moment, how you’re dissolving and expanding all at once. This is sacred union…this is sacred union at its finest.
Now staying put,…this is where we practice multi-location…remaining in the heart, deeply embedded in the heart of Mother/Father/One, I want you to drop down that silver cord, that spiral, that red cord, and come with me to the heart of Gaia. Slid down from the heavens, through your body, out your red cord, through the carpet, through the wood, through the tile, through the cement, through the soft earth and the hard earth, the rock, the gaseous layers…keep going until you see Gaia, this ancient, wise woman.
Give her your cord, ask her to tend to you, to keep your feet firmly on this beautiful, beautiful planet. See her take it and look into her eyes and see the warmth and the wisdom and the love that she has for you.
Now, taking all this energy, come back up through your red cord, through the various layers of the planet, up through your root, through your pubic, your sacral, your tummy, your umbilical, your hara, your halion. Come up into your heart and anchor here.
Then as one circle, hand to hand to hand, from Seattle and Bellingham, to Sweden, to Romania, to Italy, to Iran, to New Zealand, Australia, Venezuela, Mexico, the Americas, let’s turn around and face out, face out onto the planet rather than looking inside the circle. Open your heart and start beaming out, with all this energy of oneness, with all this energy of love, no judgment, no restrictions, no nothing, just you and us being one circle of love.
Now, lift up your arms as if you’re getting ready and you’re welcoming, getting ready for that big hug, lift up your arms and invite everybody in. Start the stream…here they come!
And as you hug them, as you welcome them, as you beam to them our vibration, let them join the circle…let’s make room…bigger and bigger and bigger…let’s go. And if they’re uncertain, just guide them and hold them, even hold their hands, keep one arm out – welcoming – let’s bring everybody in. And in your heart, feel that as we’re growing our circle, as we’re holding the higher vibration, that your heart, the feeling of love, is growing exponentially…that you’re expanding and expanding and it feels incredibly wonderful.
And we welcome the tired and weary, the dispossessed. We welcome the abusers and recalcitrants who are afraid to join because they thought we’d reject them…but we don’t…there’s room at the table for everyone. All is forgiven and we teach them how to forgive themselves.
Now, with a conscious decision…and this is part of your inter-multidimensional self, of how we work with aspects…I want you to consciously leave yourself in this circle – the welcome committee – holding the highest vibration and welcoming everybody in, and just by their mere approach their vibration goes up, they’re in the music, they’re in the harmony of the love. So, I want us to stay here until the job is done.
And then, take a nice deep breath of red, and feel yourself present in your physical body, feet on the floor, in your form and ready to go about our busy day.
