“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been waiting for the most appropriate moment to bring you the following transmission, and it just so happens that the proper moment is now.

We have been watching you as you struggle there on Earth to figure out what it is that you are supposed to do, how it is you are supposed to live, and in what you are supposed to believe.

You have been looking for answers for a very long time there on Earth to these questions, and even bigger ones that you face, as human beings.

We want you all to know that part of your life’s purpose is to decide for yourselves who you want to be, what you want to do, what your truth is, and so many other aspects of life that you think are supposed to be decided for you.

These things are not decided for you before you incarnate, and you are not there to find the perfect teachings that will tell you what to do, what not to do, what to eat, what not to eat, and so on.

You, as Source Energy Beings, are supposed to try it all on for size and see what feels right in the moment.

You definitely don’t have to decide today what you are going to do tomorrow, and you definitely don’t have to have the same beliefs from one day to the next either.

You’re not there to get anything right; you are there to experience everything and to experience yourselves as everything.

And you can even decide whether you want to follow your feelings or follow your mind.

You even get to decide whether you want to listen to your heart or listen to some guru who is telling you what the rules are of this game you are all playing.

The reason you cannot all agree on what the rules are is because there were never meant to be any rules, and every rule that you have made there on Earth has been broken because that is the way you decided you would be able to experience everything there on Earth.

And that is how you knew you could get the most expansion, experience the most creative ideas.

That is how you knew you could be All-That-Is.

Being All-That-Is is something you wanted to experience fully, rather than just knowing intellectually.

You don’t have to listen to what anyone else tells you is true.

You do get to decide for yourselves, and we invite you to exercise that free will, because that’s the only way you are ever really going to feel as though you are living your life, rather than someone else’s.

Your perception of reality is your reality, and since everything is changing all the time, so will your perception of it.

Please do not worry about chiseling anything in stone there on Earth.

Our suggestion is that you go with the flow and that you let yourselves be everything, and you grant yourselves the freedom to choose which aspect of everything you want to be from one moment to the next.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been witnessing the evolution of your consciousness there on Earth for quite some time, and we are always impressed when we see a gigantic spike in the human collective consciousness.

We are talking about your overall vibration as a collective and how it has raised recently because of your willingness to let in the higher-frequency energies that are assisting you in the energetic purging that you are doing at this time there on planet Earth.

Everyone who is a human being, living on Earth, no matter how evolved they are, still has purging to do and will still benefit from higher-frequency energies to assist in the purging of what is lower vibrational.

You are all anchored there in the fourth dimension by the fact that you are all connected, and that means no matter how high you are vibrating, you are still carrying some lower-vibrational energies within you.

Otherwise, you would not be living on a world where people were still harming each other physically and emotionally.

Therefore, those of you who are a part of what we call the awakened collective must continue to open up and receive the higher-frequency energies in order to do that purging, and in order for the work you are doing on yourselves to have the domino effect that it most certainly has.

And this is what we have witnessed recently, and we are seeing the positive effects of what you are doing there as the awakened ones, as the ones who are willing to just be, to just open up to the higher-frequency energies that are constantly coming in to support you.

We hope that you realize by now that this work is more powerful than work that is action based, because while certain actions do carry a higher vibration, ultimately, no amount of action is going to make up for the lower-vibrational energies that are still present there on Mother Earth.

And so, you have got to be the ones to continue the process of letting in the higher-frequency energies so that you can have the positive effect on Earth that you want to have.

You are the ones to shift the consciousness of the human collective.

We are helping; Mother Earth is helping; your sun is helping.

Other higher-frequency, higher-dimensional beings are helping, but it will always come down to you and your willingness to be a conduit to all of the energies that are holding a higher frequency.

That is what is ultimately responsible for the huge spike we have seen, as you have entered your month of March with the roar of a lion, and we know that you will continue the work you are doing because we also know that receiving higher-frequency energies and running them through your bodies feels very, very good.

Unleashing Avataric Omnipotence

Dear Ones,

Our current spiritual initiations are guiding us into the ‘enlightened global mind’ and integrating more of the singularity of divine intelligence.

This naturally unleashes greater levels of personal power with ability to positively affect the whole. At the level we are now vibrating, however, true personal power can only come from strong coherence with the evolving collective.

This is an extremely important area to focus on due to what is occurring in our world. There is great need for us to function as an omnipotent forcefield of both ascending vibration and consciousness stabilization.

We are certainly learning the art of bridging timelines. We are keeping a part of ourselves bridged to the world of chaos to help transform and stabilize it.

Another part of ourselves is dynamically moving into the higher dimensions of light while strengthening the ascending merkabic field. We do this to serve humanity and to assist as many people as possible to awaken and evolve.

Functioning as an Enlightened Collective

We are rising up to purely serve as a channel for the greater mind, which is like a giant web of awareness. We are now functioning as an enlightened collective with extraordinary abilities and an extraordinary power of influence. We are owning this truth as self evident. We are walking shoulder to shoulder as Group Avatar.

Personal identity no longer holds water, only in the denser vibrations when we must play the game and pay our bills. Our awareness, however, is moving as a collective Avatar field.

There is no more waiting or preparation to be done. We have moved into this frequency field. This is how everything will be addressed from this moment forward. We recognize ourselves as a collective consciousness and function now from this truer reality.

Group Mind is our Greater Self

We are realizing that the only thing about us that is real, is that which vibrates with the unified field. Everything else is a facade.

Our lessons now are about how to remain aligned and connected to the ‘enlightened group mind’ without falling back into separated thinking. We are learning how to perceive, not from the personal identity, but from the level of the Group Avatar, and of this inclusive spiritual prowess and superior skill.

From this point forward, we are to hold in our constant awareness our responsibility to the collective enlightened mind. Our individual choices, preferences, decisions, all of our shifts big and small, everything we do affects the whole of us.

Each of us has a big responsibility to maintaining the integrity of the evolving group field. We are linked up now and move as a seamless field of great influence upon this planet.

Realizing the Self as Group Avatar

Group Avatar is our Greater Self as the next step up in the earthly evolution. It is highest vibration that we can go before transcending off of the planet into dimensions invisible to the human eye.

It is from Group Avatar and our unified intelligence that we are energetically bonded. We selflessly think as one, feel, move, create and serve together within the unified field of omnipotence. Group Avatar is truly the way through which, we as individuals, can cultivate the greatest levels of personal power, authentic power.

We can Shift Unserving World Outplay

It is from this efficacy that you are strengthened as a catalyzing forcefield to sincerely and positively affect the whole. It is extremely urgent that many more of us advance into this vibrational attainment to help shift unserving world outplay.

When we are functioning from Avataric frequency, we have already surrendered our personal will, and all of the self over to the unfolding Divine Plan. In this surrender, comes the realization that we have a big responsibility to the collective. The group self is our more authentic self and it is here where we find greater strength, fortitude and dynamic intelligence.

Our Thoughts Instantaneously Create

This is because, from Group Avatar, what we focus on truly becomes our reality and quite quickly. Our thoughts instantaneously create. They instantaneously project to affect others. When we each experience a revelation, the entire collective who abide in that vibrational resonance receive it also.

When we expand in awareness, the entire group benefits. This is why everything is quickening now, exponentially. Many more people are reaching these higher states. We have to be very careful because our thoughts are very, very powerful and instantaneously manifest.

We have Extraordinary Mass Scale Influence

We are all getting powerfully juiced up, becoming like live wires. We have the ability now to bring through remarkable manifestations such as shifting the mass mindset, big healing and transformation, great calming and stabilization, even directing the action of the elementals and devic forces.

Imagine, just imagine what we are capable of doing for our world. The vast majority of us barely use our spiritual power. Maybe because we don’t know we even have it, or know how to use it. Perhaps we don’t believe we are authorized to command our spiritual omnipotence because we still remain identified the human self illusion.

Exit Homo Sapiens; Enter Homo Universalis

I’m working on a book on timelines and, as always, different revelations and discoveries occur in the process.

Many of them are on who Gaians are, who Gaia is, and what Planet Earth is. (1)

To look at subjects like these, we have to leave “present” and “past” behind and talk about vast sweeps of non-discrete time and space. Here’s an example.

The evolution of the human species. We can’t talk about that as an historical or biographical event. We have to discuss it in evolutionary or developmental terms – in broadbrush sweeps.

We think of evolution as a purely-physical matter. But the physical body is only half the equation. Far more important is the spirit that enters the body and operates it – and does so for its own spiritual unfoldment through learning.

Evolution is therefore not simply a physical matter; far more important is the evolution of the spirit, on its universal and timeless journey from God out into the world and back again to God.

Within this evolutionary context, Ivo of Vega makes a startling statement. He begins by telling us that “the collective mindset has been degrading over many millennia.” (2)

‘Negativity in and of itself, without the [ascending] positive polarity entwined with it, is doomed. …

“The nature of negativity on planet Earth is simply descending into morbid toxicity. If you do not see this now in your fashions, with their skulls and crossbones, you are being subjected to a poisonous mindset by mind control and buying into it, no less.” (3)

Then comes the shocker. For people of low vibration, “this is an extinction event.”

“On planet Earth, only certain types of DNA will evolve or ascend. Other types of DNA will not. Homo Sapiens is slated for extinction. Homo Universalis will prevail.” (4)

Well, that statement takes a little getting used to.

Homo universalis, I assume, is the ascended physical being we’re becoming. Speak of speeded-up evolution.

Is it the first time one of our star family has discussed an extinction-level event in Earth’s history?

No, it’s not. I recall reading one in SaLuSa years ago. Apparently homo sapiens (us) displaced Cro-Magnon Man, as SaLuSa related to us:

“You do not exist by some freak of nature, and are not the result of natural selection, but purposefully and lovingly created to exist in your environment. You are a special species of Humans that have taken over from Cro-Magnon Man, and have been genetically engineered to allow for a speeding up in your evolution.” (5)

Let’s stop the camera here for a moment. We heard how many scientists and religious folk are going to have their views challenged and many may leave as a consequence. Well, how many views are challenged by what Ivo and SaLuSa have just said?

Natural selection is not the chief determiner of evolutionary direction. Species are created, genetically engineered by off-planet civilizations. Evolution can be speeded up. Just a sampling of the paradigmatic impact of what we’ll soon be hearing.

Our microscope is at its broadest range at the moment. Let’s focus in a little more and look at a discrete time and space. Evidently galactic civilizations were in touch and worked with us but around 1200 BC felt they had become ignored and so left the Earth.

Historians interpret that event as an invasion of the sea peoples because Mediterranean civilization collapsed – or was seriously affected – soon after.

Here’s Archangel Michael on that event:

Archangel Michael: There was a great deal that happened in that area that you would term 1200 BC. First of all, during that time many [galactics] returned home and we do not just mean to the Sacred One [God] but also many returned to the ships and there was a cleavage, a breaking of much of the partnership and co-creative partnerships between your star brothers and many civilizations.

There was also a similar time, a rise of what you can think of as darkness, what we would term as a resurgence. …

They were no longer welcome and they no longer saw that their creativity and guidance, input and that sense of community was welcome.

Steve: Twilight of the Gods

AAM: That is correct. (6)

Returning to the demise of homo sapiens as a species, we can see that the rise and fall of even species has no lasting impact on the eternal being.

This lifetime I’m a Gaian. Last lifetime I was an Arcturian. Before that perhaps an Andromedan. The spirit goes where the lessons lead.

Homo sapiens, homo universalis, Gaian, Arcturian … all are just environments – bodily or ecologically – for the soul to advance in knowledge until it reaches the consummation of knowing completely who it is. (7)

So not only did the galactics create the species homo sapiens, but they shared the planet with us until no longer welcome. Can you imagine a history of Earth that included facts like these? (8)
