My beloved brothers and sisters, I am here with an important message: Keep It Simple.

Yes, there is much in your world that is confusing and even overwhelming; it is as if you are in a pressure cooker and the pressure is being increased continuously, and it will continue to increase for a while yet.

My role here is not to tell you what is to come but to provide you with tools to develop Emotional Mastery during your Ascension.

Your emotions are the front line of this seeming war between the light and the shadow. It is your emotions of light ~ love, forgiveness, patience, compassion, peace, joy, creativity ~ where victory is found.

This is an important point, the war is already won. The result is a given…the only outcome is a victory for the light. However, you do have to walk through the process of creating that victory. Your heart is the front line. Your emotions are your role in manifesting this victory.

By focusing on kindness, patience, love, compassion, forgiveness and the innumerable qualities of the light, you create an easier passage through this turmoil, you shorten the time of confusion, and bring forward in your timeline the end of this chapter.

You are the strongest of the strong. The greatest lovers in the multiverse! It was known how difficult this mission would be, so it was only entrusted to those who truly had arrived in the sacred inner sanctum of the heart. If you are here, it is because you are equal to this sacred undertaking.

You are ready. You have already won. You need only walk towards victory by expressing the qualities of love in your now moment.

So, let us turn our attention to Simplicity Now. When you bring your attention into your now moment, you become focused and productive. You collapse all timelines into your point of power, your Now Moment. In your now moment, it is simple… are you being love?

Do you bring love to this task? To this now moment? Do you bring the shadow emotions of anxiety, stress, fear, gossip, envy, criticism, stealing, cheating, deceit…? The list is a long one.

By focusing on your now moment, you create simplicity and clarity in your life, which allows you to choose to express the light within. Yes, it is hard: but you can still smile. Yes, it is painful; but you can still choose to be kind. It is within you. You have that power to go deep and pull from the infinite reserves of the heart.

When you get lost in the ‘news’ from the media, the constant updates of social feeds, the wonder and worry of what will happen next, you have lost your simplicity and your now moment focus; you have wandered into a ‘no man’s land’ of anxiety, speculation and fear.

With or without your worry, this victory is assured. Without your worry, it assured even more quickly.

My beloveds, your mastery is achieved in your now moment and in your clear focus on expressing love in what you are doing Now.

It is very difficult to plan during times of accelerated change. The reason for that is what feels like an energetic match to you now may not be a match at all by the time it arrives for the energies may very well have shifted by then. You are in a time of flux. Do not allow this to frustrate you, but rather see it as proof positive of the time of profound change you are experiencing.

For now, until the energies reach a greater predictability, we encourage you to stay as present as you can. Make your decisions one right now moment at a time. Try to make your plans as close to the actual event as you can to minimize shifting out of the alignment with them. Keep embracing flow and expansion, and allow things the space and freedom to unfold rather than trying to constrain and control.

The unpredictability you are experiencing right now, while it can feel uncomfortable, is honing your skills of presence and flow. Do you see? Even the things that frustrate you have deeper meaning and purpose in your lives, and will serve you well for both your todays and your tomorrows.

Making my Spiritual Life, Work and Everyday Life One

Making My Spiritual, Work, and Everyday Life One

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Pandemic, lockdown, race riots, political wars, on and on. More and more I feel thrown back on my own resources, isolated, out of contact with people.

And now I’m choosing to go out of touch with those last few boots on the ground I relied on to give me a modicum of hopefully-unbiased news.

Even they are polarized and shouting about this and that group. Sen Joe McCarthy would have felt at home in the current environment. Adolf Hitler would be exploiting it.

To say that my heart isn’t into it is an understatement.

So, thrust back on my own resources in what looks like outer chaos, (1) I saw that I needed to make one important change in my life to keep my sanity and get through this period. This was the perfect time to do it.

I could no longer support having a life compartmentalized into spiritual, work, and everyday life. I had to make them one and the same. I had to have congruence in my life. I had to integrate everything I knew about myself to shake the cobwebs off of me.

Speaking only for me, I have “streamers,” to use Matthew’s word, inside of me that are prone to conflict, divisiveness, arguing. If I go on compartmentalizing, I leave the door open to perpetual conflict from the divided and self-serving egoic mind. I want to do this; no, I want to do that, all of this happening below everyday awareness and never being spoken about.

There has to be no difference between my spiritual, work, and everyday life.

From this vantage point that looks like a huge undertaking – my personal D-Day.

Immediately the demands of one collide with the requirements of another. The bargaining begins, the bottlenecks arise, and the possibility of conflict ensues.

But the bridge has to be crossed and the sooner I do it, the better.

I have to make my spiritual, work, and everyday life one.

Footnotes

(1) I’m aware that what I propose addresses my inner chaos. As within, so without.

We are the Bridge!

We are the Bridge

Our friend Jenny wrote in with a message that we felt would be relevant for our readers, so we share it in part here.

As has been happening with so many of us, her life has been full of unexpected and uncomfortable change.  The juiciest realizations are the ones we have in the aftermath of such events…that there was Divine Purpose to the unfolding because it resulted in our personal expansion.  Read on…

By Jenny Dixon, October 3, 2018

After experiencing waves of rage at the injustice and unfairness we’ve lived through followed by gentle lapping currents of peace and serenity, I wonder why we seem to be confronted by people and issues that are diametrically opposite to us and our beliefs.

Why do we seem to have the antithesis of who we are staring us in the face?

I sat with this last week. It can’t be coincidence. So why is it happening?

The message I heard so clearly is that we are the bridge. A bridge between the spiritual and physical. If we can find a way to relate to those who are polar opposites, then we’re helping the collective consciousness to move toward world peace one step at a time. If we can find some common ground, a place where we aren’t judging or casting our memories into the baggage of old stories.

If we can stand fully in the present, see others in this moment and relate from there, we’re moving towards equality and peace. No need to embrace, excuse, accept or condone.  Just find some way to relate and communicate. We’ll never agree with everyone on everything, so how do we make this new Earth work?

We’re letting go of old stories and past baggage.  We’re corralling our thoughts and bringing them into the present. From here, we build the new ground. As we’re centered and stable in our own power and energy, outside influences won’t unbalance us or trigger us, and our energy will do the work for us.

That’s my feeling today, as it’s been a good day…peaceful, stable, centered. Tomorrow might be a different story.
