“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are placing a great deal of emphasis at this time on helping you all access more of your own spiritual gifts and abilities because we can see so many mass awakenings coming in the year 2021.

And as the mass awakenings occur, there will be so many individuals who will be looking for guidance, healings, and to better understand the experiences they are having.

They are going to need more teachers, more healers, more channelers, more psychics, more intuitives, more people just like you who have recognized that you do have so much to offer.

And when you have so much to offer, but you don’t know it yet, you need a little help.

You need a nudge from your friends in the ninth dimension.

Now, we are always looking to give more to you, but we need you to be open and receptive to what we are giving.

That is why we are telling you about this emphasis of ours at this time; it is because we want to see more of you putting your attention on accessing the gifts and abilities that you have inside of you.

And we know that so many of you have attempted to do so previously, but to no avail.

Now you are standing in a time where there is much more available to you energetically and so much more support around you, including the support of your past life selves who have accessed those gifts and abilities.

And when you integrate them, you get the good with the not-so-good, but you also have the unique opportunity to feel what it feels like to become more whole and complete.

The not-so-good we are referring to is what you have to face and clear from those past lives, but it is worth it to release those traumas and tragedies.

And you will feel the relief, you will benefit from the integration, and you will get to know parts of yourself that are very wonderful and helpful, parts of you that have been hanging around and waiting for just the right time to be integrated.

This is something else we will be helping you with, of course. We are the ones who help the helpers, and you are the ones who will be helping the newly awakened who will be a part of the class of 2021.

They will be those who awaken from their long time of sleeping, and you will be there to welcome them with open arms, because that is what an awakened person does.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are continuously amazed by humanity because you have a willingness to endure so much in the name of your survival, and we know that if you could take that same approach to your emotions and your spirituality, you could grow exponentially as individuals and as a collective.

Wanting to survive is built in; you don’t have to be convinced that it is a good idea for you to eat, hydrate, clothe yourselves, put a roof over your heads, and so on.

What you need is to have that awakening instinct turned on within you so that you all have the desire to grow spiritually.

And when that desire eclipses the desire to just survive, you are going to see massive changes within individuals who you had previously given up on.

Activating the instinct for awakening is something that we and our colleagues here in the non-physical are working on right now.

We are working with your higher selves, and we are working with e.t.s in physical bodies to determine the best way to activate this instinct that will help others in recognizing that they are a spirit and that they are expanding as that spirit.

And when enough people on your world truly want to experience spiritual evolution, you are going to feel the tidal wave of energies coming in, because now your fellow humans who had been asleep will be opening up to the energies that you and others like you are so familiar with receiving.

You are going to benefit so much from the rest of humanity deciding to put their spirituality first, and you are going to have more than enough to give your fellow humans, because they will still need your help.

They will still need to know how to deal with their awakening experiences.

They will wneed to know how to process an emotion, how to raise their vibration, and how to experience oneness.

You will step up because you have been training your whole lives and even waiting for this moment, a moment when you will no longer be the weird one at the dinner table.

You will no longer be the outcast or the black sheep in your family.

You will be the one that everyone turns to because they will know that you have already gone through what they are experiencing and that you know how to help.

This glorious time is coming there on planet Earth, and we just wanted to let you know that we are doing our part.

You must know by now that nothing happens by chance and therefore the Lockdown caused by Covid19 that has resulted in a virtual standstill of your normal activities.

It is a worldwide phenomenon during which you have had more than ample time to consider better ways of conducting yourselves and living in peace.

There are many matters that affect your way of life and how you relate to others, so that instead of being separated you could come together in mutual respect and understanding. After all you are One yet many, who could come together as brothers and sisters on a human journey where your goals are the same. All of you who have awakened to your divine self are seeking the truth, and no matter what name you have for God there is but the one Universal Prime Creator.

Your beliefs and traditions may be different but ultimately all of you will find yourselves on the same path. Since Ascension is expected to take place by the year 2030, clearly there will be a gradual coming together as any remaining prejudice and erroneous beliefs will be overcome.

When each soul realises that all of you have had experiences of the different religions it will become clear that you are all travelling along the same path. It would therefore seem logical that you would all come to the same spiritual conclusions and truth. There have been many advanced souls that have come to Earth especially to guide you ever onwards, and each religion has a leading soul with great knowledge and understanding to impart to you. The truth will always come to the surface and permanently remain where anything less will fall away.

Always have an open mind and be ready to learn a new understanding, as religion has at times been more of the Word of Man rather than God. When you have reached the stage of being an old soul you will be much more aware and understanding of the truth, and intuitively sense when teachings are not completely true. Teachings from spirit are almost certainly true but nevertheless still need careful consideration.

The most recent teaching of the “God Inside” a soul is the result of you passing the marker in 2012, showing a readiness to receive a greater one. We take care not to give you a greater truth until we are sure you are ready for it. This teaching tells you that all souls have the same God, and that knowledge alone should draw you closer together. There has to come a time when you realise that one religion on its own cannot hold the complete truth.

To hold to one religion serves its purpose when you are in the early stages of understanding. However, as you move from one to another you begin to understand the true teachings that will always surface no matter how long it takes. We do not rush you into new teachings as all things come in good time when you ready for them.

Even atheists have a belief system and when they realise there is something more to life, they will begin to search for a truth that satisfies them. You cannot help but feel that there is something more than simply life on Earth. Even by looking at nature with its seasons and the yearly return of growth after the seeming end of each period when you get re-birth again.

Even, man himself can have the experience of remembering events of a past life. Recognising places upon a first visit, and in a similar way to strongly feel that you already know someone you are meeting for the first time. Sometimes a person will pick up an object and “feel” the energy given to it by a previous owner, that illustrates how someone has transmitted their energy to it.

Quite clearly if you want proof of past lives there is much evidence to support it, and the physical body is a mine of information about the soul who resides in it and this energy can be passed on to physical objects. It is evident by those physic souls who can handle objects and “read” facts from it about its owners life. So there is much evidence that all objects seem capable of transmitting energy carried within.

Man is not his physical body and although some do not recognise that they have a soul, the fact is that they do. It is not unusual for some people to leave their bodies and be able to look down and recognise it as such, and it shows that the soul can have an out of the body experience. The examples are endless and it goes to prove that you are not just your bodies and for some it proves that life continues after the death of it.

Some souls have vivid dreams where they meet family or friends who have already passed on and they prove very real, simply because they are. All of this proves that there is no death and that the soul lives on and reincarnation occurs. This opens another chapter in your lives as to how you are to carry on with its life plan and reincarnate again.

There is so much more to life than most people realise until they reach that point where they start to seek more understanding as to the meaning of it. Without one it naturally seems without true purpose and even pointless. However, there would certainly be arranged events in their life that would awaken them providing they took an interest.in it.

It is not that there is any urgency as there can be unending lifetimes that allow for experiences that will eventually awaken the soul. Understand that the soul will often accept that they are destined to carry on re-incarnating without questioning the purpose of life. Fortunately there will inevitably come a time when a soul begins to realise that there must be more than the continual cycle of reincarnation.

Presently you are in a confusing period when the purpose of life seems to elude you. The comfort of the old ways has gone and the future is uncertain, except you must by now realise that changes are imminent indeed inevitable. The changes that will take place are all intended to lead you towards a new Age of great meaning that takes you away from the turmoil and uncertainty of the present time.

Changes will come quickly that will be intended to lift you up, and make you ready for greater events that will bring great hope and the intention to leave the old behind that has already served its purpose. Your new reality will clearly show you that there are good times ahead when eventually the dark Ones will be left behind to experience their own demise. From thereon you will experience true peace with harmony and love, and you will know that the lower vibrations can no longer interfere with your lives.

I Am Ashtar. And I have come at this time to be with you in these moments that are changing. Moments even now as you look out across the various things that are happening everywhere, those things that are still yet in the shadows. Those things that are still yet being held in subterfuge, coverup, all of this.

But this, as you have been saying and you have been hearing, is all an illusion.  It is part of the three-dimensional illusion that is breaking apart.  It is coming down.

But in order for it to come down, in order for it to break apart, it must first be shown.  It must be shown to the population that it is an illusion, that it is a show, a movie, if you will.  All of this is for that purpose to wake people up.  To create the Great Awakening.   But in order to have the Great Awakening, there must be first those that come to an understanding that everything is not business as usual.  It is not business as usual any more.

All of you that have awakened are seeing things in reality, in the reality that you are creating now.  The timeline, if you will, that you are creating.  And it is a timeline that is taking you away from the illusion.  Taking you away from all that.

Now we know that you have expectations.  Many expectations are created by those that are setting it will be this date, or that date.  This is going to change at this time.  Those are going to rise up and take over.  But it is not that way exactly.

Yes, everything is coming to an end, as to the old illusion.  The old paradigm is coming to an end.  Exactly time-wise, we cannot give that to you because it is based on possibilities and probabilities, not expectations.  Expectations just lead you to being disillusioned, discouraged, as many of you have when a date has been set and it comes and nothing happens, or seemingly nothing happens.

But yet, so many things are happening.

And yet, even on that date they are happening.  It is just not showing you in the outside of the illusion.  You are still wrapped up in the illusion when you are expecting those dates to come about some major change.  But even though those dates come and go without the seeming changes that you are looking for because of the expectation that is creating that, even then you are coming to a point where everything is not as it appears.  But yet, you can look beyond the appearance.

You can see what is real behind the scenes.  You can see that man behind the curtain, as in your ‘Wizard of Oz’ where they say, “do not pay attention to that man behind the curtain.”  But yet you are.  You are looking behind it.  You are seeing the subterfuge, the coverup that has occurred for not just this year, not just for this lifetime, but lifetime after lifetime, after lifetime, these things have been going on.  These things that have been going on deep within the Earth in those deep underground military bases that you are hearing about now where the children are being terribly, terribly worked on and mismanaged and kept from having a life of their own, where all of this is occurring.  And it is occurring.

But it is coming to an end.  Because those that have compassion, those that feel the oneness within them, feel the higher vibration, feel the higher calling are releasing, helping to release these little ones.  Helping to not so much bring them into the sunlight, but to bring them into the Light, into the Light of their own knowing.  This is happening.  And it will come forward as truths are being revealed.

But, is the population as a whole, are they ready for this revealing yet?

You have to ask yourselves that.  Because when you come to that answer, then you will know, like timing and the expectations that are created by this timing cannot be.  It must be based on possibilities and probabilities, and based on the consciousness of man, the collective consciousness.  And how the collective consciousness is creating this new timeline, this new timeline that is destroying the old ways, destroying the old paradigm of the third-dimensional illusion—completely breaking it apart.

And once it is broken apart, then the reality beyond this illusion, beyond the veil, can begin to be resurrected as in the Republic, your Republic, of this country.  But not only of this country, the entire planet.  This Republic can be re-awakened from the minds of those that created it to begin with.  But it was not created by your Founding Fathers, as you have thought here in this America, it was created by those beyond this evolution that brought this to those ones, brought it to them as an understanding, a knowing that came to them, and then was brought into being because of that knowing.

That is what is happening now.  That knowing is coming back to all of you, all of you that have been preparing and readying for these changes, these higher vibrational frequencies that are raising consciousness, not lowering consciousness.

Fear lowers consciousness.

But if you hold off the fear, if you do not have fear, you stay in higher consciousness.  It is that simple!

It is fear versus love.

 Stay within the love principle, and there is no fear.  And when you stay within that love principle, and compassion, and togetherness, and oneness, then you stay in that higher vibration, and therefore the higher you move to the higher dimension, and closer and closer to your own ascension.  This is what you are all working toward now.

So look now beyond the illusion.

It is a show!  It is a show that is being shown to the entire world.  And you have heard before, “You’ll love how this movie ends, how this show ends.”

You’ll love when this illusion ends.  And it is coming to an end.  It cannot be stopped, as you have heard many times from many different sources.  It cannot be stopped at this point.  The Light cannot be stopped.  The Light will take over, is taking over, and has taken over in the higher dimensions already.  In the higher timelines it has already happened.

In the timelines that you are creating it has already happened.

Continue to create that higher timeline, that higher timeline with higher vibrational frequencies and higher dimensional understanding.  And because you are creating that, you will have that.

The plan cannot be stopped.

Trust the plan.

The plan is divine.

It is beyond mankind’s understanding.  It is beyond mankind’s ability to even change it.  Yes, it can be postponed here and there, as it has happened.  But it cannot be ultimately changed.  It is in the process of fully coming to fruition.

I am Ashtar, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness.  That you will continue on, moving closer and closer to fully realizing who you are, and the missions that you all came here for.

Biden Inauguration

(Concluded from Part 1, above.)

Many lightworkers expected that the Biden Inauguration would never happen, that Trump would remain in office, and that large numbers of corrupt politicians would be arrested at the ceremony.

When it appeared that none of that happened, some people got disheartened.

Mike Quinsey addressed the matter in his Jan. 29 Higher Self message. He confirmed that matters of safety lay at the heart of the postponement.

“As sometimes happens an expected event has not taken place yet all the signs pointed to it occurring. So how can the outcome be explained that would help overcome your disappointment, after it was expected to be so positive? The intent was quite clear and very convincing because the outcome was considered beyond doubt.

“Yet a different path was followed to ensure that it laid down an opportunity that could be taken advantage of without causing great trauma and upset. The path to fulfilment may be full of twists and turns but the result is assured and you will progress as intended. The object of what took place will set the scene for further changes that will carry you along the path that allows for those that are necessary to speedily move you into the next phase.” (1)

Mike says there is no going back to the old ways and reminds us of the many who are working behind the scenes for the Light.

“It goes without saying that there is no turning back to the old ways, and once things return to some semblance of order your immediate goal will become apparent. Never forget that behind the scenes many people are working hard for the Light, not least of all those who have come to Earth especially for this occasion to help you establish the New Age.

“Most work quietly not seeking publicity or adoration, and help direct humanity onto the path that will lead them out of the difficulties they are in at present. … The tasks ahead of you are formidable yet with the right approach you will find your way even if is not clear to you.” (2)

That’s what the folks behind the scenes are saying.

I’d like to end with a quotation from the Divine Mother through Linda Dillon in 2017, which seems to describe what’s happening now:

“The dark is to feel that it has forged a semblance of its old reality.”

That seems to be happening as we speak with the Biden Inauguration.

“This is, in fact, only a mirage. The old ways are forever gone and like a proverbial Humpty Dumpty cannot ever be put back together again. It took the dark too long to figure all of this out. Now it must face its demise with a number of lessons learned and with a new, friendlier attitude.

“In this mode, it can start to see its basic wrongs and be ready to see that it is to be a gracious part of this new reality, a reality filled to the brim with Love and Light.” (3)

The Mother discusses their future from a lofty height and of course she forgives them as she does everything.  With more time and experience in Third Dimensionality, she tells us, Team Dark – now with a new, friendlier attitude – will rejoin us.

So what do we do? Sit this one out? Remain aware? Listen to and watch only our favorites?

That has to be an individual choice. One thing I do know is that, in regard to what we can only guess we may be hearing and seeing, we all have our limits of endurance – whether we think we do or not.  (4) They differ from person to person but we all have them. When we go past them, our difficulties begin.

There are people with a need to know about the atrocities that take place in the shadows every day. If you don’t have a need to know … well, I can testify that the horrible videos I watched at Xenia in 2018, I can’t unwatch. (5) My opinion of humanity’s state of evolution took a big hit.

So do observe your limits in the avalanche of information that’s predicted to come out. Be selective and avoid traumatization.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been exploring many possible timelines for humanity there on Earth, and we have seen some beautiful futures for all of you, but the future is especially bright for those of you who have owned that you have issues, that you have trauma, that you have negative emotions that you don’t always allow yourselves to feel.

You are the ones who understand that in order to evolve and become more of who you really are, there’s a certain amount of self-awareness, self-reflection, and work on the self that must occur.

Therefore, you are the ones who lead humanity into the better-feeling futures by first not feeling very good at all.

Now, that may seem like a paradox to you, but it is absolutely the case. You have to clean out the old to allow the new in, and in this case the new that we are referring to is higher-frequency energy.

We are talking about letting in upgrades, activations, downloads, and attunements, all of which are available to you. But you don’t always let them in, and you cannot let them in if you are in denial. You cannot let them in if you are offering a lower vibration that you are completely unaware of.

And it is for these reasons that we prescribe to all of you regular check-ins.

Everything you need to know can be discovered when you take the time to check in with your seven main chakras.

Your seven main chakras are where you are going to feel the vast majority of what you need to feel before you get to feel those higher-frequency energies running through you.

This is why a lot of wise people say that a person who is going down into a very bad place must hit rock bottom before they’re going to come back up again.

When you hit rock bottom, you have no other option but to feel what you’re feeling. You run out of defense mechanisms, distractions, and things to escape into, and you face yourself, a person you are supposed to be loving, honoring, and respecting.

It is by first acknowledging where you are that you can find your way to where you are going.

So do yourselves a favor and do not live for one moment in denial of what’s going on inside of you, because you’re not doing yourself or anyone any good by pretending that everything is all right when it truly is not.

And do not be afraid to communicate to those around you what you are going through you, because they will surprise you oftentimes with compassion, support, and kindness.

There are way more empaths on Earth with you today than there have ever been in all of human history, and empathy is a superpower.

It is those of you who feel that truly have access to all of your power, and the more you feel, the better. The more you feel, the sooner you get to choose what you are going to feel in the next moment, and the next, and the next.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been noticing the way in which humans tend to be attracted to that which is reflective of their most commonly offered vibration.

Here is what we mean by that. If you are offering a lot of anger, then you are naturally drawn towards other angry people. You are more likely to listen to a talk show hosted by an angry person. You are more likely to listen to music that expresses anger in the sound, in the lyrics, and even in the way that the musicians play their instruments.

The same is true for all vibrations; not only do you attract to you what you are vibrating, but you are also attracted to what matches your vibration because it validates you.

Most people want to have their feelings validated.

Most people can hardly even dream of moving beyond that dominant vibration that they are offering.

Now, part of being an awakened soul is recognizing when something doesn’t feel right.

Once you tap into the unconditional love that you really are, you are more likely to detect when something is not that, and you are more likely to care about how you feel much more than you care about getting something right or having the right information or perspective.

When you sense something is off inside of you as an awakened soul, you therefore are more likely to do something about the discord that you feel between the truth of who you are and the vibration that you are temporarily entertaining as some sort of truth.

You get to decide what you vibrate, but first you have to realize that you are offering a vibration at all.

Now, what usually makes the average person realize that they are in fact offering a vibration is when they hit rock bottom. The circumstances around them become so terrible that they cannot help but become aware of what they’ve been vibrating all along.

But it is our suggestion that you don’t let it get to that point.

It is our suggestion that you tune in to the feeling of unconditional love that exists at the center of your heart so that you become more sensitive to the anxiety, the fear, the anger, and the despair that is all around you.

Where you put your attention matters.

So do ask yourself why you are putting your attention on something that doesn’t feel good to you when you focus on it.

What do you believe you are gaining from doing that, and what is the reality?

These are the questions a person who is awake is likely to ask themselves, and we are merely suggesting that you do it more often, that you check in more often to see how you are feeling, and that you place how you feel above being right or having the right information.

You are living in the information age, and it is very seductive. But hopefully, those of you who are awake enough to receive these transmissions realize that you don’t need someone else’s version of reality to be a good citizen of the world.

In fact, we recommend that you create a reality that matches the vibration that you want to be the dominant vibration within you.

And do that by focusing, intending, and caring about how you feel.

Let the forces within this powerful universe do the rest.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been expecting more and more people to awaken at this time, and we have expected it because we knew that many people have been right on the brink of awakening but have been putting their faith in someone or something outside of themselves, and we knew that eventually these individuals would have a crisis of faith and have to question their loyalty.

Now, as we have said many times before, our definition of being awake has nothing to do with knowledge and information. It has everything to do being the love you know you are because you feel it.

The feeling comes first.

What you believe in needs to follow what you feel, and feeling yourselves as Source, as unconditional love, and then seeing all others as unconditional love, is what it really means to be awake.

So much emphasis has been placed on believing in an event, a conspiracy theory, a solar flash, or a person in a position of power, and what you are now having to recognize is that you were putting your faith in something outside of the truth of who you are, if you were one of these people.

And we are not saying that any of you who are receiving this transmission right now are one of those people, but certainly you know who we are talking about.

There comes a point where someone who believes in something outside of themselves, or someone outside of themselves, becomes disillusioned and disappointed.

There comes a time when someone who is looking outside of themselves stops, because they realize that they need to have a more solid foundation within them, that they need to have something they can count on, and that they can only find within their own hearts.

And that is why now is one of those times where you are going to see more and more people going within and discovering who they really are, awakening to the feeling that is expansion, infinite, and eternal, and that can only be found within them.

True awakenings, not mental awakenings, but true awakenings, are happening all across your planet at this time, and more are happening than usual because people’s belief systems are crumbling and will continue to crumble.

Believing in your own Divinity, knowing it as a truth because you feel it, that is the way to ascend.

And then you’re not waiting on your sun to give you a solar flash, and you’re not waiting on a blackout to give you an ascension experience. When you awaken to the truth that you don’t need any of that to happen in order to become your higher self, that’s when you know you are truly awake.

And as you be the examples to others of what an awakened soul looks like and feels like, you inspire the awakenings of so many others, and if you are thinking to yourself right now that you have been doing that and that people still are not awakening, we ask you to be patient.

Just wait, because the time is coming, and you are the ones who have been awake for quite some time and who are ushering in this new age, this time of massive awakenings, this time of the emergence of the Divinity within so many across your planet.

What a beautiful time it is to be alive and to be awake there on Mother Earth.
