The Schumann Resonance has been spiking into uncharted territory for several months, particularly within the last few weeks. For those who aren’t aware, the Schumann Resonance is the Electromagnetic Frequency of the Earth and since it was discovered in the 1950’s, it has been measured at a pretty steady 7.83 Hertz(Hz).

In the last few years we would frequently see spikes to 20, 30 or 40 Hertz (Hz) but they were of short duration. Recently however, we have experienced surges of over 100Hz and sustained pulses of 40 or 60 Hz or higher.

Yesterday (Friday, 10 April) the Schumann Resonance reached a power of 61Hz. Humans are greatly affected by these surges causing a number of physical symptoms such as headaches, nausea, lethargy, depression as well as strange and uncontrollable sensations in the body that feel similar to anxiety and agitation.

Animals can also be affected by this energy which can manifest in a multitude of ways: Vomiting, low appetite, reverse sneezing, over grooming, idiopathic lameness, agitation and anxiety. As with humans, the symptoms will be short lived.

With the entire planet essentially experiencing a ‘pause’, Gaia is showing Her strength and and resilience by quickly rebounding and reversing the damage done to Her by Humanity. It was widely reported that dolphins were swimming in the canals of Venice but National Geographic has said that it is “fake animal news”.

Nevertheless, the water in the canals of Venice are noticeably clearer and animals are being seen in deserted public spaces. Additionally, the air pollution has cleared significantly worldwide which profoundly demonstrates how quickly Gaia and Nature can rebound.

Without human interference, Gaia is now afforded the opportunity to Ascend which is evident by the surges in the Schumann Resonance. This is empirical evidence that Gaia is not only releasing energy but Her frequency is increasing.

We will never be the same and we cannot return to our past normalcy. It will be impossible to shoehorn ourselves back into our previous existence and should prepare for change.

Collaterally, humanity is releasing and our frequencies are increasing as well as purging unwanted energies from deep within. Do your best to support your body and being during these tumultuous times. Rest if you need to rest, drink plenty of water and simple stretching, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong will work wonders and most importantly (if possible), spend time outdoors and enjoy a walk in Nature. A
