“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very engaged in the process of your evolution of consciousness. We absolutely are intertwined with humanity at this point, and we are very happy about that.

We want you to know that we will always be with you, always by your side, always seeking to help you, and we are eager to share with you more about our spiritual evolution as we have been experiencing it.

As we have told you many times before, our ascension was much easier than yours, and we chose an incarnational cycle that was also much more joyous and filled with wonderful experience after wonderful experience.

We did not choose the hard path, as you did. But what we did to bring ourselves into a higher consciousness, you can also do.

One of the ways we were able to achieve such monumental leaps forward was of course going within, focusing on our vibration, our chakras, and our hearts. It was easier for us to do these things because that’s what everyone was doing.

On your world, most people are looking outside of themselves for validation, or for satisfaction, for fulfillment, for pleasure.

We were taught at a very young age about how much ecstasy we could access by focusing inside of ourselves and breathing consciously.

We were taught that the inner world was more exciting and interesting, and that was why it was easier for us to ascend. We also didn’t have anything to push against.

There were no villains in our experience. We never had to fight for the right to do anything, and all Arcturians were equal to one another.

Therefore, even when we were existing as third dimensional beings and had egos, we were not in competition with one another. We didn’t compare ourselves to anyone else, and it was very easy to see how we were all connected.

If we could give you that gift of knowing that you were all connected, we would, and we will continue to attempt to convince you that there is so much more available to you when you go within than there is anything outside of you that compares.

We want you to have an Arcturian spiritual awakening and an Arcturian ascension journey, because you have done enough of the hard work, the struggling, and the heavy lifting.

Now, we also consider it to be very interesting that most humans spent many lifetimes in our system.

So you have also had the experience of being able to grow with ease, being able to evolve spiritually without having to try very hard. And we also will continue to seek to awaken those memories within you.

We invite you to feel for the energy that we are projecting right now, no matter when you receive this message.

We are offering you an attunement through this channeled transmission to get you to remember the truth of who you are as an Arcturian being, as a spiritual master, as one who can take the easiest path to your ascension.

Starting with “I Accept”

In the Universal Law of Give and Receive is a mantra that keeps expanding for me.

I’ll use if for awhile, receive insights, and come back to it again and again for deeper understanding of 5th dimensional growth patterns about managing change.

I have to say the mantra is a great one for right Now:

I receive, I allow, I accept, I give, I Am Gratitude

A few years ago the “I give” part changed for me to “I forgive” and I spent a great deal of time looking at my past, forgiving everything. . .

The Mother told me in a reading with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, that She Forgives Everything, that it is impossible for Her to judge anything.

Also, at this time, we have the Universal Law of Karmic Dispensation — a gift of new beginnings — to help us understand forgiveness of everything. In the link above there is a meditation where we go to the Karmic Board.

But often, forgiveness is a huge leap of trust; as humans we tend to hold onto the past, those old resentments saying, “There’s no way I can forgive.”

The mantra above connected to the Law of Give and Receive helps us to come to a place of acceptance first. Acceptance is a gentle way to view the past; it is kind and feels so peaceful.

Accepting everything just the way it is with no judgement is observing the past with kindness and gentleness, the way the Mother does, Love for self, others, situations.

I’ve been saying, “I Am Acceptance” around deep sorrow, and pain is magically lifting, even physical pain.

Also, “I Am Enough” and “I Am Approved Of.” It’s getting easier to be aware of that feeling of “I’m not good enough” and “I’m a disappointment.”

My shoulder blade started hurting a week ago and then it moved to my shoulder, under and down my arm.

I like to ask pain what its message is — “How is this connected to the past?” — and the message of this pain has been one of acceptance. Jesus has been helping me.

Can I accept the past just the way it is?

My answer is, “Yes.”

Simple and kind, gentle Love for self.

As within and so without, Love within and Love without.

I receive, I allow, I accept,

I give this gentle Love to self,

and I Am Gratitude

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are extending ourselves out to all of humanity, regardless of whether the individual believes that we exist.

We do not care about your beliefs. We only care about bringing out more of the love, more of the flow of Source Energy from you.

We tell you this now because we see how much you are splitting yourselves in two, based on your beliefs there on Earth.

We see this as something that disempowers you, even though most people feel that their beliefs make them smarter, stronger, and more powerful, as though they are armed with a better perspective, with more knowledge.

And to look down on someone else because they don’t see something the same way that you do, not only creates a split between you and that person, but it also creates a split within yourself.

Every person that exists outside of you represents an aspect of you. And maybe that aspect is from a previous lifetime, but it is still a part of you.

Some people would even like to eliminate others, wipe them off the face of the Earth, because of their beliefs. And again, they are just suppressing, diminishing, and trying to snuff out an aspect of themselves.

Obviously, this does not serve you.

What someone believes doesn’t define them. Who they are underneath all of their thoughts, beliefs, and ideas is what defines them, and everyone is a Source Energy Being when you go deep enough inside that person.

Instead of trying to change someone’s mind, look for opportunities to draw that which is Source out of them.

Instead of trying to prove to someone that you are right, show them who you really are as an aspect of Source.

As an aspect of Source, you are able to forgive. You are able to see all perspectives as valid in some way. And you always look to help, you always look to heal, when you are being that ultimate version of you.

Think about all of the people whose beliefs you find deplorable, and now recognize how all that time you’ve spent in judgment of them has only hurt you.

It has only split you, and it has made the human collective less powerful, less caprable, and further from becoming what you are destined to become.

You are destined to become a harmonious human collective, so you might as well start now by letting go of that need to be right, that need to draw a line in the sand, that need to choose a side.

Just accept right now, even with the world as it is in this moment, that you are all one, you are all Source, and you are all coming together as one, whether you like it or not.

Acceptance is freedom. Freedom will allow you to expand and become more, and that is the definition of going with the flow. As we said, it’s what you’re all going to do, so why not start right now?

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very pleased to announce that the flow of energies to the human collective is moving along quite nicely, and more individuals are absorbing those energies than ever before there on planet Earth.

You have been working on opening yourselves up for quite some time. You have become aware of the upgrades, downloads, activations, and attunements that are available to you at all times, and you have demonstrated an ability to welcome those energies in that will assist you in making better choices.

Everything is about assisting you at this time.

Nothing is about doing it for you.

We, and others like us, are walking you to the water, but you still have to agree to drink.

Part of what all that you receive is doing for you is making you more sensitive to vibration. We, and all the other beings throughout the galaxy and universe who are helping you, are simply getting you to feel more so that you can make the choice to move towards what is going to serve you, what is of a higher vibration.

You must be willing to feel in order to heal, in order to release and let go of what is of a lower vibration.

And we are not just talking about your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs here. We are also talking about the information that you choose to focus upon.

If you are sensitive and feelings-based enough to know when something feels off because it is off, then you have everything that you need to be able to choose the highest vibration that is available to you.

Energies are all around you at all times, and you are deciding what you want to let in, what you want to play with and co-create with.

It’s going to continue even when ships carrying extra-terrestrials are landing on your world.

You are going to need the sensitivity to feel out what you are being offered.

And so, once again, we are happy to see you receiving the current energies so well, because we know that you need to be able to discern what vibrations are serving you and which ones are not.

You need to be highly sensitive and attuned to the highest vibrational energies available in order to lead with your hearts and compassion, in order to even consider the possibility of forgiveness and unconditional love.

You are the ones who have been sensitive enough to really benefit from the current energies that are there on your world and that will continue to uplift you and offer you the possibility of making better choices for yourselves and for all of humankind.

Merry Christmas!

Imagine that Mom and Dad have given you a present this Christmas. Let’s unwrap it!

Look! It’s a treasure map, with an explanatory note.

The treasure map shows an island vaguely the shape of a human being. There’s an X at the top of the map with “You are here” written beside it.

An arrow points in the direction of another X in the middle of the map, where a heart has been inscribed, with “The treasure is here.” A dashed line connects the two.

What can it mean?

What does the explanation say? Let’s read it.

Child of our heart,

The X at the top of this map indicates the place where your awareness is now, vaguely at the top of the head.

The X in the middle of the map points to an aperture, or portal as you call them these days, two digits to the right of the breastbone. We’re asking you to take your attention from where it is now and place it on the heart.

Hindus call the heart aperture or portal the hridayam. As long as it’s closed, we say the heart is closed (not emotionally, but at a much deeper level). Once the hridayam is open, a torrent of higher-dimensional love flows.

And a heart opening is destined in your future.

All of us wish for your heart to open. Call it the treasure, pearl, or mustard seed. Call it the Self, Christ, or Atman, the very thing you’ve always been looking for is found in the space of the opened heart.

The heart door to the higher dimensions is always already available to you, regardless of race, religion, or beliefs.

Open that door and all your worries are instantly swept away. Higher-dimensional love will flow in a torrent and transform everything within you. You’ll be submerged in love, ego-dead, Self-alive.

In that tsunami, you’ll feel as if you’re drowning, for sure … and find what you’ve been looking for.

Welcome to the Fifth Dimension, child, whether to stay or just for a visit.

Explanation

The hridayam is the heart aperture or portal that remains closed, just as a camera lens is closed.

When the heart aperture opens, we’re said to have had a heart opening. The inner tsunami of love that flows swiftly through that space is wonderful! Beyond imagining.

Blessed with that inner tsunami, that torrent which floods the fields and makes the dikes (boundaries, borders) unnecessary, you’ll need for nothing else. And only want for more of it.

Do not confuse the heart with the heart chakra. It’s the heart you want to enter.

We’re not talking here about being “open-hearted,” as in the quality of “open-heartedness.” Many, many people are open-hearted, but very few have had a heart opening. They aren’t the same.

Many enlightened sages have a temporary heart opening after which the hridayam closes again. This always occurs until the last stage of Third-Dimensional enlightenment (Sahaja Samadhi) is reached.

That same permanent heart opening our Hindu children called moksha, mukti, liberation from life and death, or liberation from what you now know as the Third Dimension of physicality. (1) It’s what the Buddha called buddhahood (not arahantship).

To folks who remain in the Third Dimension, you “become” ascended masters.

Thank you, Mother! Thank you, Father!

I can add a word as well.

Archangel Michael told me that three things tipped the scale for my heart to open on March 13, 2015. It more or less closed again the next January.

The first was my passionate love for Kathleen, which apparently approached the level of transformative love; the second was that I cried out to have Mom and Dad open my heart; and the third was an exercise I’d like to describe to you.

That exercise is to draw up love from our heart on the in-breath and on the out-breath send it out to the world. This exercise, Michael said, primed the pump.

Once the hridayam opened, I was immersed in a torrent of love, which instantly swept everything impure and negative from me and left me in ecstacy. My friend overseas who had a heart opening during Linda’s Solstice Webinar was swept away by the alteration in his feelings.

Before that event, I’d never have guessed what true love, sacred love, higher-dimensional love was. It was … well, clearly, from another dimension.

I assert that everything good can be found in the space of the open hridayam – of the open heart. Oh, happy day that it should happen to you – and it will – and that yours should permanently remain open in Ascension.

Sahaja Samadhi is usually the highest level of enlightenment that sages can be found to freely talk about. Probably because dimensionality wasn’t part of the conversation back then. It wasn’t until recently.
