You begin to FEEL your physical body speaking with you.
As we move through the stages of recognizing that we ARE Multidimensional, we begin to hear an inner dialogue within our inner awareness. In fact, we begin to establish a relationship with this inner voice, or inner self, or extended version of our SELF.
In fact, as we continue with this inner communication, we find that it is important to document our inner/outer conversations in some manner. We realize this fact because that, which was so clear within the NOW of the conversation, does not adhere to our daily consciousness. Therefore, we begin to dedicate ourselves to document our inner discussions with in inner self.
Your emotional swings begin to “find their center.”
We also discover that this inner “being,” “higher self,” even a “galactic being,” is actually a version of our own self. However, this inner, higher self reminds us that WE are Him/Her.
The term Him/Her is used because it often appears that this inner, higher, self is androgynous. Something about this knowledge that there is a higher component of our own self that is neither, male or female, but actually both, is comforting. Something changes in your thinking, but you are not, yet, sure what.
Within your Center is the EMBRYO of your 5D SELF, who you are beginning to realize is your 5D Lightbody SELF, who was always within your Kundalini the core of your spinal column.
You realize that now you need to educate your self. What is the “Lightbody” that your inner self tells you about? What is the Kundalini that your Lightbody tells you about?
Your 5D Self is infinitely an adult, but it simultaneously maintains the innocence of TRUTH that your child self always knew. This “Innocence of Truth” is slowly being revealed through your increasingly intimate relationship with your fifth dimensional SELF.
What is YOUR Truth?
Remember that YOUR truth received via your Multidimensional Mind and translated into your daily life via your High Heart. It is important to “ground your truth” within your body and within your daily life. YOUR TRUTH is not right or wrong. Your Truth is the sum/total of all you have learned within your myriad incarnations, as well as your that which you have held within your heart.

I have been back to Tooloom Falls with some new techniques and a Selenite Light Sword to strengthen the work I did previously.
I went to the circle at sunset and did a toning as Guboo taught me. I unwrapped the sword and held it while meditating. first I felt a sore left lower leg an used the sword till it cleared, then I crossed each shoulder and moved it between the two hills,back and forth, over my right shoulder to strengthen the leyline. I saw a blue wren in the circle as I did previously when I worked here. I held the sword in my lap for a while and noticed a beautiful aroma. I looked around to see where it had come from, but there was nothing in flower. The smell got stronger and was lifting my energy. Was it ‘lily of the valley’, I asked? Yes. Who has that as an aroma signature? Is it Mother Mary? Yes. It was lovely energy. Then the sun came from behind a cloudy sky and shone brilliantly for about 10 minutes, lighting the circle the trees and the creek. All the time the aroma was present, uplifting me.
The sun had set and pale ble vibrant sky was on the horizon with rose gold light reflecting in a full sky reflection of rose gold on the trees and ground. I took a video of it which is on my Facebook page.

Dear ones,
Many of you are aware of a great shift that has occurred inside of you which is now entering the phase where it will manifest outwardly as your perceived reality.
Over the next 21 days the powerful wave of gamma light coming in from the Galactic Core, (The Pleroma) will continue to impact Earth and its beings! The power of this incoming gamma light wave as measured by German and Russian scientists recently was discovered to have doubled over the last 2 weeks and is now increasing exponentially!
This super wave of gamma photon light has the power of one hundred million nuclear reactors and had to be diffused using advanced satellite technology by a group of star beings known as the Earth Alliance to turn down the power level to be safer and easier to integrate by the Earth and its beings. Some of the after effects of this streaming down of Wave-X was seen in every country of the world as large blue/white column beams of plasma measuring up to one mile in diameter striking the ground.
As we have now entered the densest area of the Photon belt, the power of Wave-X is increasing each hour and each day.
This great point in humanity’s evolution is known as “THE EVENT HORIZON”.
September 28th, 2015 is when this Super-Wave peaks and is the highest energetic frequency ever measured in the cosmos in modern history.
The Schumann Resonance of the Earth and the entire cosmos has reached an astounding level of 33 Hertz now with no other explanation for the sudden leap other than you are pushing it higher and higher at an exponential rate by your internal vibration and divine intention. This is 12 Hertz above the 5D New Earth Level so Gaia is more than ready to receive the first wave of love beings at Tetrad 9282015.
These ascension pioneers well deserve the first entrance into The Kingdom of 5D Heaven because of their sacrifice and their desire and dedication to this whole ascension project! Most of you reading this message will be included in this first wave of approx. 2.3 billion souls. There is a leveling off and adjustment period for a few months after 9/28 for everyone to fully integrate the new energies and to begin the detailed forming of their paradise called The New Earth! The ones who did not vibrate high enough to reach 21 hertz will come a few months after in spring 2016. The third wave (unconscious humanity) will reach the 21 hertz level last in mid-summer 2016. The ones who do not reach the level first are no less important and everyone makes it. When the pressure of these tremendous light forces bear down hard enough on a being, that one is transmuted into a more advanced species of love and it will embrace the light! There is no judgement or comparison in any of this! It is all a matter of one’s awareness level! Remember great ones we came here for the sake of them all and we do not choose one over another for there is truly no choice to make. We are all sacred and precious.
The moon energies of September play a massive role over the next three weeks and physical manifestations will begin to show up not only in your personal life as things are re-arranged to match your new frequency but you will start to see things happening in positive world events. The Event Horizon will start to hit main stream news as we draw near. World leaders, governments and agencies who are well aware of the incoming photon wave are going to start to do the right thing. Yes, this is the new paradigm loved ones. If you do not believe this then you are still running the old program so give this some consideration.

Most of you are already feeling the steady increase of frequency in the body. Many of you have noticed being shifted around to new locations, loss of relationships and material things. In some ways you may feel totally out of place, alone and even lost.
We assure you all that is happening is as it should be, and is a clearing of the old energies that you have held onto so strongly. These lower frequencies have to be transmuted so this divine wave of light and love can flow through the body and ground into the core of Gaia. It is impossible to take the lower frequencies of repressed emotional trauma and errant DNA programming (limited belief systems) into the higher dimensions! These old trapped trauma energies must be released from the body so the light data can flow completely through you and be grounded correctly. This completes the divine circuitry that makes you the super being you truly are.

It would be better that you come as a little child and be like the Avatar or super hero that you once admired. You were closer to the real you at that point, then now!

Is nature renewing you or are you renewing Nature?
Question posed as I was doing the task for the August Full Moon, by a fellow camper. Indeed, it was both, for I took off for a rest and rejuvenation and ended up at Tooloom Falls an area of Aboriginal significance in the border country between Queensland and NSW.
When people walked the land they were in touch with the energy which flows through the earth like an underground river. Aboriginal people followed these walking tracks and `songlines’ and renewed themselves and their country as they went. The toning which Guboo taught as a humming bee, tunes one to the earth and to these energy lines. Messages, images of thoughts and music and dance can be carried between points. That’s how the bush telegraph works, no need for phones. Our modern world has polluted and replaced these ancient pathways.
As we come more into the New Age, we will use these more effectively, both to cure ourselves and to heal the earth. A part of Native Title legislation claim by the Githabul people which was successful in 2007. The site is about a clever woman Dirungun who has become a rock in the river mouth at Yamba. It is an important site, a meeting place of many tracks and people where ceremonies were held.
Tooloom Falls is on the Upper Clarence River and is reached from Urbanville between Woodenbong and Bonalbo in New South Wales. I wandered around looking for it via Tooloom National Park which is dense native pine forest. There are two amazing rock formations on either side of the Falls and an energy line runs between them. When I got there and I was drawn to the Falls and asking: Am I meant to stay here? I was getting up the back. I drove there and noticed a NPWS toilet sited right between the two peaks and the penny dropped, its right on the energy line. So I first went to the circle and acknowledge the Aboriginal custodians of the area in spirit, female energies, and was guided to put in a energy point on the lake above the falls, so it bypasses the toilet.
I then camped on the other side of toilet where there was a bush sign of 3 freshwater mussels shells like a small altar. I was getting to leave something, so I left a small water carrier, which seemed appropriate. During the night sleeping in the car, I noticed before dawn a UFO which blinked out and reappeared further east. It was less than 10 degrees above the horizon just before dawn in the north.
A Blue wren came out when I finished the toning and I remembered there was a Blue wren at the other site. It was another Waterhole on the Beans Creek on the same river system. That was on the previous day and afterwards I could see energy on the horizon and around the trees that I thought was 5D energy, very bright and shimmering, but unfortunately I missed the turn off when driving through Urbanville and went back to Woodenbong and around coming in from the west, sometimes the direction you approach things is important, but it may have been I just wasn’t yet in tune with the land. It takes about 3 days to adjust.
While I was there I noticed I was tuning in to Dirungun. Her energy was coming into my left hand like an arthritic hand. I felt bent over and my knees were sore. If I channel writing its usually my right hand. I feel this area has been set up for the times that are ahead and I acknowledge the Githabul people for their foresight in Renewing the Dreaming.

We represent the grounding of fifth dimensional Unity Consciousness into the matrix of third and fourth dimensional Earth. We are always in search of another conscious member.
We say “conscious” because EVERYONE on the planet has a fifth dimensional Self and EVERY fifth dimensional Being of Earth is a member of ACEA. ACEA is not a club which one has to join. ACEA is a resonance, translated into a word, which represents the combined consciousness of fifth dimensional Earth. On the fifth dimension there is no other way.
All consciousness is joined in conscious communication at all times, much like you are now becoming joined with your cell phones and other communication devices. Just as you are individuals, we too are individuals. However, we do not need cell phones or any other mechanical devices to commune and communicate with each other.
Let us take you on a journey to the fifth dimensional Earth. Yes, we feel your confusion because some writings talk about the “forming fifth dimensional Earth.” But, of course, you know that it is the lower dimensions that are formed from the higher ones; not the other way around. Therefore, the fifth dimension has been in existence since before the existence of the third and fourth dimensions. We are aware that you must continue with your day. We shall return when you are ready to communicate with us further.

Greetings from ACEA,
Yes, we do exist. We are real. We say this to you because you have not returned to this Journal since our last communication. We are happy to see that you have returned to further communicate with us. Allow us to tell you more about ourselves.
We are representatives of the Brother and Sisterhood of Light with whom you have been connected for many of your decades. We communicate with you, and many others from the higher dimensions via the inner planes of reality. We are different from “aliens” in that all of us have Earth bodies.
We are, however, also “alien” because we all have been able to connect with at least some of our “off world” personas that simultaneously live on the higher dimensions of other planets and starships. We are pleased that you have found time to join us again.
We will now take you on a tour of fifth dimensional Earth. As we have told you before, fifth dimensional Earth has always existed. Creation travels from the higher dimensions down into the lower. Therefore, if there is a third dimensional Earth, than there has to be a fifth dimensional Earth.
Our task is to consciously connect the two worlds. There is a fourth dimension between the third and fifth dimensions which some call the Astral Plane. We, however, lump the Astral Plane with the Physical Plane. When we speak of conscious connection with the two worlds, it is actually three worlds: physical (third dimension), astral (fourth dimension), and the fifth dimension.
We call fifth dimensional Earth, Gaia, because Gaia is the Soul Name for Earth. The Soul of Earth is fifth dimensional just as the Souls of all of Her inhabitants. Therefore, whenever we refer to Gaia, we are referring to fifth dimensional Earth. We think we have all of the introductions taken care of except to remind you that we are a Group Consciousness. This is why we refer to ourselves as “we.”
If your creative force flows most naturally through writing, then that would be your avenue of expression. Others may communicate with us and ground the force of our fifth dimensional energy through dance, music, art, etc. Are you ready now for our journey to the fifth dimension?
Actually, we are not going to journey to the fifth dimension. Instead we are going to bring the fifth dimension to you. We will start with your room. As you look around your fifth dimensional room, see that it is the same but subtly different. Yes, that is a waterfall in the corner, and those are real flowers growing around it.
All of us in the fifth dimension create living space exactly as we wish. We often fill our living space with running water, plants, birds, and animal life. We choose to have music softly enhance the melody of the waterfall. We do not need a bathroom because we don’t need to eliminate or bathe in this dimension.
As you turn the corner into the next room, you will see a lovely, clear pond with warm or cool water, depending on your needs. Observe how the waterfall flows into the crystal clear pond. There are also many lovely ferns that grow naturally along the waterfall and the pond.
Just above the pond is a reflective surface. Look into it now and see your fifth dimensional body. Isn’t it lovely? This form is a “Lightbody,” which is usually sparkling white and/or golden. Do you see and feel the Light emanations flowing from this body? Your fifth dimensional body is about the same shape as your Earth vessel, except taller. You are also a bit leaner, but it is difficult to tell since your aura is a continuation of your body and expands or contracts according to your activity.
When you are traveling the inner path to the higher worlds your aura is smaller because you are in “inflow” and pulling the Light into you. When you are in “outflow” and radiating the Light outward from you for healing or creating, which are the same thing in this world, your aura becomes so large that it is difficult to locate your body within the glow of your aura.
We will stop for now. First, concentrate on grounding one small area of the fifth dimension into your body and your life. It is best to choose the area in which you meditate for that will have the highest resonant frequency. Every time you enter your meditation room, practice seeing your fifth dimensional world. When it becomes natural for that room to appear fifth dimensional, you can begin to transmute more areas of your life.

However, even though they were sharing a beautiful experience, just a whisper of doubt in each other was enough to diminish Lisa’s feelings of intimacy. Of course, she did not talk about this, as that was more intimate than she could be while holding doubt.

Dear Beverly, we see that you have integrated our last messages and are ready for more. Hence, we return within your NOW to instruct how to use the powerful force of your imagination to perceive the fifth dimensional expression of your reality. Know that this dimension of reality INFINITELY exists within your world, but your 3D thoughts and emotions and have taught you NOT to believe your fifth-dimensional imagination.
The first rule to perceive your fifth dimensional reality is:
“WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN YOUR MIND—YOU LIVE IN YOUR LIFE.”
The second rule is:
“LOVE IS THE FORCE OF CREATION.”
The third rule is:
“PERCEPTION IS CREATION.”
Now, let us look again at your fifth dimensional world.
Close your eyes first and see your fifth dimensional world with your mind…
Believe in this world…
Love this world…
Open your eyes and again look at your third dimensional room with your 3D eyes. Simultaneously, look at the fifth dimensional world with your fifth dimensional mind. Believe in the vision of your Multidimensional mind. Love that vision with your high heart.
Do you see again the waterfall? Can you hear it flow into the lovely flower-surrounded pool? The waterfall is made of waters of Light that radiate fifth-dimensional colors and tones as they fall on the crystal rocks. This pool responds to your thoughts and can be warm or cool, still or churning, depending on what you desire.
The view out of your window, which is directly next to you, is of beautiful redwood trees or the ocean, again depending upon your desire. Your desk and computer is your communication center where you can contact any starship, star system, or other Earthlings.
If you go into a meditative state, you can also connect telepathically. Gradually, the fifth dimensional world will no longer be a realm to imagine, it will be the place where you/we live. Your transition is gradual so that you can slowly release your thoughts of limitation and feelings of fear.
At first, our fifth dimensional world will flicker in and out of you awareness. As long as you are able to remain calm and detached from the third and fourth dimensional dramas around you, you will experience a moment of calm joy. Within that moment, the fifth dimension can appear.
For as long as you can maintain your higher state of consciousness, the lens to your inner eye will allow you to click into the fifth dimension. You will continue what you are doing except that you will do it in a higher dimensional manner. For example, if you are eating and click into the fifth dimension, you will find yourself in a correlate fifth dimensional location.
This fifth dimensional location will subtly change your experience. Since there is no need to eat on the fifth dimension, you will instead be nourishing yourself in a fifth dimensional way. For example, if you are eating with friends or family, instead of putting food into your mouths, you will be able to feel the nourishing experience of sharing Light with Loved Ones.
If you are alone, you may instead be meditating and/or moving your form in a creative and joyful way. Or you may simply be breathing in the spirit that is within the Light of the fifth dimensional world. We capitalize the word “light” here because fifth dimensional Light is very different from third dimensional light.
Light on the fifth dimension is alive with consciousness and can change forms with your desire or with its function. For example, the waters of Light on the fifth dimension appear to be fluid, which is actually liquid Light. Liquid Light can take any form to appear as water, land, sky, flowers, animals, humans, etc. These waters of Light bring into your system a form of nourishment, and you can swim “underwater” for as long as you desire.
When Beings first come to the fifth dimension, they usually need to “eat” until they can believe that nourishment is free and automatic and that they do not need to hold any intention towards eating. The need to partake of another life form, whether it is animal or plant, is one of the most difficult changes for new arrivals.
“Fear of survival” is a base program that is established for all third-dimensional life forms. If you did not have fear of survival, actually fear that you will not survive, you would not take the necessary precautions to continue your physical existence. This “survival program” is very difficult to override, even when your body is no longer three dimensional.
Now allow us to tell you how to enter our world. Joy and peace is the state of consciousness that is necessary to access our reality. Much like one has to choose a number to receive a radio station, you must choose a state of consciousness to access our fifth dimensional reality.
To expand your consciousness enough to enter our world, you need to detach from the fears and dramas of your physical life. Of course, you cannot deny what is happening around you because it is real. What you must do instead is to see the higher dimension of those lower frequency realities.
Just as you have been instructed to see your higher dimensional room, you will begin to see the higher dimensions of every aspect of your personal life and of the world around you. For example, let us look at politics. Allow yourself to see the higher dimensional aspects of that conflict, whether it is bombings, famine, or political unrest. Do you see the Peace, Unity and Love that is being sent down into the third dimensional darkness?
Whenever there are great numbers of deaths, there will be many Beings crossing over into the fourth or fifth dimension. Many people’s beliefs are so entrenched in the third dimension that they “believe” they must go through a physical death in order to accept a new reality. Therefore, for them, it is true.
Some people are able to believe that they can experience the higher dimensions without dying, but they believe that they must go through a symbolic death first. Therefore, that is true for them. In the third dimension you have the belief that death is leaving life, but to us in the fifth dimension, death is returning to life.
Because the consciousness of the masses is quickly shifting, there will be political unrest. As each person changes their personal consciousness they will wish to change the group consciousness, as well. The fifth dimensional correlate of politics is a harmonious and united group consciousness. Once there is truly a united, group consciousness, an external government is no longer necessary.
As each person embraces Unconditional Love and moves into the fifth dimension, they will have complete rule over their own lower, selfish urges. No external system of rule is necessary when all members of the society can rule themselves. Furthermore, reality is instantly created by your own thoughts and emotions. If you do not wish to share the experiences of those around you, you simply change your mind by calibrating your consciousness to a higher frequency.
Another component of fifth dimensional manifestation is that “Love Creates.” Love your Self, your activity (whether it is paying a bill or meditating), love what you desire and you will manifest it in your reality. Remember, everything you perceive in the third dimension is a product of the illusion that has been created by the group hologram in which you live.
When you change your personal hologram, you will connect with others who also wish to live within that hologram. You will then serve as a model to others who are wishing to change their hologram.

The Keys of Enoch tells us: ‘I was taken from Arcturus through a series of tessellations which seemed to be of a different “LIGHT” density, where multiple saddle-shaped concentric fields intersected so that a threshold was formed running through the star spaces connected with Orion.
My physical body at the threshold gate, had to exchange its garment of flesh for a garment of Light as I passed through the star regions served by the Brotherhoods of Light.’ `I was the taken by Enoch to the region known as Saiph in the great star field of Orionis; from there I was taken into the presence of the field of Light known as Mintaka. And within this field of Light I was met by the being of Great Light, a being of great majesty called Metatron, the creator of Light in the outer universe. And my spirit was so overwhelmed with the presence of the Higher Light, I would not have been able to maintain my body of Light were it not for the body of Metatron.’
The Keys are to exemplify both the spiritual understanding and the scientific understanding that must converge if the right reality structure is to be shared by members of the human Race in taking a quantum leap forward into the New Age. The Keys were given in 1973 as fire letters in glowing geometries of light. They are to coordinate sixty four unique areas of scientific knowledge which are to be advanced. Each of the 64 areas are to be given prophetic insight which will allow humanity to increase its understanding and raise its consciousness to participate with other Worlds of Light. There will be tremendous acceleration of the physical sciences into spiritual sciences in truly transmuting the world of material form into the Kingdom of Light.
True evolution is spiritual evolution, the advancement of consciousness power whereby your spiritual vehicles evolve towards your divine self in concert with one another. The Brotherhood of Light has clearly stated that Orion-Kesil is our stellar Central Control, for Orion is a dwelling place of the Living Light consciously and continuously sending the emanations of the spiritual Hierarchy into the gravitational fields of the lower planetary worlds. So Orion is the central region used by the B’nai Elohim and Lords of Light.
A threshold of creation from our immediate physical galaxy into the next level of creation within our Father universe consisting of myriads of super super-galaxies The fire letters can come in during meditation, for example I received they symbol Tau which is an upside down u. My understanding is it refers to the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end of this creation.
In Hopi tradition when Orion dominates winter skies (in America), the ants are deep in their own “kivas” (hills). Although this seems contradictory, the zenith and the nadir are actually one shamanistic axis comprising the Underworld. Two separate realms exist in the Hopi cosmology: the surface of the earth as the site of human activity and a combined sky/underground region as the home of the spirits, in particular the kachinas. (For the Hopi a kachina is a masked spirit that can assume the form of any physical object, phenomenon, or living being.) The kachinas are represented in their rock art. Both the ant mound with its dark tunnels and the kiva with its sipapuni (a hole in the floor symbolically linking it to the Underworld) embody the nether plane. This paradoxically arches upward across the skies to serve as home to the star spirits.

(The Elohim) Indeed, dear brother, we are most happy to speak to all of you about what you would call the channelled state of being, your birthright, your legacy. For you see, this is not a mystery, although to some, it may seem to be.
This act of channelling, of spiritual communication, is vastly simple, elegant, powerful, yet is a skill that may be had by all people of your planet. It is, in the truest sense of the word, a connection to that which is greater than your awareness in the moment. In other words, it is a connection to greater Love. It is a reaching upward and outward, beyond the limitations of your five senses into the true knowledge of the Universe. Channelling is, for most people, something that appears to be possible for only a few. But we are here to say that this, that we, are available at all times to all people. We come to you to offer love and greater understanding of your life, your origins, and the Universe, but we do this only by your invitation. And yes, we leave you in an instant if this is your will and your desire. You are the ones in charge, most beloved! This is always the way that it has been and always will be. And so, as you seek to channel us, your guides and angels, you are seeking, most simply, to connect with love and compassion and then channel love and compassion through whatever means is most natural for you. For some, it is in the speaking that love is brought forth. For others, the graceful touch of a hand is all that is needed to bring our love through to another. You bring our love to others by opening your heart and inviting us to channel our love through you. Isn’t that wonderful? It truly is that simple.
Many of our volunteers have been asking to visit the Starship. We wish to remind that you that not only do you visit the Starship, you also live there. However, many of you have not yet fully connected with that expression of your SELF. You will soon. Then your conscious experiences of being on the ship will begin.
You will begin by remembering not the ship, but the YOU who lives on it. Once you remember that reality, you will have your first stepping-stone into your fifth dimensional reality. Everyone has a stepping-stone life, in which they “step into” a higher dimensional expression of their multidimensional self.
Soon everyone will begin to remember the details of this – your present life is a “stepping-stone” reality, as well as other similar incarnations. However, the secret is to know that everything you remember and everything you imagine is REAL because you created it.
In other words, in the fifth dimension and beyond what you think about, you bring about. This final stage of ascension into the fifth dimension can be problematic because you must BE the master of your thoughts and emotions.
Furthermore, everything you think and feel creates your reality. In the fifth dimension, your every thought and emotion will instantly manifest. Because of this, it is vital that you gain mastery over your fears. The two vital tools with which to gain mastery over fear are INFORMATION and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
Furthermore, if the information you receive does not “feel” like unconditional love, then discard it and look for a higher frequency source. Fortunately, unconditional love is not only the antidote to fear, it is also the firewall that keeps fear from penetrating your consciousness.
If you suspect fear, protect your solar plexus for it is the area where your 12 Cranial Nerves connect with your abdomen. Thus it is the area in your earth vessel where your thoughts and emotions merge to create thought forms. You do not want any lower frequency thoughts to enter the sacred temple of your earth vessel.
Therefore, we ask that if you recognize the emotion of fear in your lower chakras, you choose to perceive the energy patterns of that information with your opened Third Eye. Fear cannot penetrate your Third Eye. Therefore, you will not be harmed by the perception of it.
In fact, you can use your Third Eye to transfer any fearful messages to your High Heart. Your High Heart will then send unconditional love into that message, emotion and/or thought-form. The mere thought of unconditional love will protect you from, and heal, your fear.
Yes, fear can be healed for it is a human creation. Begin to think of your every thought and emotion as your own human energy field, as your personal energy field will naturally seek and merge with other energy fields of the same resonance.
When you are the master of your thoughts and emotions, you are a conscious creator of the thought forms you send out into your environment. Those thought forms, which are much like “the children of your breath,” seek other higher frequency energy fields and thought forms.
As you expand your own inner frequency of consciousness, you will gain greater mastery over your thoughts, and your emotions will be more loving. Hence, your thought forms will create energy patterns that flow towards and/or into the higher dimensional light streams.
If you enter a higher dimensional light stream and maintain a high enough frequency of consciousness to remain there, you will flow onto a beautiful inter-dimensional journey. While on this excursion, you will be able to perceive reality from many different points of perspective within the same NOW.
These multidimensional perceptions pull your consciousness beyond time, and hence, out of the 3D Matrix. The 3D Matrix is the holographic projection, the “3D video game of physical earth,” which you entered when you took a physical “avatar” body within Earth’s 3D Matrix.
When you are in the NOW for only a moment you gather the sensation of perceiving all reality, thoughts, emotions and people within the total unity of the NOW of the ONE. Much as you learn a dance by repeating the same steps over and over, you will learn the feeling of stepping out of the Matrix by “stepping out of it” over and over.
Then, when your consciousness returns to Beta Waves and you re-enter the Matrix, you KNOW that you have been somewhere, doing something, but your physical brain cannot intercept or bond with that high frequency of light/information.
Therefore, you know that something happened, that you went somewhere or did something, but your 3D brain will not be able to “read” that frequency of your memory patterns. After you have repeated this experience again and again you begin to recognize the sequence of events that leads you to release ALL sequence and return to the simultaneous NOW. This realization allows you to slowly gain mastery over the process of leaving time.
Your 3D brain will not be able to guide you through this process, but your earth vessel will. The reason why your earth vessel will be able to surrender to that which your brain cannot, is because your earth vessel is your animal package that is created of the exact elements and fifth dimensional elemental as the planet.
Therefore, your small earth vessel can tap into the planet to amplify the energy shift that Gaia’s planet and all Her inhabitants are experiencing. Those who have enough information to be able to understand and accept the higher energy waves of light will blend with this NOW in which every atom of the physical world is beginning to increase its spin.
When you simultaneously tune into an energy field as small as an atom AND as large as a planet your 3D brain becomes so disoriented that is disconnects from the Matrix. This disconnect is much like a pulling the plug then quickly plugging it back in again.
This instant, intense shift resets your consciousness into a “brief moment of the NOW.” Within that “brief moment” your earth vessel experiences its “shut down.” However, your consciousness can soar free of your time-bound body and soar into the higher frequencies like a rocket.
Once your consciousness can perceive an eye-blink of no-time of NOW, it opens a new portal of light that was formerly unknown in your daily life. This inter-dimensional portal travels through the HERE and NOW which is free of time and holds NO space. There is only HERE. There is only NOW.
Within the HERE and NOW lies all of the realities to which your higher consciousness can adhere to and connect with via the new portals that you have connected to your life stream. Your “life stream” is your “signature frequency.” In the higher dimensions, you are not recognized by your name or your looks. You are recognized by your signature frequency.
You are beginning to understand that YOU are a field of energy flowing through the NOW that has chosen to “visit” the lower frequencies of time and space. Via your innate, higher dimensional observation, you can choose to send out a new life stream into time and space.
However, your physical self is not aware of these decisions. The earth vessel that you are wearing is merely the “space suit” in which YOU confine your immense energy field so that you can experience the physical world first hand.
Your physical energy package is surrounded by and integrated with myriad multidimensional energy fields, thought forms and light streams. You can only perceive the components of your personal light package that resonate to the state of your consciousness.
Fortunately, as you increasingly tune into your own energy package, your consciousness can more consciously experience the continual flow light streams, portals, thought forms and/or the energy fields through which you are traveling.
These perceptions can be quite confusing if you are newly remembering your Multidimensional SELF because there are myriad possible, probable, alternate and parallel realities that simultaneously flow through the higher dimensions.
Furthermore, all experiences are occurring with the NOW. Many who are new to this experience chose to quickly “shut down” this “view screen” of reality. But the brief experience of uncontainable joy, unity, purpose and love whispers into their hearts to “try again.”
Just as you may get into and out of the water until you are accustomed to that temperature, your consciousness will flow into and out of these higher frequency perceptions until you acclimate to those frequencies of reality.
In fact, your early perceptions of these higher worlds may appear to you as if you are looking at them under water. These higher dimensional worlds flow like seaweed, many creatures move like fish, and all extremes blur into the ONE of the Flow.
We, your Galactic and Celestial Family are so happy to see our volunteers to Earth beginning to remember what they always knew. However, the extreme darkness that has moved through Gaia’s world has created fear within your body. That fear has lowered your consciousness and placed your earth vessel in “fight/flight.”
It is then that you crash land onto the tarmac of your third dimensional matrix. However, if you can remember to look through the matrix, rather than at the illusions being reflecting off the matrix, you will remember to look at the identifying “signature” frequencies of all that you perceive.

You will always find what you are looking for because you are actually creating the pathway to that which you wish to “find.” On the other hand, signature frequencies are not illusions. Signature frequencies are the “light skeleton” of your form, your area, your planet, etc.
Because there is NO separation between YOU and your world, you can only identify energy fields that resonate within the spectrum your personal energy field. In the same manner, because there is NO separation within the NOW, everything in your frequency range is responsive to your energy field.
If you want to perceive a higher frequency of reality, you must calibrate your consciousness to the frequency of reality that you wish to perceive. Once you are conscious of the NOW, you can choose to “log out” of a low frequency energy field by expanding your signature frequency into a higher dimension.
The lower resonance frequency will still remain, but you will NOT participate it in. In fact, when this situation arises, we ask that you send unconditional love and violet fire into that lower frequency resonance. Then, you are taking full responsibility for your life.
As your consciousness continues to expand, the responsibility of “your life” expands to encompass your family life, your community life, your national life, your planetary life, and the life of your solar system.
By this state of consciousness you will have returned to full recall of your galactic and celestial life, as well as the Mission that YOU chose to fulfill within this important incarnation. You will also remember “Life IS everywhere and always.”
Your LIFE is telling you:

· WHAT you are creating,
· WHEN you are experiencing an initiation,
· WHERE this initiation is occurring and
· WHY you chose to enter your current earth vessel.

As I finished writing this channel, I became aware that I was sitting at my desk in my office writing on the computer. However, I could not remember how I got there. When I searched my memory, the last thing I could remember was sitting on the couch having a conversation with my husband and our friend.
But how did I end up sitting at my desk? I got up and went into the living room to ask my husband, “Did I fall asleep on the couch while we were talking?”
He said, “Yes, and our friend went home.”
OK, that part solved, but how did I get from falling asleep on the couch, waking up, walking into my office and writing the above message? The process of waking up, walking into my office, and writing this article was gone until I suddenly “woke up” and said, “Wait Sue, how did I get here in the office?”
Whatever happened in-between waking up and finishing this message did NOT adhere to my 3D brain, and was totally forgotten to my physical brain. I wonder how many times a day I “pop” out of time, then come back into time?
Perhaps, I am getting ready to answer that question because this “time” I could not ignore that I had “been gone,” “bi-located” and/or left 3D time. (I HOPE)
I just heard, “Your ascension is progressing exponentially.”

Accept that the time is always now to begin this process. The present moment is always your true point of power. Taking even small steps in your present moment will bring about major energetic shifts that, over time, will transport you to timelines where you access the frequencies of the new time.
Manifesting the ‘You’ Capable of Existing along Fifth-Dimensional Timelines
Open to receive a vision aligned with your highest potentials. When we come into resonance with a new potential, we begin to receive perceptual glimmers or visions of this potential. These glimmers offer insight into how this reality would look, how it would feel, and the types of potentials and opportunities we might encounter along that reality thread.
This glimmer on the horizon sparks inspiration and your imagination catches fire. Captivated and enthused about this vision, you begin the quest to learn more about it. Set an intention to observe it. Each time you turn your attention to this intended creation, you energize it and the energetic field of the creation expands.
Once you receive a vision and choose to align with it, next begin the process of cultivating and strengthening the aspect of your consciousness most closely aligned with your vision. This is the aspect capable of bringing your creation into being.
The fact that you are reading this says that you’re interested in existing along high-vibrational, fifth-dimensional timelines, and have set your intentions to manifest the ‘you’ capable of helping you step more fully into the new time.
This ‘you’ represents your highest potentials. When we become the version of ourselves that is able to take us in the direction of our highest potentials, this self will always find a way to access higher frequencies within each moment.
First, Simply Allow a Vision to Exist in Consciousness
Allow your new vision to simply exist in consciousness. Do not concern yourself in this early stage with how you will bring this vision into your physical reality. It is a misunderstanding to think that we can only carry out those visions we are skilled and experienced in carrying out.
Allow a New Vision to Grow and Expand
Nurture and allow this new vision to grow in your consciousness. Day by day and moment by moment, observe this vision as it exists within your energetic field. Ask questions about it and get to know it.
Each time we bring our focus to it, our potential gathers energy and expands. The critical mass for its arrival into physical reality is reached when the potential gains sufficient energetic resonance with the part of our consciousness that is able to nurture its arrival into physical reality.
Release Aspects Trapped in Past Traumas
As a new potential gathers strength in its energetic field, you may become aware of pockets of resistance that exist within you. These aspects are holding energy to ‘bookmark’ this moment in time so a future, more masterful ‘you’ can return to heal and release them. As we free energy being held around past traumas, we’re able to refocus this energy toward new potentials we wish to activate.
Meet Future Potentials in Your Inner Temple
Create an inner temple and spend time there daily. One way you can strengthen the connection with a new potential is to meet with it in consciousness each day. An inner temple is the perfect place to meet and work with future potentials. This temple can take any form you wish. It can be a cottage by the ocean, a cabin in the mountains, a tree house in a tropical rainforest, or a tent in the desert.
Higher-vibrational frequencies will always heal and entrain lower-vibrational frequencies. Entering a high feeling state daily even for short periods will naturally clear obstacles to healing and help manifest your visions.
Resist the Urge to Micro-Manage How Realities Manifest
Allow the universe to bring new realities to you in whatever way it can. It is a mistake to place contingencies on how realities arrive. Some believe they must first manifest a sum of money in order to realize their higher visions. This is a misunderstanding. Placing contingencies and prerequisites on our creations only serves to bottleneck and slow their arrival in physical reality.
When you set an intention and remain awake and aware to clues and information in your daily life, you will find the bread crumb trail that leads to your desired creation.
Remain Alert to Thought Viruses that Sabotage Your Efforts
Remain alert to the voices in your head that tell you that your dreams are impossible and unrealistic. These are the voices of thought viruses you were indoctrinated to in childhood and through collective consciousness. Don’t allow yourself to be hamstrung by thought viruses that say you’re not ready or good enough, or empowered enough, or enlightened enough to live your visions.
Align with Desired Realities at Subtle Levels
Release over investment in physical reality. Hold in awareness that the reality you see around you in your present moment represents past creations and is fluid and changeable. Don’t be fooled by the solid, concrete appearance of ‘reality’.
When we look at these seemingly solid and immovable structures of our present moment, we may feel powerless to change them. It’s true we cannot change an existing timeline. But we can shift to a new timeline.
In order to change our reality and the timeline we exist along, we must go within to align our visions and intentions with subtle energy. Creating is not a matter of moving concrete around, but of aligning ourselves with the reality we wish to experience at the subtle level where raw energy is shaped by intention, and allowing ourselves to be transported energetically to the timeline where that reality already exists.
Adopting a Focus Self Aligned with Your Desired Reality
Align with the identity of one who is living the reality you wish to create. When you receive a vision of a new potential, there’s always an aspect of your consciousness that is able to nurture this vision into physical reality and transport you to the timeline where this new potential exists.
As you energize and nurture a new potential, it will teach you who you need to become in order to carry it out to the world. As your focus self learns to act in service to the highest good of all, it will step aside when the time comes to allow a new facet of your consciousness to become the focus identity self capable of transporting you to timelines where new potentials exist.
Accept That Everything Has Happened with Divine Perfection
Refrain from judging yourself as moments from your past come before you to be released. Everything you created/activated in the past was designed to help you learn to grow and become the wise and empowered ‘you’ that exists within your present moment.

A New System of Life is Appearing

As many of us in the northern hemisphere watch the snow begin to fly and winter weather arrive, SaLuSa tells us that the planet continues to move towards uniformly-temperate conditions. He explains:
“There is going to be more temperate weather throughout the world, which changes you are already noting.
“To some it appears as turmoil [i.e., global warming] and that is because the changes are worldwide, and as you are noting are also affecting the animal and nature kingdoms. Such changes have occurred in your past and are quite natural, particularly where your land masses are concerned. Looking back at your history you would find that your world looked quite different to what it is today.” (1)
The climate will settle down, he says:
“The extremes you experience are diminishing. Instead, there are now more acceptable conditions as you begin to move more easily from one season to another. It will result in changes within the plant and animal kingdoms as they also adjust.
“Indeed, such happenings are already being reported, and will continue until eventually the difference in the seasons will become much less pronounced.” (2)
Matthew Ward explains that inclement weather and what we think of as “natural disasters” release negativity from the Earth.
“Let us put negativity into the context of weather and geophysical events, which you may not have considered as the evidence of change that they are.
“The intensive light that saved Earth’s life gave her the strength to start releasing negativity via powerful earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and severe storms that resulted in massive death toll and destruction.” (3)
He explains that “the last of the ‘old’ negativity was eliminated about six months ago—that’s what enabled Earth to enter fourth density.” However we’ve been creating new negativity since then.
“‘New’ negativity caused by ongoing violence is being released through a series of earthquakes in areas where there is little, if any, loss of life or land destruction, and the same with volcanic eruptions. More is being dispersed via torrential rainstorms in some areas and wildfires in others—water and fire are Nature’s cleansing elements.” (4)
Nonetheless the new negativity will not accumulate or last.
“Never again will negativity amass on the planet and none of the predicted cataclysms will occur! The darkness that for long ages enshrouded Earth is gone, but ‘mopping up’ what was left in its wake will continue until she reaches the planes where violence doesn’t exist.” (5)
We won’t reach this point immediately or even fast enough to suit all people but we will get there at a pace that hasn’t been seen before, he says.
“She won’t get there next week or next month, but aided by light forces within, on and beyond Earth, she is moving toward that space at a speed that is unique in this universe and all along the way, violence will lessen and so will storms, quakes and volcanic activity. (6)
The Arcturian Group assert that “the violent weather” and “storms” we’ve been seeing, many “are not just about global warming or Gaia’s Ascension.”
“[They are] about a spiritual leveling – neighbor talking to and assisting neighbor, strangers stepping in, and the birthing of universal compassion. It is about a higher sense of love and oneness emerging among all who up to now considered themselves separate in some way (racially, economically, intellectually, age etc.) from each other.
“This leveling process has been necessary in shifting large groups into a deeper realization of oneness.” (7)
Meanwhile the animals are being affected. Some will move to different climates, SaLuSa tells us: “The oceans of the world are … being affected, and as they warm up certain species of life will move to different areas that are suited to them.” (8)
But some species will become extinct, as they have in the past. They can be transferred to other worlds, SaLuSa informs us.
“Over a long period many species have become extinct. However, there is no total loss as we can transfer them to other planets to continue their evolution. Genetic modification can be carried out if necessary to suit the new planetary conditions they are introduced into. In some cases animals have completed their cycle on Earth, and are released such as what happened with the Dinosaurs.
“Although it is not often noticed, species come and go quite regularly according to needs of the Earth and Humankind.” (9)
Kryon explained that the changes in the animal world will produce a new system of life on the planet.
“The life cycle itself is being altered by the temperature change of the ocean. And much of what you have believed of the paradigm of life in the sea is slowly changing.
“A new system of life is appearing, as it has before, and is upon you in your lifetime. It will complement what you know and expose you to a new concept: Gaia regularly refreshes the life cycle on Earth.” (10)
The extinctions that occur are normal for Gaia, he says.

Discovery Channel regularly features documentaries on how the weather is getting worse, global warming will feed hurricanes, and we’re in for a new Ice Age.
But in reality the weather across the planet will level out in a uniform temperateness that will see a new ecosystem arise even as we lightworkers build the new social system.
