While looking into the channeled perspective on the mainstream media, I came across this passage from Adamu in October, which merits being reposted on its own at this time.

There’s some partisan language; eg., “Delete,” “useful tools,” etc.  I personally “make the translation,” if it’s not central to the piece, depending on the value of the credible remainder of truth. With Adamu the value is high.

I’ll go with this and that doesn’t resonate for me.” Self-responsibility dawns. …

So, this is what is going on right now and it’s very interesting to notice that you definitely do seem to be moving strongly towards the self-responsible timeline. When we notice that [fewer and fewer] of you are believing the press: something like two thirds of all respondents to a recent survey in the United States said that they find the press to be largely not believable. About one third said utterly unbelievable. So, these kinds of indications are interesting. …

Those of you who have been watching carefully, those of you who have been using alternative media sources, will know that the last four years of the present Presidency have really been about putting everything in place, in preparation for a seismic shift in the political landscape, in what has been happening in American politics. Because there has been so much dirty business. All of this is going to be brought to the surface.

It’s going to be quite a shock for many, for those who have been attached to their other-responsible position. We see what is coming is that if you stay in the self-responsible timeline, a big shock for the other-responsibles, an opportunity for grand awakening and they may take it or they may not. It will be interesting.

Greetings beloveds of the planet earth, I am Adama of Telos and this is my message to you this day.

A great many things are transpiring all around you, and most importantly within you. This is the real secret dear ones. What is happening within your heart centre is the real deal. I know that sounds a little strange to use those words… we wish to approach you in a more grounded humorous way for we see that far too many of you are becoming distracted with the outer world.

We have said many times just how important it is to reach inside, to feel inside of you, to feel the infinite expanse that is within you, which is who you truly are.

It is important to grasp and fully understand that the events transpiring around you are a direct reflection of what it is within you collectively and as an individual being.

You can change your outer events by going inside.

And here’s how we suggest you do that… Inside you dear ones, there is a labyrinth of light possibilities. The quantum field that you are and that you are within is now brimming with possibilities. But why you continually focus on your outer world, as if these are your only options, you will place your focus on them and continually re-create them.

Dear ones, this is not what we wish for you. It is time now to come inside, to realize that the inner world, the great expanse within you, is waiting for your return home.

Much like a diver being afraid or somewhat hesitant to go into an unexplored cave, because of the ‘unknown’ factor, we see many of you resisting, or feeling unsure. Because you have known yourselves to be ‘of’ the outer world, to be ‘In’ the outer world for so long. We understand this dear ones, we know this is difficult for you to transcend, but it is what you must do at this time. This is what we ask of you.

It is VERY important dear ones…

Going into your inner world is a little like melding into a great and tremendous sun, that has infinite expanse and infinite connection. Just like the womb of the mother, this is where all your creativity happens.

When you look at your outer world, it is a holographic projection of what you choose to create WITHIN your inner world.

In an analogy, we see so many of you believing, as you have done for so long, that to change your outer world you must take action, that you must take control of the outer world components, move them around, form them into what you want and then that is considered ‘job done’.

But this is not true dear ones…

You are moving into higher vibrational realms of the fifth dimension. Here, everything is created from within. If a fifth dimensional being wishes to create something, they go within themselves, they create the reality they wish to experience WITHIN the infinite expanse within themselves and then they watch it unfold very quickly in the outer reflection, that is your outer world (I feel this is much like a womb of pure creativity of which the outer world completely and faithfully becomes in holographic form, like a mirror that constantly jumps to become what you are inside).

This is a very important concept to understand dear ones.

We wish to help you, to assist you to transition from being stuck and lost in an outer world, to being beings that are fully cenered, fully connection to their inner creatorship where you can create and generate the outer reality EXACTLY as you wish it to be dear ones, no more being blow around like a feather in the outside space as if you are to succumb to outside influences this way and that way.

This is not how it works, and this is ONLY a symptom of you giving your power away… And what is it to give your power away? It is to entrench yourself, to believe yourself to be OF the outside world. You therefore allow your power, and you are doing this to yourselves dear ones, you allow your creations to take command of YOU. By entrenching your focus, by entrenching your sense of what is real, your sense of self – that’s the most important part – in the outer world, and then you become OF your outer world.

Dear ones, you get pushed around so much by the outer world elements while you do this. You know this, you experience this. This has caused much frustration in the human race and we see this.

This is why we continually ask you, please come back into your inner space, your inner truth, your inner world.

Your inner world is an infinite expanse… The outer world is but a fraction of what it is to be in your inner world dear ones. And like an analogy this one has used before, the outer world is much like a virtual reality headset that you put on. It can seem very real, so real in fact that over many eons of time you have become enmeshed in this game.

This is a time to wake up and to awaken to your deeper truth dear ones. We talk to all of you the awakened ones. Many of you are still, including this one we will say, still spend far too long, with your attention and your focus on the outer world, seeing what happens, seeing how things change.

It is ok to do this dear ones, but do not get lost in this. Do not allow yourselves to be enmeshed in the outer world’s goings on. Do not identify with it, for you are your inner world.

The outer world is an expanse for you to experience your inner world creations as a reflection…

We wish for you to ponder this, to contemplate this.

Take the time to meditate, go within, go into that beautiful heart centre of yours, feel the love, the potential, the expanse of who you are.

Play with it, like a child going into a sand pit for the first time, playing with the sand, feeling it, moving it around, sitting within it, covering yourselves in it, have FUN dear ones!!!

Then, certain important powerful truths will dawn on you. Things that we cannot explain here, through this or any other channel, but that which you musty experience for yourselves, you must realize for yourself.

And oh dear ones we wish so much for you to do this, and we rejoice in knowing that you soon will. We only ask… we only ask for you to take the time to go within, to meditate. We know you hear these message often dear ones, and we know many of you feel they are repetitive, but this is SO VALUABLE for you dear ones, this is so important.

PLEASE understand that YOUR TRUTH IS WITHIN YOU.

It has NEVER been outside of you.

The events taking place outside of you are but a jostle of energetics in this giant transformation, where the old chaotic hidden is coming out and dissolving away, and you are seeing it. This is not who you are, do not involve yourselves in it, unless you feel guided to do so.

Please place AS MUCH OF YOUR FOCUS, YOUR ATTENTION within yourself as often and as deeply as you feel you would love to.

We love you all so very much, and we will leave you with this final thought and feeling if we may…

We are giving an image to this one of a bright sun, a beautiful powerful sun with a universe all around it. This is analogous to your inner and outer worlds. The sun is your inner world, when you step through that portal inside an expanse, an infinite expanse opens up to you. You have yet to fully understand what suns are, many of you have a good idea, but most do not. And the outer expanse around the sun is your outer world. Dear ones, where does EVERYTHING in the outer world get its light from, yes dear ones, the sun.

The centre of you is the source of all your life.

You are a sun in human form

We urge you to go into that portal in the centre of your sun and realize the ENORMITY, the EXPANSE, the INFINITY, the CREATIVE WELL inside of you, it is infinite dear ones. We playfully ask you to contemplate this to feel it.

Find and connect with your inner world portal, your SACRED HEART as many call it. The gateway to the truth of who you really are.

When you do this often enough, you will release your attachments to the outer world, you will realize it full for the illusion and non-existence it really is…

We bid you farewell, until the next time, this is our message to you this day. We thank this channel and all for listening.

ETs understand that life is the most important thing. That’s why they’re here with us now. Because they care about our lives, even if we may not.

Because they’re highly telepathic, they feel everything that everyone else on their world feels. So they all work at keeping balance. If someone’s out of balance, it’s everybody’s concern and they deal with it appropriately.

Me: Adama, how do you feel living with us upstairs?

Adama: We can shut you out, Sharon, otherwise our lives would be as low in frequency as yours are. We understand that outer earthlings are doing something very important for the galaxy: hosting the dark entities that have plagued us in this galaxy for many many years, and for this we revere the work you’re doing. However, for the sake of our own sanity, we can’t connect telepathically except with all but the most balanced, high energy beings.

Me: So if you don’t understand why you’re not being contacted, that’s why. Because you need to work on re-balancing yourself.

Adama: Yes. When you carry too much negativity and not enough positivity, you’re harder for us to work with. There’s also the question that we can’t understand you as readily as when you’re in a higher frequency.

Me: So how do you in Agartha keep circumstances working so that people don’t experience trauma like we do on the surface?

Adama: A good question, Sharon. In fact we understand that we create our own circumstances and so everyone is responsible for thinking upwardly and keeping their frequency in a higher realm. When you allow negativity to seep in and change your mindset, you are in fact creating a negative future for yourself. You’re inviting negativity in and bringing on, yes, some call it this “bad luck”.

Me: LOL I don’t believe in luck. There’s nothing lucky about life at all. Life isn’t random – it’s created by you. Keep your mind in a high frequency and you’ll live well.

Adama: And that is what the Agarthans do. We live well because we think and emote well. It would never occur to us to even dream of some of the things that you consider normal on the surface, such as aggressing towards another person, attacking another person, meting out justice by death penalty, stealing from another person. We would never envision ourselves dying in a fire so that way we don’t have fires. We never would envision ourselves relating more to our computers than to our fellow men and women. We get so much joy out of interrelating to each other it would never occur to us to want to replace our relationships with cell phones or computers.

Me: Yep.

Adama: We just wouldn’t think of it. Paradise is paradise in the mind, and good interaction with others. Your people are far from that and many have a lot to learn. You need to release fear. There is nothing to fear. When you fear you allow it to encroach upon your mind, when you love you allow yourself to be who you truly are.

Me: Of course people fear because they don’t realize how they’re being manipulated into being fearful, but that’s another video and Ivo and I have already covered it, but it’s worth mentioning. There are dark thoughts produced by demonic entities, who are attracted to those on the planet who can easily be sucked into their game. If the attachment is a succubus, then it will find a woman who is sexually viable to play their game. If the attachment is a liar, then it will find a person with the propensity to lie and a need to hide the truth. If the attachment is a miserable type, it will find itself a chronic whiner to attach to to express itself and allow itself to feed through human interaction.

Adama: Yes. Another thing we could never fathom.

Me: LOL Well, we didn’t really fathom it, but it came calling anyway. So we have to deal with it. Dry up your negativity and turn it to positivity and these mosquitos won’t light. They’ll have nothing to do with you.

By the way, when my chronic fatigue gets to me and I feel down, I do service. That’s one way I can always count on to raise my frequency. Always. Give to others. Do up a video. Find some way to give to others. It helps you as much as it does them, maybe even more so.

Adama: Yes. That is the true purpose of the human: to serve. Not to be exploited, but to serve and to give of oneself. Because we are God incarnated, we are creation in the flesh, and because we have so much to give. Your people don’t believe this because they’ve been tricked into thinking themselves as so much less than they are, but we have so much to give because we are gods.

You don’t live in a structure that allows you to recognize this until perhaps you are put into situations where you put others’ lives before your own. How many times have you read of a mother who stopped a car from rolling over her child? A 140 pound woman who couldn’t curl ten pounds at the gym, with the strength of Atlas? How many times have you read of a super human who braves the wild fires to find his wife and son? When you stop fearing for your own lives, you are capable of many great things.

Fear stops you from recognizing your greatness. Join in with Sharon as she meditates to bring rain to Oregon and California and know you have accomplished this.

Me: I certainly brought rain to my town because it’s pouring today. LOL I’m wondering if there was a misunderstanding.

Adama: No misunderstanding. The rain will come. Focus on it. When you see a mention of the fires, state your intention of bringing rain to the west coast.

​Me: Adama, can you please help with this question?
Adama: Always. I’m here for you, Sharon.
Me: Thank you. I said the other day in a video, that some people will become more creative about the way they express their right to freedom. Right now the people in Berlin are sitting at the government building until all politicians quit their jobs, and in Canada they’re saying September 15th will be a day they throw their masks away and never wear them again. A day of civil disobedience, which I believe they should do. But I said that people will go to greater ends to regain their freedom and people might start being murdered. And there you go. Front page on Yahoo, a group of protesters arrested because they had plans to start killing politicians.
I go on my timeline to read my feed and someone has posted about the light and the dark are fighting right now and it might seem like the dark is winning, but they’re not. I was talking to Commander Lannick yesterday, who flies a mothership near my house, and they were telling me about the war going on over Ottawa. Commander Erron told me that these battles are going on over all major cities between the dark and the light. The guy who posted this doesn’t normally post on this either.
I figure these are two examples of synchronicities. Or maybe they’re not. What do you think they mean, if anything?
Adama: What it means is your light quotient is rising. It means that you’re more in touch with the light than you are with the dark on earth, and that you’re able to understand what is going on around your planet without much effort.
Me: People wanting to kill other people doesn’t sound like the light.
Adama: People being arrested for wanting to kill other people is. You had tapped into their effort to arrest these potential murderers before they carried out any of their heinous ideas.
Me: Ah. I see.
Can you tell us about what Benjamin Fulford said, that the world’s leaders are being murdered, apparently by the white hats? I find that a bit over the top.
Adama: They’re not being murdered, Sharon, they’re being arrested and sent to trial. That trial could result in their death though, because your people still believe in capital punishment. The entities that inhabit these beings, are being sent to the central sun for recycling.
Me: So we’re going to see all these trials after everything is said and done and over with.
Adama: Yes, you’ll see it after the fact, and it will be done in such a way as to inform you, rather than to include you.
Me: That’s a good point, Adama. How much of this are we included in?
Adama: Not as much as you’d like to be, Sharon. The intel that you’re privy to on earth that come through channels such as Q and the president, are part of the program to inform the citizen. Your people then take the information and inform others, so you’re doing your part in waking up others on your planet. That’s what it’s intended for. That’s why the lightworkers were told the truth first. They would be most inclined to let others know out of a feeling of social responsibility.
Your world is being reset to a world that you can actually thrive in. At this point, you don’t have that much input into it. It’s simply being done for you instead of with you. The reason for this is is because most of you would argue or fight it. Until you overcome your reptilian tendencies, you’ll just keep fighting for the wrong side, as you see.
Me: True.
Adama: It just has to be done, with your blessing or without. There are enough on board now that will carry this light forward, so they do have the blessing of these people. Don’t bother arguing with people who wear masks, and don’t fear their influence on your society, because your influence is much stronger.
Me: Which is a good segue for my last question: The other message I saw was that we need to leave everything behind us that is impeding our ascension progress.
Adama: And that’s got to do with yourself. If you don’t feel like arguing with maskers anymore, then you won’t. You just accept that they live the way they want to and it won’t affect you because you’ll be on a higher timeline.
Me: I don’t see myself on a higher timeline, Adama. I see myself living here with maskers who haven’t woken up yet. They’ve got the schools covered and I even get asked covid questions by maskers working at the vet’s office. These people have all submitted to the control agenda and some even support it because they can’t tell they’re being lied to. I get to live with them. And it infuriates me some days, I’ll admit it.
Adama: You’re moving. And you’ll create a city that doesn’t wear masks and is non-compliant. So you’re going to move to a higher vibrational area. For now, your light is still needed where you are.
Me: You can say that again. I have woken some people up, though. I provide my website address at any opportunity and I think it’s helped some people.
Adama: It has. You can’t save the whole city. Some people are too far gone to be helped.
Me: That’s really sad.
Adama: It’s like you explained to your friend the other day. Homo sapiens shared the world with other bi-pedal human like beings like neandrathals. Because homo sapiens was the most evolved type of human, they survived while Lucy and the others died. They couldn’t last past that part of your evolution. These beings were there. They were human-like beings and they came from times of the dinosaurs, when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. Then humans from space overtook earth and the Lucies lived on for a while longer but alongside the extraterrestrial human.
This will happen again as those who are more adapted to the current situation, and more capable of evolving will survive while homo sapiens will not.
Me: It sounds weird to think members of my family will become the last of their species.
Adama: The last of the species, homo sapiens, has already been born. The evolved crystalline human is now here in the children.
Me: No wonder the dark ones are going through so much effort to oppress us and they want these kids’ brains wired up to the internet – it’s the only way they can survive. Their future is at stake here.
Adama: It is. And they have no future. There is too much light on planet earth even now.
Me: I want you to come and visit me in Cornwall. I’ll introduce you to my neighbors. I live among the drug addicted drunks, the ones who refuse to evolve at all, the ones stuck back in the 70’s. I live among the thieves, the ones who break in and rob houses to finance their drug habit.
Adama: And Cornwall needs your light.
Me: We won’t even speak about the rez across the bridge. Apparently their rez dogs are all feral pit bulls running around there. No wonder so many Mohawks come and live in the city.
Adama: Your planet will move away from this incivility.
Me: When are we going to get something on TV that isn’t meant to brainwash you? Sorry, but this is all taking too long for me. I’m still seeing too much of the old crap and not enough new innovation, free thinking and new world building.
Adama: You’re it, Sharon.
Me: That’s why I’m so impatient: Impatient to start doing it. Just watch me. Once I get started there’ll be no stopping me. All I hear is talk talk talk. Where are the St Germaine funds? Where is the financial reset? Where?
Adama: LOL I can’t wait to come to speak to you on your talk show.
Me: We’ll interview you about life in Telos.
Adama: As for the financial reset, it’s imminent. The money is already in Trump’s hands. They just have to find a way to give it to you that doesn’t make you think you’re being overtaken.
Me: The irony is that people already have been overtaken. They’re already in a control system. And that was the financial system.
Adama: Events have to fall in place and create logical order, Sharon.
Me: True. Trump handing out large piles of cash to everyone wouldn’t make sense if there wasn’t another bloody crisis to justify his doing it. We have a crisis-orientation right now. That’s also very tiresome.
Adama: It is.
Me: He should give out this money a week before the election. LMAO He’d get voted in one hundred percent. It’d be a run away. It’d also be a huge manipulation of the public.
Yes, that’s another thing, Adama. I hear Trump saying the American economy is going so well and then Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, says the economy is tanking and stocks are falling. So who do we believe?
Adama: They’re not bailing out the deep state. Trump has enough money at his disposal to support all of the U.S. for quite a while, but they’re not bailing out the deep state. It has to do with bailing out the people, not the criminals.
Me: And I hear they don’t have any money left. My sources told us that.
Adama: They don’t. Compared to what they used to have, they’re broke.
Me: Okay. I guess we just have to sit and wait. That’s all. I still like the idea of civil disobedience at least for countries that still have cabalists at the helm. In the U.S. you don’t have to. You’re in good hands. Just keep waking people up and waiting.
Adama: This is an exercise in patience for you.
Me: I’ve had too many of them and I’ve failed them all.
Adama: LOL Hold tight, Sharon, it’s coming. It’s been coming in small pieces but it will open up to a stream soon. All will be righted again.

Generally I’m an open-minded person but I’ve become very skeptical about what I read or which videos I’ll watch regarding current events.

Even in the ‘alternative media’ as well as the mainstream media which we know is complete cabal-rubbish.

I can feel the massive ‘behind-the-scenes’ amount of information that is NOT being reported. Most of us can. We KNOW we’re not getting even 5% of a true picture but we are getting whispers of truth here and there.

This time on Earth is all about intuition. Spirit. Sensing. Prayer. Meditation. The unseen path. Feeling what is true and standing in that truth regardless of the ‘sky is falling’ narratives and images raining down on us from all quarters—except in our own hearts and souls.

I don’t recognize the way I’m currently living and breathing — It is total faith. I am walking an invisible path that makes no sense ‘out there’ but feels right to me.

When I hunt around for verification I find it everywhere.

Many are putting out articles or videos practically on a daily basis about ‘what is actually going on:’ David Wilcock, Magenta Pixie, Laura Eisenhower, Sacha Stone, Lisa Renee, Simon and Becky Parkes, Blossom Goodchild, Kryon, Zingdad/Adamu, etc. Bless their hearts.

When the Covid-19 narrative was sprung on us and the global March-lockdown initiated, I found David Wilcock particularly uplifting. I transcribed some of his videos because I felt he had a calm clarity on ‘what is really going on.’ (1.)

Wilcock explained that the Alliance anticipated the illuminati Covid-19 lockdown and used it to mask their military agenda of freeing the planet from deep state / cabal control.

One of the important global shifts after the lockdown that many have spoken about, including Wilcock, is the Great Economic shift. A complete financial rewiring has been taking place across the planet while everyone’s been at home.

All the old 3D debt-slavery financial structures—banking, stocks, precious metals, loans, debts, taxes, energy, etc.—will be either non-existent or unrecognizable as a new, fair and level playing field is to be introduced along with tsunamis of abundance for all.

The plan that has been written about for several decades is that there will be an RV (Revaluation of Currencies,) a GCR (Global Currency Reset,) and the implementation of GESARA [The Global Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act or Global Economic Security and Reformation Act.] (2.)

The RV, GCR and GESARA are some of the many shifts that have been organizing behind the scenes of the covid-19 lockdown. As well, there have been reports of a global Military arresting the deep state across the planet and liberating the victims of their abominable satanic practices.

According to David Wilcock, after the lockdown, not only will there be a financial shift, but the internet will have been completely rewired and all spyware removed.

When it comes to channels and me being choosey, I particularly resonate with Adama of Telos via Asara Adams. His messages harmonize with my thoughts.

The audience sits quietly in their seats excitedly anticipating what they are about to hear. All in the concert hall are holding a collective breath.

We are here in this now moment to hold the peace, compassion, light and love with and for Gaia, her Kingdoms and Humanity, especially in the onslaught of negativity.

As Sacha Stone often says, ‘we are living men and women of the living soil.’ What he means is we are powerful pure God-souls and not any part of the illusory veil. (3.)

You will still have the choice to move with this shift and not give into the illusion of your reality that is being perpetuated in your TV media, news media and some of the social media.

The way you can tell if a piece of information is part of the 3D illusion is by the way it makes you feel:

If you feel worried, stressed, fearful and anxious, it is part of the 3D illusion.

If you feel uplifted, inspired, hopeful, peaceful and love in your heart, it is part of the New Earth.

It takes your determined intent and discipline to focus towards your New Earth reality, which is beginning to peak in — if you let it.

All Inner Earth Civilizations of Light, The Galactic Civilizations of Light, The Angels and the Ascended Masters are holding the energies of Love for each individual’s journey.

Princess Sharula Dux is a woman known to me for many years. Her message is amazing, yet simple: she is from Telos, a Lemurian city beneath Mt. Shasta. She has come to the surface to begin sharing her culture with ours, so that we might mutually benefit and become one whole civilization.

Several times over the years I have known her, I have heard Sharula speak. I have listened very carefully; never have I heard her contradict herself on the information, which to our ears is complex. She is unassuming; she has a good sense of humor, and gives a lot of love to those around her. She feels like an old and wise being.

In 1995, with Sharula’s permission, I combined information from two tapes she recorded about Telos with my memory of her answers to questions I and others have asked her. I gave it the form of an interview. She has approved it in its entirety.

Joanna Cherry: Sharula, why was Telos built?

Sharula Dux: Twenty-five thousand years ago, there were two major civilizations of Earth. One was based in the continent of Lemuria, or Mu, which included the area of much of the Pacific Ocean, the western United States, and parts of Asia. The other was Atlantis, over much of what is now the Atlantic Ocean and parts of Africa and Europe.

There was a disagreement between these two civilizations concerning the social and political evolution of the rest of the human race: Lemuria wanted the less advanced civilizations of Earth to remain free, and Atlantis wanted to govern or control them.

A lengthy war broke out between the two. These wars became so severe–they even included thermo-nuclear warheads–that karmic energies were set in motion that would eventually sink both continents.

JC: You used thermo-nuclear warheads? Is there any evidence of this that we can see today?

SD: Yes, the Gobi desert and the Sahara desert, to name just two. After the war, many of the Melchizedek priests and priestesses of Lemuria saw into the future, and foretold the sinking of the continent. They began to look for a place to move.

They settled on Mt. Shasta in the eastern part of Lemuria, a great mountain already considered sacred, and which they understood would be safe in the coming cataclysm. They decided to build underground, partly because of the shocks Earth would sustain from the sinking of two continents, and partly because the original atmospheric mantle of Earth had gone, subjecting life on the surface to harmful ultra-violet rays.

In deciding where to build their city, they came upon a great domed cavern within Mt. Shasta, several square miles in area and hundreds of feet high. This became the top level of Telos.

JC: Why was it named “Telos”?

SD: The whole southwestern United States was then called Telos, which means “union with spirit,” so that name was chosen for the city. Four levels were built under the top level, five levels in all, and the city was built to house up to two million people.

JC: How many people live in Telos now?

SD: One and a half million. But it began with only 25,000 people, who moved into Telos 100 years before Lemuria sank. Very few others survived the earthquakes, tidal waves and volcanic activity that accompanied the sinking.

JC: When was this?

SD: About 12,000 years ago.

Joanna Cherry: What about the Atlanteans? Did they build an underground city also?

Sharula Dux: Yes, under the Mato Grosso plateau of Brazil.

JC: Are there any other subterranean cities?

SD: Yes, in fact there is a whole group of subterranean cities called the Agartha Network. The Lemurians petitioned the Agartha Network to become a member.

But as the people of the Agartha cities are wise and non-violent, Lemuria had to convince Agartha that it had learned from its mistakes and would embark upon a course of peace. This was done.

JC: How many cities are in the Agartha Network?

SD: One hundred twenty.

JC: Where exactly under Mt. Shasta is Telos?

SD: The domed cavern is over most of the base of Mt. Shasta, and the top of the dome is about halfway up the mountain. The fifth, lowest level is about a mile beneath ground level. Each level is several square miles.

JC: What are on the different levels of Telos?

SD: The top level under the dome is the main part of the city. Most people live there, most commerce takes place there, and that’s where our public buildings are. It’s the heart and soul of Telos. Directly in the center is the Temple–we are a temple society–built to hold 10,000 people. It is white and pyramid-shaped, with a capstone made of “livingstone,” a substance from Venus. It looks crystalline, and emanates all the rays of the color spectrum.

The Temple is dedicated to the Order of Melchizedek, a cosmic priesthood of our universe, dedicated to embodying the light plan given to us by the higher levels of the Godhead. On the top level are also our council buildings and our record buildings.

We have records of Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, other past Earth civilizations, even civilizations of other planets. There is a building that manages the communications within Telos, between Telos and the other subterranean cities of Agartha, and places off-planet. It also monitors radio and TV from the surface.

JC: What about entertainment? Do you have fun in Telos?

SD: Indeed we do! We have pleasure places for sports, plays, films, music, and dancing. We have a place a lot like the Holodeck in Star Trek, where you create virtual reality for yourself in any adventure you want: climb a mountain, swim a river, go back in history, etc.

JC: Wow!

SD: We also have a building that houses multi-tracking, amino-based computers. These computers are alive. They operate on the Christ-mind and therefore cannot be corrupted.

They can read the records of the past. They can read your past lives if you wish and even show them to you. They can read your aura or the health of your body and tell you what you need. They can play your “soul note,” which helps you to meditate clearly, and they can communicate with you on a soul level. They can communicate across galaxies. They help train the Christ mind in people, and we depend on them quite a bit.

JC: What a wonderful thing.

SD: On the second level, we have classes, manufacturing of clothes and furniture and other things, and more people living. On the third level are our hydroponic gardens, where we grow all our food. We’ve been vegetarian for over 12,000 years, and we live on vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, soybeans etc.

Our crops grow in water; some minerals are added, but there’s no fertilizer and no soil depletion. Our crops grow much faster than on the surface, and we’re able to feed 1 1/2 million people from just a few square miles of land, and give enough variety for eating to be pleasurable.

JC: Do any of your supplies come from the surface?

SD: No, we trade with the other Agartha cities. The fourth level is half hydroponic gardens, part manufacturing and part nature. The fifth level is our nature level. People come here to relax. We’ve created lakes and grown tall trees–there’s a park atmosphere. Animals live there, some of which no longer exist on the surface such as the saber-tooth tiger, the mastodon and the do-do bird. We were able to save them and bring them down to Telos.

JC: Do you keep them in zoos?

SD: No, people and animals get along peacefully in Telos. We’ve trained the carnivores to eat vegetarian food, and gradually they’ve lost their aggression. So literally, here the lion is lying down with the lamb! And you can actually play with a big cat, carefully!

JC: How can you live under the Earth? Do you have light?

SD: Yes, we have a process in which stones with a high crystalline content are fused with an electro-magnetic force field of energy. This causes the crystalline matrix of the stone to create a polarity that allows the stone to pull in invisible rays and re-emit them as visible, full-spectrum light. The stone becomes like a small sun, for about 500,000 years. We dim them at night to stay on the same 24-hour day as you have on the surface.

JC: What about air? How do you get enough oxygen?

SD: We’ve created an eco-system. We get our oxygen from the plants and trees that grow here, though some vents do go to the surface. Water in some areas moves at high speeds, circulating air and negative ions. This is so effective, we have less and less dependence on air vents, and this is good because even the air around Mt. Shasta is becoming more polluted.

JC: How do you get around in Telos?

SD: We do a lot of walking, but there are three ways we can travel more quickly. One is something based on crystalline technology and looks just like a basket. You get in, and the basket is guided by your mind–you lift up into the air and float to your destination. This is used for travel around the city.

The second method is an electro-magnetic sled that looks like a snowmobile, also used within the city. We can get from Mt. Shasta to Mt. Lassen, an extension of Telos [about 50 miles away], within a few minutes.

The third way is electro-magnetic trains that travel at thousands of miles per hour through tubes, never touching the sides. These are similar to your subway trains, and are how we travel to the other subterranean cities around the planet.

JC: Do you build your tubes like we build our subway tunnels?

SD: No. We created the tubes with a boring machine that melts rock and earth to white-hot incandescence and then cools it again instantly, forming a diamond-hard, water-tight substance that is also elastic enough to move with an earthquake, like rubber. We build walls the same way, and there are even subterranean cities under ocean water that have been built this way. We are preparing to bring this technology to the surface when the time is right.

JC: Sharula, could you be the “Bonnie” one author writes of in Mt. Shasta: Home of the Ancients?

SD: Yes, I am that one. In those days I used a name to fit more easily with your society. But when I came to the surface to stay for a time, I wanted to use my real name.
