Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You are living in a world that is giving you more and more reasons to keep your vibration high.
If you can keep your vibration high in the world that you are living in, then all of the toxins will have a very limited effect on you. We are talking about the air pollution, the water pollution, the food pollution, and also the EMF pollution that you are currently enduring there on Earth. It is becoming more and more important that you take care of yourselves physically and spiritually, as well as emotionally, because of how many more detrimental toxic elements you have around.
And we also notice that you even have less oxygen in your air, much less than you once did. And so, it becomes more important for you to breathe consciously.
It becomes more important for you to take in more air and to get out into nature, which is always good for you. It has become more important to your health and well being to eat pure foods, to drink pure water, and to do whatever you can to maintain your energy field.
As some of you know, there is this new technology that is being rolled out, and it is called 5G. Many of you are concerned about it, because of the studies that have shown the detrimental effects of being exposed to that particular EMF.
So what are you to do? There are certain actions that you can take on the physical level, like getting some orgonite, lining your walls with lead, moving out into the country, where there are less of these transmitters around. And of course, you can shut off your wifi and your cell phones when you are not using them, and you can also use them less.
So, in addition to all of the steps that we have just outlined, you also have to find a way to keep your vibration high. You cannot just take care of yourselves physically. You have to process your emotions, especially the ones that come up when you that these gigantic corporations are going to be harming people.
There is also even talk that this level of technology could be used for mind control, and again, you have to process your emotions about that.
You cannot just fight the power.
First, you have to acknowledge what it is doing to you, what you can do about it, and then, by raising your vibration, you make yourselves less susceptible to the technologies that will continue to be rolled out to humanity.
It is a good time to make that important decision about who you want to be.
Do you want to be mind-controllable, or do you want to be open-hearted, grounded, and connecting with Mother Earth and Mother Nature?
These are the choices in front of you.

Lorie brings through the Galactic Federation of Light and advises that we hold our focus on the timelines that we choose rather than what we don’t want. The chances of our needing to prepare for any doomsday timeline is slim to none.
Our Galactic friends are mitigating the dangers from 5G and any number of other perceived threats to our safety. Worth a listen, and if you’re like me, you might consider changing the playback rate to a higher number. 1.5 works for me.
Message from Ashtar and Gaia, on 5G
BeesLightworkers everywhere! Channeled message from Mother Earth and Ashtar – WE can change the effect of 5G!!
It seems like 5G is a fact and is going to happen – whether we want it or not. So what can we actually do?
As a representative of Pachamama (Mother Earth) and Intergalactic cooperation, I was contacted with a message so profound and clear, that I had to share it with the world!
It’s seems like the bees are gathering to leave earth – or stay – depending on the result of this work with 5G ❤ The bees want to show us what we are capable of, if WE also cooperate like them!
Ashtar made me see – to understand the effect of 5G – a picture of an antenna pulsating endless artificial waves out into the atmosphere.
Because 5G in it's raw form is very powerful, it's like a blast that erupts our natural radiation on earth, and it affects everything – plants, animals and our bodies and the healthy 'radiation' we need from outer space – and our telepathic abilities and later on our healing abilities and the contact to other beings in the universe, will be disturbed.
At this point I was alarmed – but instead of sinking into fear and creating even more fear and energy that will actually CREATE the feared result – I asked: But what can WE DO? How can we help with everything that we know – I DON'T want to sit on my hands in this matter!
And the answer from Ashtar was clear.
'We – from the Starfleet – have the means (kind of an opposite weapon) to neutralize the harmful effect of 5G. We just need your permission to act on it.
You have to be more than a certain percentage of the population of earth that says YES to our interference. (I got the number of 144.000).
Of course the Higher Council can give us permission to overrule decisions made by Human Beings, if it is in the name of the Greater Good!
But now you are so evolved and enlightened – so you have the power to change things yourself!'
At this point I asked: Help from outside is very generous and beautiful, but how can WE – Human Beings – take action and use our empowerment?
Ashtar was pleased to answer me:
'YOU have the power to change the frequency of 5G yourselves!
YOUR intentions to change things is MUCH MORE POWERFUL now, than you could ever imagine!
The help from us, can happen – with your permission – IF you do not reach the certain number of conscious Human Beings who ACTIVELY put their intention into changing the rays of 5G into healthier waves.'
So I – as a Lightworker – have a prayer to us Human Beings and other Lightworkers!
Let us DO THIS! And manifest a healthy future for everyone – and put our intention into ACTUALLY changing things!!
So how do we do, and how does this work?
Ashtar showed me a small exercise that everyone can do, your own ritual will be even as good!
'When you have manifested your intention in this small exercise, it will be send into a quantum leap – a place outside time and space.
In this quantum leap, the effect of your intention will multiply in a complex mathematical logarithm and be stronger – an effect you Human Beings already master at some extend and will evolve in time, when ego will not interfere with your work.
When the intentions reaches a certain mass and the energy of the intention will be radiated into every 5G transmitter in all times and dimensions and change the radiation into compatible frequencies.
So you see – you ARE powerful! And you CAN change the way things are with your intentions.
Now the exercise:
See with your inner eye a blissful place. It is summertime – there are bees, flowers, trees, children playing and grown ups relaxing – talking to each other in a friendly way. There are no worries. Only clear colors, a light energy and a high frequency.
Say: YES! THIS is the future I want for everyone!
See your intention float towards the quantum leap with MANY other beautiful souls intentions and create the result we all long for'.
Your 'YES' will also go for the help from the Star-fleet – if it will be necessary!
Working in groups like this – without fear, but only loving positive intentions – is part of what the bees (and many other species) already does!
I am sure there will be more channeled messages that help us people learn to work constructively with the power of love and co-creation!

We’ve been getting a fair number of inquiries on the hazards of the 5G network so I asked Suzy Ward if she could ask Matthew about it.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Let us begin by addressing the two matters of most concern to readers—first, mandatory vaccinations for children. Extraterrestrial special forces scientists are neutralizing to the extent possible the toxins in vaccines; nevertheless, continued opposition to vaccinating children as a prerequisite for their attending school is necessary to end this practice that has caused an autism-like condition in many children.
Bodies’ chemistry and immune systems are stressed by mercury, and youngsters who are especially vulnerable sustain neurological damage that results in symptoms very similar to autism, which is a very rare condition. Opposition can be reinforced by declining inoculations advised by healthcare professionals who are rewarded by vaccine manufacturers or believe the false claim that “preventive” flu shots and a raft of others are necessary public health measures.
We add that vaccines, like the first pharmaceuticals, were developed for beneficial purposes. Any innovation that is designed to be of benefit can be adapted for malevolent purposes, and that is what the Illuminati have done at every stage of the civilization’s progress.
The other matter is the 5G wireless technology that offers highly accelerated speed and broader bandwidth. This new generation of communication service still is in development and market-testing stages, and universal family members are reducing the emissions’ impact on bodies of the relatively few people who are exposed; when devices are in mass production, those members will expand their technological assistance accordingly.
A significant factor is the amount of light in a body—the more light, the higher the vibratory rate, and the less the body is affected by emissions.
As the society learns the facts about vaccines and the effect those emissions can have on bodies’ electrical systems, by public demand unnecessary vaccinations will be stopped and all electronic equipment and devices will be designed with safety-to-health as the foremost consideration.

After hearing a number of secondhand warnings about the dangers of impending 5G technology, an internet search brought up an information-packed article on eluxemagazine.com: Frightening Frequencies: The Dangers of 5G & What You Can Do About Them.
A synopsis follows ~
5G was created with the needs of machines in mind. The resulting faster speeds will be unnoticeable by Humans, yet for machines, the benefit is near-seamless communication.
Apparently, our current bandwidths are becoming “saturated”, and we need to tap into the extremely high frequency of the next generation technology (5G, MMW ~ millimeter wave.)
High frequency? Makes me wonder, because everything is about frequency and vibration. Aren’t we striving to raise ours up so we can merge more deeply with our own higher selves and with our Galactic friends?
I’m reminded of a meditation given years ago when the Fukushima radiation was prevalent in people’s minds. The idea at the time was that the Human body is actually made up of Photons of Light, and that radiation is another form of Light that we can transmute with intention and imagination.

Because the high frequencies travel shorter distances than the tall, 4G tower emanations do, the infrastructure result would be antennas on every lamp post and phone pole. Even if we resist purchasing a 5G phone, these frequencies would be hard to avoid.
Why would we want or need to avoid them? Wireless frequencies in this range directly interact with Human skin. Our sweat ducts act like antennas when exposed to these wavelengths. Military forces around the world already know this, and they’ve used 5G tech as a weapon and tool in crowd dispersal. An “unpleasant burning sensation on the skin” makes people run away.
The high frequencies may also trigger pain receptor flare-ups, and they’ve been proven to be a danger to our plants and animals as well. The original article goes into greater detail of the dangers involved to all life on Earth as well as to the Earth, herself. There are also many ideas in it about how we can change the course that the FCC has taken.
“The state of Hawaii has stopped 5G and smart meters by collectively threatening to charge every person who installed such meters with liability for any health problems residents may suffer. Moreover, 180 scientists started a petition (in 2017, good info in the link) to warn of 5G potential health effects. Maybe these actions will afford more time for additional studies and data collection. Just as importantly, maybe they’ll cause other politicians and figureheads to reflect on what they’ve been pushing for.”

And finally, for those wondering about President Trump’s apparent support for this technological “advance”, my own feeling (and I admit to being naive and hopeful and inescapably positive) is this:
He’s well aware of the fact that his detractors assume the position opposite his on any number of issues, with no thought whatsoever to there being on public record a contrary statement of theirs made previously.
With that in mind, perhaps the President is counting on his critics and detractors to counter his stated (intentionally disinforming) position, forcing them to expound on the dangers involved. That way, it gets into the MSM, and even the sleeping peeps get a heads-up about it. Once people understand what’s at stake, we get to say, ‘No flipping way!”
